Im on my 14th week!  but accdg to my utz, 15 weeks na ko by now. Ano ba susundin ko?

Regarding sa pregnancy sinusitis, i believe i have that.  nahihirapan na ko, parang lalagnatin ako araw araw, Masakit na yung tummy ko kakasneeze at kakablow ng nose. I feel a pressure on my puson whenever i do so. Nakakatakot! Im a little worried. Does it make you contract? Isa pa sa worry ko baka magtuloy sa asthma. I have that too. Haay, sana wag naman.

@au_chic yung tvs ko sa sta. Teresita sa qc ko pinagawa. Hindi ko masyado bet kasi hindi nila ineexplain. Yung pelvic utz ko dito sa laguna namin pinagawa. Ok yung ob sono kasi iniisa isa niya yung details sayo tapos nagbibigay siya ng advice kahit hindi siya yung ob ko.

@det060403 Ako I follow my ultrasound. Irregular kasi cycle ko. By lmp, 18w1d na sana ako. But based sa ultrasound, 13w6d na ako. My ob also said na we will follow the ultrasound.

Hi Sisses! i noticed sa past messages may mga nagtatanong where to buy preggy clothes. Ako kasi so far pants ang hindi na magkasya haha! i bought my preggy pants (slacks and jeans) sa SM and Trinoma department stores. since magkakatabi naman ang maternity stores, ang trick ay to ask the sales lady kung saan ang mga naka mark down laging meron, though madalas nga broken sizes or limited colors. but still, i got all of them at 50% off!

by the way, have you asked your OB's for maternity package? i hope you can share too para may macompare din tyo im planning to give birth sa Chinese General Hospital. Ang quote ng OB ko so far ay 90k for NSD, private room (inclusive na ang PF ng OB, Anes at Pedia).

Super new here. 

MY LMP was Sept 16-18. Suppose to be dapat mga 2nd week ng Oct. magkakaroon na ako hehe then nag try kami ni H2B mag PT nun Oct. 25 its positive.  Sa bilang ng ate ko, baka my 5 weeks na siya so baka 1st week ng June, baka sa sunday kami mag pa check or since holiday next sunday nalang baka wala un OB na like ko.

@Irene: yes sis, pwedeng walang prescription ang Azelaic acid you can also use Teranex soap. It's glycolic acid so it's safe for pregnancy. Expect dryness lang for the first 2 weeks of using these products

Supportive naman si H2B, although hindi siya talaga plan, pero masaya at excited kami pareho. Plan din namin mag visit kay OB this weekend

^^ooh! It seems that i didnt need to get myself an azelaic acid, nawala kasi yung pimples ko bigla. Im so happy! Yey!

^congrats sis! Regarding sa dos and donts i think your doctor knows what is best for you right now. Just listen to your ob's advises kasi syempre iba iba din ng situations and needs ng preggos. Try to get a copy of the book "what to expect when you're expecting" i think it will be a big help on your journey to pregnancy. I got my copy from my sister in law. She's such a sweetheart helping me through mine. I havent really finished reading the book yet cos im a nursing graduate so some of the things written in there i already know. hehe i kept on skipping pages after pages lol! Medyo stubborn hehe😄

second pregnancy ko na ito. my first pregnancy was terminated due to a miscarriage due to blighted ovum.

today i am now on my 13w4d based on LMP. sa 5th month pa kami magpapaultrasound kasi this time mas gusto namin makita malaki na siya. EDD -May 9, 2016

nung last checkup narinig na namin heartbeat niya thru doppler. masayang masaya kami pati ang OB namin. by the way, siya rin ang OB namin sa first pregnancy ko at siya rin nag D&C sa akin. we chose not to replace him (lalaki siya) kasi alam niya history namin.

Azelaic acid gel's available brand in Skinoren. Although, I have been given a cream sample (less drying) by a derma friend pero nabura na yung brand. May phone number ng manufacturer but I've yet to contact them for orders. Wala sa Mercury e.

Ugh, my acne's getting worse. As in pati sa shoulders and nape, meron    Thankfully, sa face, controlled naman. Sana matulad ako kay sis det na mawala na.

I'm now on my 16th week. My next ultrasound is this Wednesday. My OB wants to have an ultrasound every month to monitor every slight change. Maski magastos, I'm a very anxious person, so go lang ng go because it bring me relief that we can also monitor the baby very closely.

May nightly ritual pa kami ni husband to monitor baby's heartbeat every night using the stethoscope. We count the heartbeats every 6 seconds then multiply it by 10 and it shouldn't go below 130s. I have a feeling that if this baby comes out alive and well, we are going to be such helicopter parents

Hi mga sis.  Musta na kayo.  4 months na ako this Friday.  As early as 16 weeks medyo lumalaki na ilong ko     may natural remedies ba kayo na alam mga sis to prevent swelling?  Then my hands are numb pag nakahiga kahit di ko naman nadadaganan, I don't know what's going on.  I will ask my OB sa appointment ko on Weds.
