Mga Sis, pag nagpregnancy test kayo, always observe the reading time sa instructions. If ang nakalagay is 3-5 minutes, hanggang 5 minutes lang siya babasahin. If negative siya for 5 minutes, then mga 6 minutes may lumabas na line, it is still negative. Any faint line naman na lumabas within the reading time is considered positive. Ulitin niyo if ganun din sa ibang kit.

Pero mas macoconfirm niyo if magpapabeta hcg blood test kayo. Mas una kasi tumataas ang concentration ng Beta Hcg which is the pregnancy hormone sa blood kesa sa urine.

Sis ask your doctor about Letrozole, less side effect siya than clomid.

Ang problem sa PCOS, hirap mag-ovulate; as in no egg cells ang napproduce but it can be managed naman metformin and/or clomiphene. There are OB REI's who can check if you're ovulating via ultrasound so you will know if may chance talaga kayo to conceive for that particular month.

It would be helpful rin if pa-check ang semen count ni hubby, just for your peace of mind

My husband and I are 30 years old, too. We've been trying since 2013 pero I found out this year lang na wala na akong fallopian tubes so IVF na lang ang only option.  I'm pregnant now pala with an IVF baby. Sana pala dati pa ko nagpa-check. Nasayang ang 24 younger egg cells ko

EDIT: Urine (not saliva) predictor kits are more reliable pala. Meron sa Watsons. Wala sa mercury.

@superb693  don't lose hope, we tried for for 3 years, at first akala lang dahil sa cyst near my ovary pero tinaggal na, tubes cleared and I am ovulating naman pero di kami nakakabuo.  Regular din period ko. Our doctor told us that we are on "unexplained infertility" category na.  Nothing is wrong with both of us.  Kahit nag oovulate naman ako doctor prescribed letrozole I took it if it will help, though my doctor said I might have multiples, pero naka six rounds na wala pa rin so I decided to take a break with meds.  When we were trying I am working out my professional license here abroad, sobrang stressful kasi we have to undergo 10 exams tapos I am working pa.  The succeeding month I passed and completed the program, I conceived (first month ko rin nag resume taking meds).  That month stress free, nagbakasyon kami to celebrate, tama sa tulog kasi di na nag re-review, at we are not thinking so much about having a baby that month, tapos sobrang happy pa kasi nakapasa, nag meds lang ako to jumpstart.    Na surprise talaga kami when I had a positive pregnancy test .  Our doctor said in our case it must be stress ang reason kaya di kami nakakabuo, stress hormones don't help  implantation, kahit pa may ma fertilize na egg kung di naman ma implant di pa rin mabubuo.  I am now 14 weeks pregnant.   God is good!

Kaya sis, try to relax  at dapat di kayo stress pareho.  Try to see a doctor para ma correct kung ano man ang problema nyo mag-asawa, dapat kayo dalawa magpa check.  If meds are needed go for it, wala naman nawawala.

Marami pang mas malala ang case sa u sis.

Kami ni DH been trying for 5 years and until now wala pa kaming baby.  Na preggy ako last Dec 2014 but na D & C last February.  Ang sakit sakit ang tagal mo nag hintay binigay na pero wala pa din.  June 2015 PCOs naman daw ako kaya delayed ang AF ko.  From April to September 2x lang dumating ang AF ko.  Hindi kami makapag focus mag TTC kasi hindi ako nag oovulate.

Sakit isipin nakunan ka na nga ngayon naman ang problem namin hindi ako nag ovulate.

Pero thru prayers and help ni OB take ko lahat ng dapat inumin na gamot.  Ang pinakaayaw ko talaga yung side effect ng metformin sa akin -- kasi nagLBM ako.  Ang hirap lalo na nag work ako. 

Ngayon month natuwa kami ni DH kasi naging 32 days lang cycle ko so after matapos ng AF ko now babalik na kami kay OB para check if nag improve ang PCOs ko.  Sana Lord mawala na sya para magkaroon na kami ng rainbow baby.

Kahit nakakainggit ang mga post sa FB pati nakapaligid sa amin puro may babies.  Attend ka ng birthday party ng mga inaanak (anak ng classtmates or friends) claim ko na lang lagi na magkakaron din kami ni DH ng baby.

Hindi ako nawawalan ng pag-asa hanggang 45 y/o pede pa yan

Gusto ko lang mag share a inyo mga sis. 9 years na kame trying na magka baby. Im 36 now. nag start ako magpa work up sa OB early last year yata. PCOS ako, after 6 months of pills and metformin, wala na PCOS. Thank God! Nag a-attend din ako ng healing mass. After PCOS nagpa HSG ako i have both fallopian tubes blocked. Can you just imagine mga sis kung paano gumuho ang mundo ko nun. Until now hindi ko nasabi kay partner yon. I lied to him, i know its unfair, pero di ako nagkalakas ng loob sabihin talaga. Ang sinabi ko 1 tube lang ang blocked. I cried and cried and finally i gave up. Sabi ko, kung hindi para akin, tanggap ko na. Pero nagdadasal pa din ako. But i stopped going to my OB. Kinalimutan ko na talaga.

Imagine my surprise 3 days ago, i found out i was pregnant! I had my TVS today, im 13 weeks pregnant! May heartbeat na din! Praise God!

Share ko lang sa inyo mga sis. Basta dont lose hope, miracles do happen. Maniwala ka lang. GOD is good!

Kami naman pang 3rd cycle ng clomiphene ngayon (3 tabs a day). Nakakalungkot kasi nung last TVS ko nakitang both ovaries nag release ng egg kaya sinunod talaga namin mga bilin ni OB pero af came nung Tuesday, di man lang nagpakipot, eksakto talaga. Sabi ni OB mag inject daw sya ng steroid para maclear kung sakali may mga matitigas na part sa fallopian tube at kahit last HSSG ko nung June lang, patent both tubes. Nalimutan ko kung anong tawag dun sa gagawin nya sa akin, pero I am assuming parang HSG din kasi niresetahan nya ko ng doxin. Sana makahabol kami bago matapos ang 2015.
