Original plan ko kasi is to get yung package na Bride +4 heads, the 2 moms yung then 2 from my entourage. Kaso naisip ko lang di kaya parang unfair dun sa ibang entourage ko yun, so thinking tuloy na sagutin lahat  Then umandar ang kaartehan ko naman, na kung lahat sila nandun na magpapaayos pwede provide-an ng robes silang lahat para maganda sa pictures, lol ballooning expenses due to luho

Haha! You can probably give 1 to your MOH. I don't think that would be unfair since she has a special place being your MOH.

If you have the budget for the robes and all their HMUA, then you can splurge and treat your ladies. Otherwise, it's really not necessary. Just ask them to come in early for the pictorials. Masaya to have your ladies there cheering you on and making you feel like the most beautiful woman on that day teehee

Question: normally ba sagot din natin ang HMU ng entourage? Iniisip ko kasi di ba pinapupunta natin sila as hotel earlier for pictorial, dapat ba ayos na sila nun? And sa mga chinese brides, kapag sinagutan nyo yung HMU nila and malamang pati food, do you still give angpao?

I think tradition that we give the angpao. As for hmu, sasagutin ko na since I asked them to be part of my ento and ayaw ko naman na gumastos pa sila for their hmu.

belle_v2g - oo nga sis nabasa ko nga na naging friends na kayo kasi lagi mo syang kinukuha, so naisip ko lang na baka kaya sya  nag stay kasi friends na kayo. i'm not saying she doesn't stay for her non friends client, but like sis yannuh's experience, nag ask si Thea kung ok lang daw ba na iba gagawa sa 2nd look kasi may next gig sya. Though I appreicate na nagsabi sya kesa yung biglang sa event iiwan ka nya diba?

meixin - I'll cover my entourage hair and make up kasi I want them to look dolled up and super pretty para sa pictorial. request ko nalang mag check in sila sa hotel preps ko.

Regarding nga pala don, sabi nya 4 daw silang gagawa para sa 15 pax na yun. they will arrive daw 5 hours before the ceremony. ask ko lang kung tingin nyo kaya ba nila yang 15 pax na yan? hindi kaya malate naman kame ng bongga dahil 4 lang sila?

^meixin, i shouldered my ento's hmua since i requsted them to be at the hotel early. I also booked a separate room for them.

Hanap ko yung MUA na sya ang gagawa ng retouch and 2nd look at yung walang 2nd booking, and as much as possible yung friendly and maasikaso. Siguro mas better talaga kung kakilala mo noh?

I know a very good make up artist, cousin ng best friend ko, magaling sya mag make up and nag coconduct pa nga sila ng workshop for wedding hair and make up eh. Pero as far as I know wala syang first hand experience sa kasal talaga. parang wala pa syang naging client na bride talaga. So basically wala syang experience eh. So natatakot akong kunin sya hehe.

hermione28: Syempre Ok talaga pag personal friend mo ang HMUA. But consider lang na iba ang bridal make-up. I remember watching an interview of Madge Lejano and she said bridal make-up is very difficult because the client has to look good in both photo and video and also in person. Then the bride also has to look good in the daytime as well as at night for the reception na. That is why some HMUA specialize in puro tv comercials. Some naman pang print ads. Iba ata talaga eh pag bridal.

^Yeah, agree! Bridal make-up is different because you should register well in videos and photos. My P/Vs are early and they were able to test me while I was being made up. Mine was ok daw but they said that there are some brides who doesn't register well and they work with their HMUA to improve some "flaws".

sis warning lang kay Val, call time namin was 10am, and he arrived at 2pm. Ceremony was scheduled at 4pm. So yes, ganun kaiksing time para maayusan ako. Wala akong shots prior sa ceremony dahil nga super late na dumating si Val. Yung sa groom, ang gaganda ng mga kuha niya since ang ganda ng venue. Sakin, wala talaga 

*Hugs Sis Juyjuy* Now that our wedding is over --- pictures and videos are the only things that would remind us of our special day. Val is sikat in W@W but I read horror stories of his punctuality as well. Mga 3rd time na ako nabasa ng ganito. Ang sad lang.

Hi, Sis! In my wedding I already took care of their entourage gowns and I honestly did not volunteer to shoulder their make-ups. But I asked them to come at 1pm for pictorials and stuff and I told them na dressed na sila dapat.  Two of my bridesmaid got the services of my HMUA though and sila na nagbayad.

^antay ka lang sis may mag pm sayo about Nini dati kasi may nagpm sa isang sis dito about Nini sana post nalang nila dito. hindi naman perfect si Nini. sakin na late sya ng 1 hour nung prenup. pero bumawi naman sya ang bilis ng ayos nya sakin pero maganda naman kinalabasan.

^^sis may OLD issues din dati like hindi nakarating sa meeting si Nini because she was in the hospital for her check up, so hindi siya umabot sa oras ng meet up. Alam ko naka-post yan sa FB ni Ms. Nini... Tapos may nagsabi din before na kesyo hindi daw high end gamit ng STAFF ni Nini which I don't believe kase nong wedding ko, I was checking on their makeups kase yong mga sis in laws at family ni hubby ang concern ko, and all their makeups are branded and high end kase mostly I saw we Makeup Forever, Kryolan, Graftobian and I remembered Naked and Stila for eyeshadows.

but then again those were OLD issues, and I think kung may ganon feedback before she had learned na and improved kaya mostly positive reviews na kay Nini, besides as far as skills, attitude and craftsmanship talagang magaling siya :-)
