sis damonsgirl, maraming hotel ang nakapaligid sa kanya.  nung nag-email ako sa bumrungrad kung me suggested hotels sya, ibinigay nya yung mga hotels from cheapest to most grand, from mere feet to taxi rides long and kung ilang minutes away from the hospital, kaya very helpful.  meron din renewal ng visa sa loob ng hospital, though di namin kinailangan kasi less than a month naman kami dun.

sa totoo lang kung nauna yung ivf technology nun, nakatipid ako ng malaki kesa sa madaming procedure na parang tinest ka lang not knowing if it will work.  kasama syempre yung prayer saka yung commitment ninyong mag-asawa 😉

yep, pagbalik kamin from bangkok sa kanya pa din kami nagreport.  sabi nya be back for preg test if by 2nd week di pa din ako nagkakaroon.  e shucks nalimutan ko yun.  isang araw nasa bahay kami ng parents ko, nanonood kami ng kambal kong twins ng tv biglang sabi nila 'ninang, me baby sa tummy mo'.  sabi ng hubby ko, kelan daw ba ako magpapa check up? pa check up ako nung monday na sunod sabi nya, so i did.  it turned out na 6 weeks along the way ako.  kaya lagi ko sinasabi sa mga sis natin dito na hindi lahat, me symptoms kasi ako wala talagang naramdaman.  mula nun, every time na magpapa check up ako, kasama ko na si hubby.  nuon kasi di ko sya isinasama sa work up kasi ako lang talaga yung me problems.  on my 37th week ayaw na papigil ng anak ko nagpilit ng lumabas.

Galing mo sis. Di mo namalayan lagpas ka na sa 2 week wait mo. Ako atat na atat nung time na yun eh. Did you take lots of pampakapit? I have been taking Duphaston and Crinone (vaginal gel suppositories) since IUI. When you said you tried IVF 2 times, 250k lang total for both? Or each cycle yun? Sorry daming tanong. I want to share the info kasi sa cousin ko. Thanks!

i think it's for both, sis.   sorry matagal na kasi, di ko na maalala yung gastos.  try mo mag search yung bumrungrad site, iaassist naman kayo dun.  pwede na thru the website yung q&a before kayo magpunta dun.  .

andun pa din yung doctor na nag assist sa akin, si dr phophong.   most of the doctors there have fellowships abroad.

Magkano po gastos niyo sa ivf mga sis?

sis damonsgirl nalimutan  ko yung ibang questions:  yep, yun din lang crinone for 7 days tapos duphaston lang din ibinigay sa akin ni dr phophong, tapos dito naman pinatuloy lang  ni dr manalo yung duphaston plus vitamins.

gumagawa na pala si dr manalo ng ivf?  dati kasi di nya ginagawa because of religious beliefs e,  pero supportive sya.

sis penrb, meron mas latest na makakapagbigay ng amount... yung kasi sa akin 11 years ago pa yun, tapos sa bangkok pa.

Thanks sa info sis mommynin8. Pakita ko sa cousin ko. Yes sis kakagaling ko lang kay doc Eileen kanina. Medyo na late nga ang clinic niya kasi nag ivf siya. Placenta previa daw ako. Nakakainis. Nadagdagan na naman pampakapit ko: Duvadilan. Buti medyo mura lang.

sa susunod mong check up sis pakitanong kung magkano yung ivf sa kanya, sis damonsgirl.  para magkaroon ng idea yung mga sis natin how much ivf sa pinas. 

check din nyo sa taiwan, india and bangkok.  yung sa bumrungrad they give an estimate (bloated estimated amount , in my opinion) in their website.  sa bumrungrad kasi they do it piecemeal: for example, when they do retrieval they request for a certain amount, tapos when it's successful and it's time for putting back the embryo/s, etc.   yung ibang sites ata andito sa gt, just look for it na lang.

tignan nyo dim kung ano mas ok for you, dito ba so that mas maaalagaan kayo, or sa ibang bansa para mas relaxed (in our case oo) kayo.

and to think na compared to other countries, bagito pa din tayo rito.   mas matagal yung gawa, mas yung experience and expertise.  hindi pa kasama yung part ng religion.  thailand and india kasi do not believe that embryos are already human beings, unlike us.  nagkataon lang na 1-3 embryos ang nabubuo sa akin, at lahat inilalagay, though isa lang yung nabuhay.

I know sis. Sobrang mahal. Pero siguro kung kinailangan ko gawin yun, gagawin ko kahit siguro mangutang lang ako. Desperado kasi talaga ako magkababy. Buti nakabuo naman kami through IUI. 70k lang inabot ko

Mga sis na gusto consider ang IVF, may thread dito about IVF Kato Repro Biotech. May website din sila. Noon kasi nagbasa basa rin ako, pero too pricey. Naisip ko noon kung last resort, mag iipon kami para sa ivf. Ang alam ko nasa 300k ang magagastos.

Yung SIL ng friend ko nagpa IVF sa kato. Kaso nung ininject na sa kanya yung fertilized egg, hindi nag implant. Iyak nga raw ng iyak. Bukod daw sa mahal, failed pa. Ganun talaga kasi hindi naman 100% success rate ng IVF though mas mataas ang success factor nya sa IUI.

sana hindi ako humantong sa IVF nor IUI i always pray padin to the Lord na sana kung ibibigay nya in a natural way na instead gagastusin namin sa IVF or IUI e ipapakain ko na lang sa mga nangangailangan or idodonate sa church i consider din kasi ang religous belief Happy ako sa mga sis natin dito na nag successful sa IVF and IUI congrats sa inyo. pray lang tayo mga sis

CD30 today. I had light bleeding nung CD28, akala ko AF na pero yun lang eh, after that wala ng bleeding til now. Nag PT na ako kanina pero BFN. Kung wala pa AF sa mga dadating na araw, I'll test again next week.

Sis hann-hann, halos same tayo ng cycle. CD 31 naman ako today. Wala pa ko cramping na nararamdaman. Sore boobs lang at siguro isang linggo na kong palaging pagod o inaantok. As in nakakatulog ako sa office minsan 10AM, or minsan around 2PM. Both symptoms are pre-AF symptoms kaya di ako masyado nagpapastress. Last PT ko is on CD28 and CD29, both BFN. Hindi ako nagtest on CD30 at today. Try ko tiisin wag magtest hanggang Friday. hehe. I am temping, pero not using a basal thermometer, wala kasi ako mabilhan. So un normal fever thermometer lang ginagamit ko. My temps remain high. This morning I temped 37.3. Sana my temps remain elevated.
