Pre-nuptial pictorial Part 8

Couple of questions:
1. Is it ok to ask your gown designer if you could borrow some pieces for your pre nup shoot?
2. We have a professional photog friend who offered to shoot our pre nup for free. Thing is, wala kami maisip na theme for one let alone 2 shoots. & we're on a budget so that's another set of clothes, venue rental & food. Is it ok lang kaya to ask him to shoot with our p/v?

1. i guess it wouldn't hurt to ask. especially since laking tipid ka naman in case they do let you borrow. my designer allowed me borrow her gowns for the prenup. her shop has several of them available in different designs and sizes.

2. parang magulo na to have the prenup photo and video ng sabay, then to add another photographer pa. baka mag suffer din ang quality because each of them has to give way to the other para makakuha din sila ng shot.

a friend also offered us a free prenup shoot pero we didn't take it na. nakakatuwa lang because its free but the truth is, we didn't need it na and dagdag gastos pa.

Sabi nga ni Mara Chua bakit ka pta nagshoot if you're wearing your everyday clothes.

^It's definitely okay to raid your cabinet for some existing pieces you can use. Pero sana they are a bit more special. Unless of course you're a super casual person and you're never seen in anything else... i guess then it makes sense to just be you. Haha.

bzbee, Mara posted that before, i laughed but realized she's right. You're paying minimum 15k photo, 30 or 40k for video, so sana naman the guests see a side of you that's a bit more special than your everyday

i remember tuloy a friend of mine who also wanted a formal attire for their prenup. they even hired a prenup stylist with clothes na included sa package. she didn't know that the 3 sets of clothes that they will provide pala can't all be formal. so she had no choice but to go with 1 casual, 1 semi formal and 1 formal - which is not even that formal. maganda naman the clothes pero its still not what she had in mind.

^I know someone who got a stylist also for her prenup and the clothes provided weren't exactly too interesting. Yung 2 of 3 dresses nya parang binili sa SM dept store because it was so casual. Parang di sulit!

^ hay sparklingjewel! I have a feeling that the stylist is the same with my friend's stylist. What's worse is the coat of her fiance (provided by the stylist too) does not fit her fiance. As in bitin that's why the photographer bumulong na lang sa fiance nya na better not to use the coat anymore kasi ang pangit tingnan na bitin yung coat. Then 1 of the dresses na dala nung stylist, we saw in 2 other brides with same stylist

^Haha the stylist is quite popular...  If you ask me, that was an exorbitant amount charged for the quality of outfits provided.  It's so common and not even unique eh! And the accessories din pala, sadly, look a bit cheap. So sad naman that you saw the same outfit talaga in other brides! Can you PM me who that stylist is?

^ ooh same case with my friend! we saw the gown she used like 3 times na sa ibang prenup. and their other set of clothes are not that special naman - casual lang kasi. siguro nakakahinayang lang kasi they paid a lot to avail the package with clothes tapos hindi naman mukang sulit.

Hello ladies, question po, may prenup charge ba if we'll shoot sa beach (Tali Beach, Nasugbu, Batangas)? We're going to rent a private house where we'll also shoot pero I was wondering if may kelangan pa kami i-secure for the beach like permits and fees. TIA

Nope, as far as i know she is stand-alone stylist. Dont want to mention her name publicly as i am not a client of hers, and no interface whatsoever, just an observer

^ sis peachlipstick, usually pag mga ganyang set up wala namang shooting permits but I think it's best to ask yung venue na plan mo pag shootan para walang hassle just in case kailangan pala

Just had our prenup shoot yesterday at Rave Park with Sir Michael of Blissful House Digital and Ms. Mhec Gado as our HMUA.  Sobrang blessed that despite bagyong Nona, we still had a lovely shoot. Walang hint na inulan kami. Haha.

We only paid special entrance fee for prenup shoot sa Rave Park and rented a kubo.  No permits needed.  Andaming places to shoot - flower garden, lagoon, maze with kastilyo among others. The only downside is walang indoor place na pwedeng pag-shoot-an if ever na umulan.  Kaya we waited until the rain stopped and then proceeded with our last set.

I loved how Ms. Mhec did my hair and make up. Gandang di inakala.  Haha.  I liked that I looked like an improved version of my usual self, not too made up.  We had our first hair and make up sa bahay para di masyadong haggard sa location.  Mabait si Ms. Mhec and helpful throughout the shoot. 

Sir Michael was very efficient and professional.  He knew what shots to take and helped us with our poses.  H2b and I needed to be directed dahil sobra kaming conscious in front of the camera. Tapos di pa ako photogenic. Haha. Raw shots pa lang ni Sir Michael, maganda na. Pinakita nya sa amin ang shots ng first two sets at we were really amazed.  Sa isip ko nga, kahit di na kami makapag third set dahil sa ulan, okay na dahil andami na naming magagandang shots.  What I really liked was that Sir Michael worked efficiently.  Right after the shoot, he was able to edit the photos (minimal editing lang) and gave us the edited shots right then and there. Wala pa nga kaming dalang hard drive or flash drive because we did not expect na mabibigay agad.  He even lent us his flash drive para may copy na kami agad ng shots namin.

Sorry it was a long read.  Haha.  I just wanted to share the amazing feeling of receiving something better than what you expected. 

Less than 2 months to go before our day.  Happy preps to us all!

Hello Ladies! Gah, parang ang tagal na since last ako nag-post sa Female Network, puro basa lang. Ang baba ng immune system ko the last few months, so hay hopefully I'm at the peak of my health come wedding day on January.

I'd like to share our prenup pics We rented Meteora Tagaytay, had an awesome time with our photographer (Nicolai Melicor), and super alaga ng HMUA Team (Toni Aviles). Sobrang laking tulong na pang-dry run before the wedding day ang prenup. Lalo na since di kami mahilig magtake ng pics together! We had no idea how we'd look like kaya pinilit ko talaga si fiance na magprenup pics. Mabigat lang sa bulsa:
