Thank you sis..yun nga daw sis mamayang 6pm lalakas daw ang snow.. Kaya ngayon balak kong lumakad sa labas para bumili ng rice.. Hirap pala talaga ng walang car..

Mahirap nga dito pag walang car lalo na pag mag grocery kasi usually once a week ginagawa grocery dito. You can check out zipcar.ca if you want to rent a car by an hour. Or if you know some pinoy pwede ka na rin makisabay.

mga sis, sa enterprise kami nagrerent ng car every weekend. mas mura ang rate kapag by thursday na magbook. around 30-50 cad lang ang binabayaran namin then friday to monday morning nasa amin yung car

My husband and I have been living in Canada for 9 years na. Sino dito mga tiga Alberta?

Sanayan lang ang lamig, yung kaibigan ko nga nung dumating dito takot na takot sa lamig dahil lamigin nga sya tapos 1 month pa lang sya nakakapanganak nun at CS pa. Eh sa bahay laging mahina ang heat namin naglalaro lang sa 18-21 degrees in every room lalo na sa basement mas malamig eh sa basement room nya. Dumating sya Sept. pagka summer next year sobrang kunsumido na sya sa init and find 25 deg. sobrang init na. Buti na lang dito sa lugar namin hindi rin umiinit ng sobra kaya pasalamat ako this year pinaka mainit namin here nasa 28 degrees lang.

Sorry, i just want to quote this one kasi now i can totally relate.

We arrived last autumn and nilalamig na kami. And then now, bumabalik na sa 2-digits ang temperature (10degC & above), well kahit nga nung around 5deg, tapos may araw, parang okay na for us.
Tipong "hindi masyado malamig ngayon"....or when the sun is out "ang ganda ngayon tara labas tayo!".. Samantalang when we came here, temp was almost like that, pero iba reaction namin! Heheh

In short, nag-iba na standard namin ng "Malamig!!!!" 😄
I can imagine nga pano kaya pag summer...Iba na rin ang standard ng mga tao dito sa "Mainit!!!!" 😄

warmer weather na, pumasok sa office ang husband ko ng walang jacket  pero naka long sleeve shirt naman, mainit daw haha

Hahaha 😄 Yeah i saw that speech also..ang kulit! nakakatuwa yung banter ng two world leaders eh (even about whos the best in hockey daw, etc, and yeah, justin)... Napanood ko yung during arrival na ceremony and yung dinner.
And i've watched every video in youtube where Justin Trudeau was being interviewed. I like the way he answers questions being thrown at him, even when he's almost mocked na nga (yun yung years ago pa). And you can see how he really respects his father, and maganda arelationship nila and he is genuine who really believes he can really help and make a difference in this country. 😊

Anyway about Sorry nakakatawa kasi canadians are teased as laging nagsosorry and likes apologizing. Siempre exaggerated na minsan but it's true to an extent.
Sometime instead of excuse me, they say sorry. May pinuntahan kaming attraction sa toronto, in a span of 2 hours, i think i heard "Sorry" 3-4 times! 😄

All pinoys i've met (even my cousins) voted for the Conservative party last election! 😄

Wala rin naman kasi akong point of comparison, except PNoy (lol!) oh, and Lee Hsien Loong... 😊
Anyway, basta for me he looks a bit like Matthew Mcaughnahey...hahaha!
