wow! sis simang congrats and glad to hear your USANa user.  Been taking this since last year pa yata and so far regular ang period ko dumarating yun nga lang wala pa kame talaga nabubuo ever since.

Sarsingkit: i only take them once a day. Yung parang optimum dosage nya yata is 2x/day, so normally ako i only take 2 in a day if i'm not feeling well, or may allergies ako. Pero on a regular day once lang. Yes 2 bottles yung essentials, i take one of each everyday. I still take it ngayon na buntis ako as approved by my OB, together with Active Calcium.

Bigdadis_girl: been taking it since 2013 together with proflavanol for my allergies. Dati take ko lang sya pag feeling ko magkaka allergies ako, hehe. Pero since nadiagnose ako with pcos dun ko na sya regularly tinake. My husband's officemate's wife naman had myoma and PCOS din and also got pregnant after religiously taking usana. So hopefully it'll help you too.

^To put it short, she was judgmental about my "sexual activities". My case before was I had polyps in my uterus that needed to be removed. She is a good doctor, that I can say. Pero she has snide comments about my situation like as if I have some kind of sexually transmitted disease. Even so, I think as a doctor, you have to be professional. That was 4 years ago and and that time when the RH bill was at its height, napaisip lang ako na paano magiging open ang mga kababaihan about their reproductive system and their choices in sexual activities kung may mga doctora na ganyan. When I ask her questions, she looks at me like I am too dumb to even ask. But like what I have said, she is a good doctor, just not the perfect fit for me.

^Sad to hear that sis. Dra. Lector was my twin sis' ob in TMC at recommended sya ni sis (magaling nga daw talaga kasi madami din syang pasyente). Siguro nga not fit for you sis. Hope you have found the perfect fit doctor for you.

^sis dolphine CD1 starts sa first day ng mens mo then count ka lang til 10 iyon na iyong CD10 so on and so forth.

congrats sa mga nagBFP.

usana user din ako at sana mag BFP na rin. Meron ako ka officemate na nag BFP dahil sa usana, biomega yun tinake niya. praying talaga kami ni hubby na makabuo na, good vibes lang. Positive na this year ibibigay ang greatest blessing namin. Nagsimba ako sa Baclaran at gusto ko na mag novena kasi iba un pakiramdam. After ko kumatok sa image ang gaan ng feeling.

Diba sabi nila mag mga "tamang" position based sa orientation ng uterus? Can you share?

^i don't believe that. kasi kahit nga standing position may possibility pa rin mabuntis eh, hindi naman naka-depend sa gravity ang pagswim ng mga sperms eh. although siguro mas nai-increase ang chance ng pregnancy kung deep penetration kaya some say it varies to the position.

^pwede ka na mag-PT, you don't have to wait na ma-delay ka before ka mag-PT as early as 3-days before expected period if pregnant, makakakita ka na ng faint positive lines.

^sis nag try ako ng 1st and 2nd day ng delayed ko negative eh.
para sure on 5th ko na gawin. kasi ang signs lang naman na nararamdaman ko is sakit ng breast ko other than that wala na.

After 2 years TTC naging positive din.
I think nakatulong un advice ng friend ko din na after BD wag muna tatayo at maghuhugas agad, although dugyot sa pakiramdam pero naisip namin ng hubby ko wala naman masama if gagawin.
Aside sa folic acid, vitamin E and ova-mit na gamit ko.
