Hi Bea been thru that situation before and Im sorry someone has to go thru it again. If you really need to wander off, I suggest you also stay with someone who can also watch you from from doing stupid. When we are alone yes it does help us think but not necessarily makes us think better.

We go thru 5 stages of grief and sometimes as we go thru each stage, it comes bouncing back again to square one.

I had a friend who went to Camsur to get her heart fixed and pursuew akeboarding. Stayed there for 10 days and came back riding like a pro. After nun dun naang nya binuhos oras nya

Maraming tao sa sagada, more so ngayon nung sumikat lalo dahil sa movie.

Marami naman options dito sa pilipinas maraming places for vacation. Or if you want you can go abroad too. For me anything new kasi, whether lugar or activity. Okay rin if meron kang mga makakasamang bago. Last breakup nagstart ako ulit mamundok after several years of hiatus, even if takot ako sa descent on steep places. It took my mind off the breakup. Sumama din ako sa mga travels na nakapost publicly on facebook. Masaya and nakakatakot kasi wala akong kakilala nung una but I gained a lot of friends. I was, still am, really proud of myself then.

If you're into activities siyempre there's mountaineering and rock climbing even for rookies. Try mo din surfing or wakeboarding. Meron din skydiving dito sa pilipinas or go to provinces like cebu for canyoneering, swimming with whalesharks. If gusto mo lang within the manila try sa mga gyms, go for kickboxing or muay thai, or do yoga.

yeah soul searching is one of the ways to help us think and get back to our old selves ..me and some of our fellow GT sissies here (which is in the process of moving on din)  are planning to go to Iloilo Isla De Gigantes/Guimaras this Nov 20-23 and , and you guys are very much welcome to join especially you sis Bea ..

Ako I always go to the beach where I can just rest and swim. And look at the sunset Oh! I miss the beach!

when my bf and i broke up, usong uso itong where do broken hearts go! haha. but i can't afford to go out somewhere else na malayo because of my work schedule and i already have scheduled trips local and int'l (so tipid mode ako). what i did is...i just go out for retail therapy. so basically, panay gala lang ako after work -- malls, bars, ktv, etc. then a month after, yung local trip ko with friends ginawa ko nalang soul searching. good thing at camping style yun. so, todo inom lang sa gabi hanggang magkahangover. haha. then sleep onti. tapos gumising ako, to watch the sunrise lang. feel na feel lang ng lola nyo. hehe.

but up to now, i'm still looking for that "PLACE".

Thanks guys sa mga comments, nagtry akong magmall pero wala e hindi effective sa akin. Gusto kong magbar pero di naman ako umiinom.. Suggest pa kayo ha tulungan na lang tayo.. Gusto kong magbeach..

^Maganda concept ng experience.ph pero mahal packages nila. If wala ka pa maisip na vacation destination ngayon sali ka sa travel groups sa FB madami yan, naghahanap ng mga kasama and nagpopost ng public events.

Batanes. Sobrang simple ng buhay, peaceful. Pwede tumambay lang sa hills, pagulong gulong, sigaw to the max. Sarap lang umupo dun at tumitig sa kawalan.
