^Nini bride here. ang dami ko kinonsider non pero ang ginawa ko kasi pinapakita ko kay husband yun works then sya mag approve.si Nini napili nya kasi ang simple ng mga makeup nya. hate na hate ng husband ko makapal ang makeup sakin at nagbabago itsura ko (may mga ganon na artist kasi di ba). hindi ako nag trial sa kanya yung prenup yung pinaka trial nagustuhan ng lahat ayos ko. even sa wedding. hanggang sa 2nd look andon sya.

Same tayo sis, ayoko din ng make-up transformation. Fresh and light lang.
Good for your H2B, very supportive in terms of HMUA, yung sakin, wala daw kasi sya alam sa make-up kaya ako na raw ang bahala dito. Pero sometimes may sina-suggest naman sya from his colleagues, check ko nalang daw. Mga ganun. Hahahah!

Err. Torn pa rin ako. Heheh! As of the moment si Thea kasi madalas ko makausap, I think Nini is busy right now due to holidays kaya yung mga hanging questions ko hindi pa nya nasasagot. Pero just last month, very prompt naman sya mga queries ko. Wait lang ako ng konti.

^add ko lang din isa din sa gusto ko si Nini din nag ayos ng hair ko. so nakamura ako sa papakainin. sa prenup sya lang kasama ko sa kasal sya lang din (aside sa asst.nya na nag ayos sa ento ko which is 2 lang). tipid din sa papakainin hehe

Yikes, I'm also considering Eds Go for my make up. I like her and I will bring this up to her and will ask for her side of the story. In any case, I'll also message Thea Dionisio for her rates. I initially wanted Lindsay Co-Alog and Mayone but they are a bit pricey. Considering Eds & Thea while still convincing my h2b for a budget increase for make up. Hehe

Nini Marquez bride here so biased ako😂 All praises ako & family/ento ko sa kanya and sa team nya. Maalaga, mabilis kumilos at mabait:)  gandang ganda din ako sa hmu & si hubby din nung wedding:) Pati guests pansin yung hmu ko at di ata ako humulas kahit crayola during the ceremony:) try mo magpatrial makeup sa kanilang 2 sis, para mas makapagdecide ka:)

Nini bride here as well, and after several trials ko non from pricey artists, kay Nini rin kami ni hubby nag-go. She listened to what I want for my makeup and she did it beautifully.. Ang linis niyang mag-makeup and ang OC niya which I like syempre :-).. Nong pictorial sweet and fresh lang then before the ceremony, she adjusted my makeup kase daw iba na ang lighting tapos came reception, I requested for glamour look and super nagustuhan ko at ni hubby. Nini is really good in eye makeup, soft contouring (yong tipong may contour pero if you look closer hindi mo mahahalatang may mga hard lines, natural and very subtle talaga).. Another plus factor is that she is so humble and hindi ka mahihiya or maintimidate sa kanya :-)

^chili, same experience. during my brother's wedding, my SIL, my mum and other ento had another hmua team. then ako i got thea for me alone. but you know, she assisted my brother sa suit nya. then nagpa retouch din mama ko sakanya hahaha. pero she didn't asked na for payment, parang thoughtful gesture lang to assist.

i agree with sis yannuh, why not get a trial with both? O kaya get the other for prenup.

^ganyan din sa prenup ko. puna nung iba ang puti ng face ko sa wedding pero nung nakita nila yun pic sabi nila alam na nila bakit mas makapal makeup ko nung wedding. ang dami pumuri sa kilay ko. ang ganda daw. haha!

^i think both thea and nini are good naman, as long as the bride is comfy whichever hmua she choses to be with, the bridal glow comes from within naman and not just dependent on the makeup product used by these professionals. Hehe! It's always advisable to have a trial. We have different skin color and types so the effect on others might not be the same for us.

they are also the cheapest on my choices. wow mukhang sulit nga talaga kahit sino piliin sakanila.

Bride and Groom lang kasi kukunin ko.

Nakahanap kasi ako ng mura for the ento, 700/head minimum of 15pax.

Mahirap ang double booking sa MUA. Pag kulang sa oras baka ma-rush ka. I was supposed to get Cherry Pacheco, I was about to make the deposit na pero naunahan ako by 1 day! Ang sakit. But infairness kay Cherry, she told me that she was already booked that day but I can still book her pag bride only. I decided not to get her na kasi sympre hindi mo din masabi mamaya ma late dahil sa traffic. I' still looking for a MUA. Albert K and Mickey See are too expensive na kasi at 65k.

Has anyone tried Jey Marasigan-Gonda? Nag trial make up ako sa kanya and I liked it naman. Pero ayaw ko pang maging fixed so naghahanap pa din ako ng iba..

I am a Thea Dionisio bride but Mayone is one of the HMUAs I like too. Another is Lindsay Co ALog. Sis nagaaccept pa ba si Mayone ng booking, I heard she's migrating to US? Tama ba?

Sis if you are after high end HMUAs, you can try Jigs Mayuga or Denise Go Ochoa. They are all pricey pero magagaling.

^I'm not sure sis. Pero if the brides-to-be like her, there's no harm in asking her. A sis told me that she previously asked Mayone who said that she no longer accepts bookings, but when I asked her on a later date, she accepted me naman. Hehe. I guess she accepts clients when it becomes definite that she won't be migrating up to a certain date.

How much ang rates ni Thea at Ish? Kris Bacani parang medyo expensive. if my understanding is correct, according to her site 16k bride only pero pag magssecond look before reception magiging 20k na?
