hermione28 wala yan sa leadtime, nasa how focused you are in prepping and of course how elaborate your wedding details are. I had like 16 months but on and off and mostly weekends only, so now it's 2.5 weeks to go and im still cramming. I know someone na 9-month prep but they only really took 3 months daw to plan everything.

^I agree! My 1st wedding I planned in 4 months =) kaya naman! Yun nga lang... you cannot get your 1st choice suppliers since they will likely be booked. And with such short prep time you can't fuss over the small details.

The advantage of short wedding preps, is that when you meet book the suppliers, you go straight into planning na. No more wait time in between of doing nothing lang and nakadeposit na your money with them.

sa ronac arts center 1k per hour. plus 1 hour free. so kung 4 hrs shoot nyo. 3k lang babayaran.

^sis, I dont think meron pa din 1 hour free in Ronac. I had my shoot there mid November and I really had to pay 1k per hour

Talaga sis. Di ba 1 week apart lang prenup natin dun. Hehe. May free 1 hour prep time kasi sis. Yun ang tinutukoy kong free 1 hour In our case.  Pagdating namin game na kasi kagad.. nakaayos nako make up and all.. pero 1 hour late kami kaya di na nagamit yun prep time. Pero kung on time kami dumating at game kagad, nasulit sana namin yung 1 hour..

thanks sis imprincessfiona,  stylus, and Chili1113 sa mga info, buti pa kayo tapos na sa stress ng gantong prenup sessions. Ewan ko pero parang stress na stress ako.
Ganito ba talaga pag ikakasal na? Parang gusto ko ng maganap na ang event sa sobrang stress.

OK sana sa Pan de Amerikana kaso gusto ni H2B e "pokemon" inspired na STD teaser.

Naisip ko na nga rin sa Ronac Center kasi bet ko ang spiral ladder and that room na may ilaw ilaw, parang ang futuristic and high fashion, kaso pag pinilit ko daw don sabi ni H2B, babaguhin nya ang storyboard at gagawin nyang star wars. ayaw ko nga, hehe...

Ang gusto daw ni H2B kasi sa W.Sycip Park. Planado na nya na may Gazebo shot. Nung nag-inquire sya, kulang na lang palayasin sya kasi raw pinagbawal na ng management ang prenup sessions, the last time daw na may nag-prenup e nawala ang magic marker para sa wish stone, ang sad lang...

whaaaaaa... wala kami free 1 hour. Late din kami dumating but we were charged pa din for that hour na hindi namin nagamit. Kasi we prepaid 3 hours. Then we extended 2.5 hours... we paid 5500 total.

Ah talaga sis.. samin di sila ganun kastrict. Kasi kahit 1pm usapan na cut off kasi may naka sched daw ng prenup ng 2pm, nakapag extend pa kami mga 30 mins basta yung mga gamit namin wala na dun sa prep area. Pinahakot na namin sa car. Pero kami tuloy pa rin sa photoshoot.

finally joining this thread since we hit the 6-month mark already. Mejo madami pang kulang - prenup, suit ni h2b, entourage dresses, cake, bridal car, photobooth (undecided kung kukuha pa), accessories (shoes, rings, anik anik) and all docs/marriage license/precana. Major push na to!

Hi, everyone. Subscribing here. question mga sis. july bride here. our church is st. Michael in marilao. nagpabook kami last month and kuya told us to return on May 2016- is this normal, hindi ba masyadong tight ang 2 months to prepare everything re: church?

Hello Sissies, share ko lang ang wedding progress namin. We started booking suppliers last September 2015. Our wedding is on June 2016. We almost booked everything in a span of 3 months. Ang bilis nalungkot tuloy ako. Feeling ko di ko naenjoy ang planning. Super excited lang kasi baka magtaas na mga suppliers. Entourage gowns, Documents, Groom's attire and souvenir na lang kulang namin. Happy preps mga sissies.

Hello 2016 brides! Me and fiancee are going to tie the knot on May 2016.

Ask lang sana ako ng opinion mga sis. Our ceremony and reception are going to happen in the same function hall, kasi non-Catholic wedding po ito. Di na rin po kame nakapag book ng separate garden venue since booked na po lahat ng top choices namin on our wedding date. So kumuha kame ng isang venue to be used for both ceremony and reception.

The problem is, nasstress ako isipin paano mag-transition from ceremony to reception without it being magulo and tacky. The caterer suggested they can push the presidential tables aside muna during the ceremony and then line up the chairs in theatre type, mga 4 to 5 rows on each side of the aisle, to seat the principal and secondary sponsors, pati bridesmaids and grooms men, parents, etc. The others who are not part of the entourage and family will sit at their usual tables and chairs na during the ceremony.

After ng ceremony, tatayo muna yung mga nakaupo sa ceremony so that the caterer can setup the front side for the reception (presidential table, couple's backdrop, projector screen, etc). Any idea kung san pwede papuntahin yung mga taong tatayo during this transition, or ano pwede ipagawa sakanila? And do you think it will be magulo and can potentially cause a disaster? Looking for opinions and advice po!
