Ilang ovidrel ang dapat iinject mga sis?

^Failed yung first monitored cycle namin last month. I'm on Metformin (for PCOS) + Clomiphene Citrate (taken day 3-7). I produced one dominant follicle. Sad to say, AF came at CD31.

This month is our second cycle. Same meds, have 2 matured follicles at right and 1 at left. I tested positive sa OPK at CD16. I was given Ovidrel at CD17. My OB prescribed me 10 clicks of Ovidrel. Pwede ko daw gamitin yung natira next cycle if hindi kami magpositive this month.

Sana this cycle BFP na kami. We've been trying for more than a year already. I know this is shorter compared to our other sisses here. But the disappointment and emotional drain pag dumadating ang period, walang katulad. Positive vibes lang palagi!

Have not been active here lately since busy raising our kid who just turned 1 yr old. Girls always remember not to stressed yourself too much in trying to get pregnant. Same advice goes for your hubby. Stress plays a big part talaga. Thats what our OB told us before. And just to keep all your bases covered please have your hubby do a SA also. Its really about the timing. I have friends na PCOS and yet na buntis. With proper medication and right timing, chances of getting pregnant are high. Remember 12 hrs travel time ng sperm kaya you guys have to time it just right. It took me and my wife a few months but eventually we got it spot on. Pray and keep the faith. Baby dust to all.

mga sis question, i took provera as prescribed by OB. started May 23 i took 1 pill per day for 5 days. its already June 2 pero wala padin si AF. when should i expect it ba? day 6 na today since i stopped. hindi kaya hindi siya gumana sakin? si duphaston kasi on time lagi e. tia

@penrba yup. 3 months workup and on 4th tumama. But it was a stressful 3 months. Constant communication with our OB, tests and medication. Pressured din kasi kami. Im 47 na and my wife at that time was 38. In a few months time we will be visiting our ob again kasi we want to have another baby. Our OB advised kasi till 40 yrs old si wifey lang can have another baby. Anything more than that wag na daw. My wife is turning 40 na this year. So ready na kami for more tests again. During BD, ano po mas okay everyday or every other day?

^sabi nila sis mas OK daw yung every other day kasi mas naiimprove ata quality ng sperm. 48 hrs (correct me sissies if I am wrong here) daw ata nabubuhay yung sperm so kahit nagskip kayo ng 1 araw, possible pa din daw mabuhay yung sperm sa loob within the day na yun. Pero kami di na nasusunod 'to sis hahaha. minsan kasi everyday or kahit kelan na lang maisipan, kumbaga ang motto namin ngayon, in God's perfect time, kahit kelan man namin gawin, kung ibibigay nya, ibibigay nya:)

^hi mga sisses kamusta naman kayo. tagal na ako hindi nagpost pero lagi pa rin ako nagbabasa ng thread na ito. 5 years TTC na but still no luck. nag stop din muna kami visit sa OB for more than a year na, but planning to visit again pero sa ibang OB na, maybe Dra, Israel.  PCOS (right) and endo (left ovary) and si hubby kakakuha lang niya ng SA and mababa pa rin yun count niya after 3 months of vitamins. Btw, i'm 33 na and hubby is turning 32 this November.

Kami ni hubby after 1.5 years of being TTC still no luck. I am 39 and he'll be turning 36, 3 months from now. I was telling hubby na magpa-SA since my ob recommended it pero mukhang ayaw nya. Sabi nya next time na lang. Na-checkup na me ng ob mukhang OK naman ang matris ko siguro mali lang ang timing talaga at pareho kaming pagod at night. Pray lang kami ng pray ni hubby every Sunday mass. Kung ibigay, thank you, kung hindi, thank you pa din at least we have each other. Last option namin is to adopt na lang kung talagang wala. Baby dust to all of us mga sis!

Onlytechgirl - sis, if i may ask, ano size ng endo mo? may meds ka ba tinake para dito? meron din kasi ako, and si doc israel din OB ko. 3 months work up kami tapos preggy na ako ng 3rd month. goodluck sis! baby dust!

^hi sis, yun size ng endo ko sa left ovary is nasa 4cm, sa left naman pcos. Before nagmetformin ako at femara and nagproduce naman ako ng mature egg sa right pero wala pa rin. Only to find out na sobrang baba ng count ni hubby nun nag iui na kami. One year na rin kami napahinga muna and planning to go back to ob pero baka sa iba na.  Nun nabasa ko story mo parang we plan to look for Dra. Israel. Mabait ba siya sis? Kasi may OB na kami before, meron kasi mga doctor na masungit pag 2nd option na sila. Hehe

^Hello sis. I see, pcos and endo pala case mo. Same size ng endo ko when first diagnosed, 4cm sa right ko tapos surgery agad ang suggestion ng dati ko OB. Sis nagpa check na ba sa urologist hubby mo? May reason ba kung bakit low sperm count nya? Kay hubs kasi dati liquefaction time lang ang problem until nagulat kami one day ang baba ng counts nya, tapos nagpacheck kami sa uro. diagnosis is bilateral varicocele, surgery rin agad ang suggestion. Hindi namin sinunod, he was given clomid ng dati ko OB, he took it for a month then nag normal na SA nya since then. Saka kami lumipat kay doc israel. Yes sis, mabait si doc, nag eexplain mabuti and sumasagot sa texts. No wonder ang dami nyang patients. Tinatanong nya rin patients nya kung pang ilang OB na sya.. She's my 4th and no regrets naman na lumipat kami sa kanya. Ang maganda kasi sa approach ni doc, may vitamins/meds din binibigay sa hubby kumbaga sabay kayong tinitreat hence mas malaki chance to conceive. Mostly kasi diba tayong girls ang madalas icheck, daming anik anik.. tapos eventually yung hubby pala ang may problem. This happened to me din, actually nung first ever TVS ko sinabi agad ng sono "yung asawa mo ba nagpacheck na? kasi may pasyente ako kung ano ano na ginawa, yun pala yung asawa nya zero ang sperm count" ay nakakaloka yung sono diba, yun pala totoo nga naman, hindi naman mabubuo ang fetus ng walang sperm cell.

Also, aware din si doc sa history ko, pero never nya sinabi na "ay may endo ka, mahihirapan ka mabuntis" gaya nung dating nag TVS sa akin.  Ang sabi pa nga nya even if I have endo, nagrerespond ng mabuti ang ovaries ko sa meds at sa workup namin, dami ko laging follicles. As long as pumuputok yung follies, may chance mag conceive. One more thing pa sis, pinagppray din ni doc ang patients nya kaya nakakatuwa. Mafifeel mo yung concern. Sorry sis napahaba post ko.

hi sis, ok lang kung napahaba at least i learned a lot from you. yup nagpacheck up na rin si hubby sa uro and according kay uro may varicocele daw siya so kahit meds or gamot hindi magwowork. surgery din or nag agree din siya kay OB na IVF na nga kaso wala kami pang gastos for IVF. kaya ayun nagpahinga na lang muna kami. ang dami ko na test at medications only to find out na may prob din si hubby, never kasi siya nag SA, nun nag IUI lang kami nakita na sobra baba ng count, nabuntis naman niya kasi ako before kaya lang nagmiscarriage ako.
