They go back home. A powerful healing technique: Imagine your heart as a separate person inside of you, like a young girl. If a young girl comes to you, crying and complaining about how a guy broke his heart, what are you going to do? Are you going to scold and blame the girl and tell her it's all her fault? Or are you going to be compassionate, open, ready to listen and understand? Will you cook her meals and take care of her needs while she tries to recover? Will you tell her stories of hope and encouragement and sing uplifting songs? The grown-up and responsible you has to take care of the little and bruised you. Listen to that little voice, ask her what she needs and try your best to give it to her. Most importantly, ask for the little child's forgiveness, because the grown-up you wasn't able to protect her from getting hurt, because you didn't pull her away in time from that relationship. Ask her to forgive you and to allow you to make it up to her and promise to always protect and guide her in future relationships. This might sound a little crazy, but try it. It really works.

Solo travel.
GYM
Treat yourself (dine at some fancy restaurant or buy something you really really like) *in short stress shopping. It does work sakin for couple of days then after i regret spending some cash dahil masyadong expensive haha
Your friend's house or catch up with your friends
Church (very effective, say anything you want he's always there for you and wont judge anything you say. He will definitely guide you)

Don'ts
Do not drink too much, you'll end up drunk texting your ex or crying about how you guys break up (trust me)
Avoid going to places where you guys usually hang out (malls, parks, etc)

Hi mga sis. Ako din brokenhearted. Hindi ko padin malet go si ex eh. Bf for 8 years. Inask ko din siya ulit 2 days ago if ayaw naba talaga, since nagkikita padin kami, pero hayaan ko daw siya and ewan naman sagot if ask ko if for good na ba tlaga yung decision niya na un. Space padin daw. Hay. Naiinis na ako kaka mukmok ko, kaka abang ko, then baka siya he's living his life and nag eenjoy being single na. Siyempre siya nakipaghiwalay e. Count me in if meron kayo viber groups or meet ups once in a while. Thank you in advance.

@shraen sorry to hear that sis. *hugs* Mahirap. Ang hirap hirap ng situation natin. Lalo tayo ang iniwan and baka sila nagsasaya na tapos tayo struggle nalang sa araw araw. Pero makakaya din natin to one day.. mapapagod din tayo sa lahat ng sakit na 'to.

SAGADA! hehe.

Tama naman yung movie. I've been to Sagada alone last year. And I've realized after my travel was that "THERE's MORE TO LIFE." :)
