Nakakatuwa nasulit mo talaga yung styling. Ako kasi though super maasikaso sila, di ko talaga nasulit kasi, videgrapher ko ang gumawa ng concept, tapos I was expecting na magkukusa si Gerly to add some props, pero walaga talaga, dapat pala I should ask. Sayang.

Sis HisGF4ver, I think depende sa magiging concept mo if you will need a stylist or if enough na if you just have an HMUA with you. In our case kasi, medyo maarte ang mga gusto kong shots kaya naghire na kami ng stylist para almost all of the props and set-up ay sa kanila na.


Sis hermione28, I think ikaw ang super chill na bride na kinukwento ni Gerly sa akin while we were travelling kasi we were talking about the save the date video ni Brian na siya ang stylist. Nasulit talaga namin ang styling nila kaya very happy ako. Naiwan ko nga lang ang lightsaber ko kay Gerly. Hahaha. Baka ipadala ko na lang sa kanya sa kasal.


Sis fries, may shopping date talaga kami with Gerly pero the day before, nagkasakit siya kaya si Norries ang nakasama namin, pero the concepts kung ano-anong clothes ang dapat, si Gerly ang nagsabi. I rented lang the gown and the outfit for the HP theme came from my existing clothes except for the ribbon kasi sila na ang nagkabit ng ribbon.

Ecstatic din ako sa kinalabasan especially sa HP vs. STar Wars kaya lang sabi ng friend ko mukhang sailormoon daw instead na HP ang outfit ko. Hahaha.

Hi! We'll be having our prenup next weekend!!! I just want to share it here because I'm pretty tense about it.. Haha! Di kasi ako marunong mag pose..  Though, our theme naman is "Everyday Life of a Married Couple" kaya sana di kami mahirapan at di maging awkward. We want something natural kasi and less yung acting. Haha. Sana din ok yung place na napili namin kasi first time din may mag prenup dun sa lugar. We chose a restored colonial home in Makati na now AirBnb na. Sana din di maraming tao. I'm just hoping and praying that everything will run smoothly and the weather will cooperate as well.

We didn't hire a stylist and HMUA, luckily lang talaga my 2 MOHs are very talented when it comes to Make Up and styling kaya naka-less kami sa gastos kahit papaano. Yung bulk ng gastos namin ay yung venue which is 5k for 4-5 hours, alteration of my clothes na previously owned by my mom, h2b's clothes (Kailangan niya talaga bumili since our theme is modern vintage -- bilin din kasi ng photog na dapat nagcocompliment yung clothes namin together), and food during the shoot. So, kahit anong tipid may mga gastos pa din.. I'm not complaining naman, shineshare ko lang din para may idea kayo ano yung possible expenses. Lalu na for those na gusto talaga ng prenup should get ready and make sure to allot a budget for this. At first kasi we didn't include this in our wedding budget, yun pala kailangan talaga siya isama kasi sayang ang free sa photographer. Kaya we ended up na lumobo talaga ang gastos. :p

kdramaholic - wow! So lucky naman sis that your MOHs are great MUA and stylist. Anyway, for your concern on the food to prepare and bring, I suggest you have to check din your photographer if they have allergies to some food, if they are vegeterian, etc

For our prenup naman, Ilocos will be our location next month kasi H2B and I are both from Ilocos and dito kami sa Manila magpapakasal so naisip namin kahit prenup man lang e dun ishoshoot. We have to pay photographer's oot charge, fare, hotel and food for two days kaya medyo magastos haha But I will not be hiring a stylist na. HMUA na lang. Kilala ko kasi yung pinagrerentahan ni Jemi Nicdao ng mga gowns and she offered them for free sakin kasi sya yung wedding gown designer ko. hehe

^God bless sis on your prenup. Ours is on 4 September and completely zero pa sa preps. No concept, clothes and planning with HMUA and P/V. Super busy din kasi si h2b kaya no time to plan and discuss.

In your case, mukhang completely planned naman na so keep your worries aside. We're excited for the result. Hope you share it with us. 😊

Noted on the food allergies. Yup, you are right di ko talaga yan naisip. We will try to balance everything na lang pagdating sa food. Yes, I'll share the pics and BTS haha.

Set a theme first then create a mood board para alam nyo ni h2b what you want for your shoot. That's what I did. I also sent the mood board to our photographer para alam nila what we want. Pero you already have a location na? Feel free to PM me, I can send you our mood board para you have an idea. Pinterest is very helpful too! Clothes talaga will depend on your theme. Or better yet, if you guys have extra budget naman book a stylist para they can help you to conceptualize with everything.

^Naku sis malabo ang pagkuha ng stylist para kay h2b. Haha Yup, temporary location as per h2b is at Caliraya kaya medyo nahihirapan ako mag isip. Gusto ko kasi sana may cinema. Naiisip ko is rialto of EK. But when I checked on them, medyo disappointed ako sa package offered nila. Mahihirapan din kami i-manage ang crowd.

Anyway, will think more of it as the day comes. Thank you so much sis! Yup, will do a moodboard and lookbook for p/v and HMUA reference.

Meron ba dito nag prenup sa Las Casas? H2b and I want to do our prenup here pero grabe yung 20k prenup package! kaloka Do you think worth it for the location? Di pa kasi kami nakapunta pero breathtaking yung infrastructure.
May na-backread ako na parang entrance fee + shooting fee lang na 7,5k pero di ako sure kung applicable pa yun ngayon. Meron na ba nakapag try na entrance fee + shooting fee lang recently?

H2b suggested that he wanted to do our prenup sa studio tapos black and white lang instead sa unang plan na Fullybooked, nakita niya kasi IG ni Markednicdao. Parang mag style photoshoot. hahaha.. I agreed since I really do not want to spend a lot for prenup and it's somewhat different from what's norm now. We just have to invest sa clothes and props siguro. I have a vision already, I hope we can achieve it! Aja!

Hello sisses, finally tapos na kami mag pre-nup last Sunday! One major na iisipin ang natapos.  God blessed us with a smooth traffic and good weather, buti nalang kasi ayaw na talaga namin ma re-sched ito. Our venue is at 14 Four Cafe. Wala akong naging hassle sa transaction with them. Very easy to deal with kahit puro sms lang kami. No down payment needed pa and best of all, naka 20% discount sila.  Super pasok sa budget. Small but very photogenic and clean yung place plus peaceful sya. Malamig din dahil madaming plants and trees. Accommodating si Kuya Jun, sya yata yung care taker. Wala kaming naging problem throughout the whole shoot. Our HMUA is Ms Thea Dionisio, super professional, very early sa place, 5:30am yata andun na sya. She got the look I want together with he hairstylist. Lagi din nakasunod sakin para mag re-touch and even pag punas ng pawis. Our photographer is Marielle Penafiel, super mabait at ang gaan kasama. Actually free lang itong e-shoot namin kaya very thankful kami sa kanya. She also manages the time well at lahat ng area naikutan namin. Pati right time na kailangan na magpalit ng outfit sya nagplan.  All in all, kahit mabilis lang naging successful naman ang pre-nup. Hehe. Sharing with you some raw pics pero from second shooter pa lang, which is my sister. Hehe!

Listing here tips I learned here na naging very helpful to me:
- Wala kaming stylist kaya I made a moodboard of the looks I want with the help of pinterest then sent it in advance to both my HMUA and Photog, 2 outfits lang kami.
- Made a checklist of ALL the things na need dalhin and prepared all of that ahead of time.
- Brought enough food and water for all especially very early shoot namin.
- Include in planning possible change sa weather, expect rain and bring props like a nice umbrella just in case.
- Sleep early night before the shoot.
- PRAY! Super helpful to rid you of the nerves. Just entrust everything to God.
- ENJOY! Dahil minsan lang iyan
