We had less than 6 months to plan our wedding. Got engaged end of July and we're getting married on January 3. Basically done with everything, except for some church and marriage requirements. Will be filing them this week.

Ours is in January 4 naman. We've started preps mid July lang and then had to hold it off and booked almost everything last September Bridal Fair. We're planning to arrange church and marriage requirements also by end of this week.

Hi zaji731! You moved yours pala to Jan. 4. We were supposed to have the same date diba? Haha! We originally planned Jan. 4 also, but our guests didn't want to be absent on their first day back at work. Hahaha! Where is your reception going to be held na? Glad we're almost done!

Oo sis. Had to move it since most of suppliers and family ko are available lang on Jan 4 kaya din nitong Sep lang kami nakapagbook ng suppliers

we booked Prism Plaza kasi gusto ni fiance... but really i wanted Le Parc kasi less hassle. Medyo heavy ang corkage ni Prism if not accredited eh. Pero nagustuhan ni fiance yung view at sakto lang daw for our small guest count, kaya ni-go na namin

Thank you sa support. Ang gagawin namen ni h2b ngayon is get rates as many as we can. Then lalatag ko sa excel sheet lahat. Buong october yan nalang gagawin namen. Then mamimili na kame ng 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices. Then by november siguro ibook na lahat ng kayang i book!

you can do it sis hermione28! that's what i did earlier this year. we have a comparison study  pa for each venue which is more cost effective since each one have different inclusions pa.

Here's our timeline for the docu: We'll start with the docu- birth, baptismal, confirmation, cenomar and pre cana this december. Jan, marriage license and canonical (can be extended up to feb).

welcome sa gt sis jennifermae27. Try Absolutely Knot Events. OTD is 10-12K ata. Not sure lang kung nag increase na sila ng rates. You can search them on FB. Mabilis sila mag reply

Hi! Musta na preps niyo? 8 months to go for me and I'm worried dahil we have booked most of our suppliers and things are going smoothly for us. Feel ko tuloy this is the calm before the storm O_O

Anyway, mga sis, do you have any reviews/ comments about Rea Pinpin, the makeup artist? And is Rizza Mae Aganap okay for entourage makeup? :/ Wala kasi akong alam when it comes to make up eh.

Sis, member ako ng Wedding Suppliers Philippines sa FB and madalas ko makita name nya before don na looking for suppliers for his ALL in services. And he's always looking for the cheapest ones. I think he has a lot of issues with that group, kaya hindi na sya active don. So mas maganda talaga research muna. Sabi nga nila one decision can make or break a wedding.

Hi mga sis!

One year to go na lang before our wedding, and we have booked na most of our suppliers, pero ewan ko ba bakit ganito feeling ko.

I'm torn between having the traditional wedding reception and a simple, anti-reception. Actually, ang gusto ko lang talaga ay simpleng kainan sa isang resto lang. No program whatsover. Celebration with family lang. Parang kasi nawalan na ako ng gana magplano. Tinatamad lagi ako. Siguro kasi its because I already experienced the whole excitement of wedding planning during my first wedding. Kaya ngayon parang nawala na yung romantic notion na once in a lifetime event ito kaya dapat bonggahan. Sa totoo nga lang, nanghihinayang rin ako sa gastos eh. Haha. Honestly, wala na rin ako matandaan about my first wedding, and I rarely look at our wedding photos and videos, even when my late hubby was still alive. And to think ang laki ng gastos namin noon! Kaya now, I wanted to keep things as simple as possible. Kahit wala nang bonggang reception, kahit sa vikings lang kami kumain ng family ko and family niya, basta ang importante makasal lang kami.

But, ayoko maging unfair kay h2b. Deep down, alam ko gusto niya maranasan ang traditional wedding. Syempre first time niya eh. Alam ko rin gusto niya iinvite lahat ng mga kaibigan niya, etc. Kaso wala na talaga akong gana for that. Tamad na tamad talaga ako.
