hi sis. i'm taking 2 750mg tabs at night, together with 20mg atorvastatin (lipitor) and 400 mcg folic acid.

actually, hindi ko alam. haahahhaa. kaya magbabaka-sakali ngayon sa paggamit ng bbt (pag nakahanap ako. )

@iceheaven31- yun lang! tapos irregular cycle ka pa pero do you BD every other day naman and do you check you CM? Nabasa ko sa ibang forum na it's better if you BD every day during your fertile time prior to your O.

if you can't find one, let me know bilhan kita dito then iship syo.

about sa every other day na BD, binanggit ko na kay hubby yan. e kaso pag umuuwi kami ng bahay lalo na pagkagaling sa trabaho, plakda talaga kami pareho. kaya yan ang part na medyo mahirap.

@barbillie: yung metformin, i guess we could say that, kasi i'm taking it for PCOS. para magregularize kahit pano yung cycle ko. let's see this cycle, sana hindi na ganun kahaba para hindi ako nahohopia. and yung folic acid naman ang pambansang supplements for TTC or preggy. 
ang problema ko is yung atorvastatin. di ko alam baka ito ang dahilan kaya baka hindi kumapit yung nakaraang nagpa-hopia sakin. ang alam ko lang is sabi ng cardiologist, istop ko raw agad and med na to as soon as maconfirm na buntis nga ako. kaso ang hirap alamin kung at what stage dapat istop. haaay. hirap ng naggagamot.  swerte ang mga sis natin na nakabuo nang hindi umiinom ng gamot.

@jj_27 I remember Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla say that the best time to BD is during DAWN kung kelan mas energetic pareho ang partner mo at ikaw. Ma-try nga ito.

@sis C+C- tama ka sis. dati din every other day kami nag BD ni hubby pero ngayon ginagawa na lang namin pag alam kong fertile ako. Although hindi pa naman ako preggers pero yun din suggestion ng OB ko. Sa CM ko din ako nagrerely, actually pag nakita ko na may sticky CM na ako dun na namin sisimulan yung araw-araw na BD kahit alam ko na infertile pa ang sticky CM pero I know na yun na ang start ng pagkakaroon ko ng fertile CM (EWCM, watery CM). Tapos since nag BBT ako dun ko naman nacoconfirm na nagovulate ako.Which is sakto naman this month, nag BD kami ni hubby sa araw na nagovulate ako. 8dpo na ako today so we are really hoping na magimplant na sya.

@jj_27. Think positive sis! Nasa waiting mode kana pala! Pray harder lang din Anyway sis. Nung first try kasi namin nagsimula kaming mag BD sa transparent or yung tinatawag nilang egg-white-like na mucus. Di naging successful kasi 2 days before Ovulation pala un. So 2 days nalang kame nakapag BD. The more the merrier yata applicable samin kaya nung nag BD kame 5 days straight before O day, successful na

@C+C: safe pregnancy to you, sis. mukhang kailangan ko na talagang alamin ang CM ko this cycle (as usual, tamad kase). 


share ko lang rin na sobrang happy ako to have a go signal from my cardiologist to stop being on Lipitor (Atorvastatin) kasi nga we're TTC. pero siyempre, may kapalit, have to go on a strict diet, and I will need to take Oat bran powder/supplement. Aba, e ok na yun kesa uminom ng gamot.

ttc kami for baby #2. si ate 7yo na. medyo di naman kami nagrarush pa noon na sundan sya kase bata pa naman ako, turning 27 next month. kaso december last year, i was diagnosed with bilateral pcos and retroverted uterus. sabi ni ob, mahihirapan daw ako magka anak. nagworry ako lalo na sa situation namin ni hubby. ofw kase sya and 3 weeks lang ang vacation nya every year. kung yung iba nga na same situation ng sa akin pero laging kasama si hubby, nahihirapan makabuo, paano pa kaya kami na 3 weeks lang ang meron? haaaay.

i went to 2 different OB. my 1st OB suggested that i take pills for 1 yr to correct my menses. the other one naman, told me to take metformin and folic acid. uuwi si hubby next month and magttry na talaga kami kahit wala pa akong 1 yr na nagpipills. iaadjust ko yung pills ko this month para paguwi nya next month, sakto sa fertile/ovulation period ko. parang suntok sa buwan because of the short amount of time pero etong three weeks lang na ito ang pagkakataon namin this year kaya gagawin namin lahat makabuo lang.

Hi mga sis!!! Ask ko lang sana kung pano i-check and cervical mucus? TTC na rin kasi kami ni hubby for 2 years na pero wala pa rin at ginagawa rin namin ang every other day BD...gusto ko sana gawin yung pag checheck ng mucus pero hindi ko alam pano...baka pwede naman penge ng idea or tips kung pano hehe...TIA

Just curious, have you girls have you hubby do a sperm analysis? Its a must talaga if you are TTC. In my case we found out i was the problem and it was addressed properly. Good luck.

my hubby did, twice with same results (kasi less than 6 mos ang pagitan). the funny thing is pinasama ako sa collection room nung second time. 
pero ang results ni hubby was low on normal sperm morphology. he's taking supplements now.. hopefully pag nagpacheck kami ulit, mas ok na results.

Sis kuletz, ako kasi ang ginagawa ko is after mag poo-poo. Hihih.. Mas madami daw kasing bumababang mucus after natin mag exert ng wffort sa pg poo-poo. Pero minsan anytime ko ginagawa. Ang first step ko is super mega linisin muna ang gagamitin kong fingers sa pag check ng mucus. Then, I'll use my finger na to get some mucus sa vagina ko... Kung kaya mong abutin ang cervix mas better, pero ako sa paligid lang ng vagina kinuhuhanan ko ng mucus. Basta pasok mo lang ng husto finger mo

Nagpa sperm analysis din ang hubby ko kasi nagpanic agad ako na di pa kame nakakabuo, 3months na kame nagtatry. Oa lang talaga ko. Hihih. Sabi ng OB namin sa Victory Art Lab daw magpacheck si hubby dahil the best daw dun. Sa likod ng Makati Med lang un. Nalimutan ko na exact price pero parang around 700-1k ata. Di nako sure
