our 26 month old daughter usually drinks organic calcium fortified soy milk first thing in the morning... then 1.5-2 hrs later, she usually has a piece of toast with spreadable butter and fruits. Nagagaya sya sa Mum ko kasi her brekkie is always toast with butter.

^hi sis nicoletta...
In our case, nung 11 months na baby namin, pinatikim namin siya ng peanut butter (half teaspoon with bread), then inobserve namin kung magkaka-allergic reaction ba sya.. thankfully wala naman siya allergy. She is now 15 months old and we let her eat peanut butter with bread and also kare-kare sauce and kare-kare veggies. We don't give her any nuts kasi choking hazard.

Breakfast ng baby namin, usually kung ano breakfast namin (except when we eat processed meat), cereals, pancakes or left-over ulam the night before.
Pagkagising nya, magmilk muna siya (4 oz). After an hour, tsaka sya kakain ng solid food.

Nicoletta, yes because its high allergen daw. But when my baby was 9 months old i gave him peanut butter and he didnt have any allergic reactions to it.

At a year old he saw us eating peanuts and got from our plate. He has a lot of teeth na but we watched him closely so he wouldnt choke on it. I even crushed the peanuts for him. Now he's 16 months and still loves peanuts. I dont give him almonds lang kasi too big for him. Peanuts, walnuts, pistachio kaya na niya. I told him he needs to bite and chew first and he follows naman.

hubby would usually cook lugaw, with chicken and boiled eggs, or champorado, or misua soup, from scratch lang basta kun ano un mga recado or pancit or gulay sa ref pede ihalo
or he would give fried egg, rice and hotdog or bacon sa anak namin or pandesal, butter at cheese then he would always have milk

current fave ng anak ko ngayon, pancakes with peanut butter, banana slices and maple syrup

My daughter loves all bread for breakfast - pandesal, monay, Gardenia, basta malambot.
Minsan nilalagyan ko ng cheese or cheesewhiz para may palaman.
