^^hi sis! first infertility specialist namin si doc, 4th OB ko sya. yung 2nd and 3rd ko kasi OB/sono, hindi ko pa kasi alam noon na after a year of trying, dapat sa infertility specialist na mag consult. hindi rin nila ako sinabihan man lang na irefer nila ako sa iba and they were both under ng health card namin.  yung first consultation namin with doc israel parang 1500 binayad ko kasama na paps smear (tagal na kasi last paps smear ko). 800 ata doon ang consultation fee. tapos yung succeeding check ups, 600 nalang. i read sa ibang thread na nasa 800 up consultation fee sa ibang infertility specialists. for work up, we were required na paultrasound (follicle monitoring) sa st. luke's. no regrets naman kasi ang maganda dun, 2-3 OBs ang tumitingin sa utz machine, kumbaga meron pang senior nila na tumitingin (though wala pa rin naman ako naencounter na parang baguhang OB doon). tapos nag iinject din si doc ng ovidrel, if i remember it correctly nasa 3500 ito but worth the price naman bec it increases the chance of conceiving. pampaputok kasi ito ng follicles so mas matimingan nyo ang BD. not sure kung how much to sa ibang OB and kung lahat ng infertility patients ni doc binibigyan nya. ako kasi noon gora lang, iniisip ko nalang baka makajackpot, tipid pa rin kesa iui or ivf. ayun lang procedures na ginagawa sis tapos fertility meds na binibigay din ng ibang OB. yung hubby rin pala binibigyan ni doc ng meds/vitamins.

Hello! its been a long time  Mrs.R0515 here! sa tagal ng di ko pag dalaw nalimutan ko na ang pw ko hahaha. so i've made another account and here it is kamusta na fellow ttc? Ako nagstart na ulit mag pa work up last wednesday nag pa TVU and papsmear ako (2 years ago my last TVU, and 1st time sa papsmear) the result of my TVU normal uterus, normal left ovary and polycystic right ovary (2 years ago both ovaries are polycystic) sabi ni ob kailangan ko mag pa endometrial biopsy (next month on CD1) at HSG pero hindi ko muna gagawin magpapa second opinion muna ako sa other OB kasi iniisip ko bakit ito agad? walang meds na nireseta even vitamins. tanong lang mga sister kailangan ba gawin agad itong procedure na nabanggit ko? pwede bang meds muna? and ask ko lang mas mataas ba ang chance na mag concieve pag isang ovary lang ang polycystic?

btw hubby's SA result 2 years ago is count 8M, 21%-normal morphology and 79%-abnormal morphology  mag SA ulit sya pero ayaw nya na sa Hi-Precision lol  kailangan daw mag focus.

hello sis MissEi! still ttc but we're doing great!

ako bilateral pcos tas mababa sperm count ni hubby. though may pcos ako, sabi ni ob, may magandang dominant egg naman ako, so possible talaga na magbuntis.

so i think basta nakaka-produce ka ng egg, wag ka masyado mag-worry. sabi nga nila, nakakadagdag pa lalo yang stress.

Excited na nga ulit ako magpawork up kasi madami ako natututunan ang mga do's and dont's ang nakakainis lang sa part ng mga ttc like us e yung mga chismosa na paulit ulit ang tanong nakaka pressure talaga grabe sila. lalo na dito sa office inaasar pa akong trans gender (medyo boyish kasi ako) pero kahit masakit sa kalooban ko hindi pinapakita na affected ako. Super thankful lang ako kay God kasi binigyan nya ako ng asawang napaka supportive as in. Lahat naman ng ginagawa ko para magka baby ay para talaga sa asawa ko kasi yun ang promise ko kay God nung hiniling ko ang asawa ko. Sabi ko pag binigyan nya ako ng taong magmamahal sa akin ng totoo eh gagawin ko ang lahat para maging masaya sya. Eh si baby ang totoong makakapag pasaya sa kanya so gagawin ko ang lahat para maibigay ito sa kanya. haaaaayss. basta si God na lang bahala.

^kaya yan sis HMisabelle. next na kayo. True, ako naman endo ang case ko pero maganda response ng ovaries ko sa meds. As long as may follicles at pumuputok, may chance mapreggy.

Hi mga sis, Just want to get some suggestions about this coz I'm already frustrated.

I have a pcos since last year and my OB just gave provera to induce my AF and metformin.

My last AF was March after taking provera then after that nag PT ako I think around Mid April coz I want to take provera again. My result is BFN but I decided not to take provera nalang and see if I will have my AF naturally. But until now nothing.

I went to a new OB and she prescribe me duphaston, I am just about to take it but decided to have PT again kasi this past few weeks, wala akong appetite, feeling nasusuka and super sensitive ng nipples.

I test this morning and this is my result.

Di ako mapalagay I want to make a test again later then tomorrow morning Excited lang hehe.

This morning i tried Fortel brand of PT. Try ko yung Clearblue, sabi kasi mas accurate daw yun.

Hayy I've been praying for this every night. Sana eto na talaga yun.

Hi mga sis! First time to post here. I want to share my story, me amd hubby have been married for 10mos. But we decided magpa work up nah because we want to have a baby. In my TVS, it turns out i have multiple myomas (8 infact) and my OB suggested i go straight to an infertilty specialist. You see, we are from Mindanao, so medyo costly ang pagbyahe. But we decided to go see Dra Angie Aguilar sa St. Lukes last march. Under follicle monitoring ako and sa 1st cycle ko, medyo delayed ang growth ng follicles ko ( CD17, Only 1.3cm).

So we are going back to see Dra Aguilar this month end. My hubbys SA has positive results naman. My myomas are located in the outer layer of the endometrium so its not risky daw.

Im still not under any medication except folic and i dont know what Dra will have me take. I pray that everything will go well and hopefully share my success story here.

Btw, im 31 and hubby is 33.

Im praying for all of us  here who are ttc. May God grant us the desires of our hearts.

CiaraTessa - Hi sis! Ang bait ng first OB mo kasi when you told her na gusto nyo na mag baby, she informed you to go to an infertility specialist. Not all OBs ganyan, gaya nalang nung mga previous OBs ko. Kasi usually naman tuturuan kayo kung kelan dapat mag BD, yung iba mag prescribe ng meds kahit hindi sila IS. Re myoma, I have 4 (na isa lang dati nung first ever TVS ko). Don't worry sis afaik, hindi dahilan ang myoma para hindi mapreggy. Goodluck!

Share ko lang po story ko. 7yrs po kaming TTC. For 3yrs. Nagpa fertility workups kami then tinigil namin dahil sobrang nakaka stress lalo na kapag bfn lang lagi.so 4yrs nag try nalang kami ng natural way but wala pa rin pero nag jogging ako everyday then nag no rice diet ako and no sodas and powdered juices for 1year tuwing lunch kumakain ako 2 boiled eggs then last february 18 nagtry ulit ako bumisita sa ibang ob then follicle monitoring agad may nakita syang one egg lang ininject nya agad ako then nagbigay ng scheduled bd.so comes march 15 wala pa period ko. Irreg pala ako last period ko is noong january 2 pa. Nag p.t ako march 19 and yun faint positive kinabukasan nagpa check up ako and confirm nga im now on my 19th weeks. Saka God's timing din po [textspeak!] noong nag resign na ako sa work ko noong february doon binigay ni Lord, para daw hindi ma apektuhan si baby sa napaka stressful na work ko. Baby dust po sa lahat. Keep on praying. Siya lang talaga ang may alam king kailan nya po tayo bibiyayaan. Thanks!

This thread is intended for those who, after patiently and impatiently waited for the 2ww to end, have already had the answer because AF, the witch, has arrived, unfortunately. No BFP for now but soon it will come. Let us help each other, boost each other, in time when we feel down, frustrated and maybe angry.
