Girls when you just suddenly realized you're getting married in 2016, where do you start the planning? sorry for sounding sooo clueless...

5 months to go for us! im almost done booking all our suppliers, hopefully wala na kaming nalimutan. we have a good estimate na of our expenses and im glad may extra pa kami for those unexpected gastos. mostly detailing na kami now with the caterer, attire, invitations, etc. its all fun! suddenly nagdecide kami to have the prenup pictorial so that's keeping me busy as well. we've also started on the church/gov't requirements, pending na lang ang marriage license which we'll do on november, then a few more church requirements after that. we'll also process our visa for the honeymoon around nov/dec. ang target ko is to have everything done before Christmas. sana kayanin. happy preps everyone!

wow we're on part 3! less than 5 months to go for us. last na lang to book--bridal car, invite printer and the additional ceiling decor. submitted our church docs earlier this month. one more month for us to eventually figure out our marriage license. at least we decided to go for a pre nup which can take our minds off these things. happy preps!

Yay!!!!  Part 3 na.  8 months left for us.  We've almost complete na with suppliers.. minor stuff na lang ang kulang.  We're also booked na for our one-on-one Pre-Cana Seminar.  Now I'm just finalizing the date for our Final Ft & detailing.  We're planning to have it in Feb.

8 months to go for us din.  Galing ng mga sis natin here na madami na na-accomplish. Eto pa mga kulang namin: Suit (h2b wants onesimus would probably buy around feb na), Rings (hopefully by oct), church docs (will start processing on dec),  Marriage licence (On Jan), Souvenirs (so far wine for PS), Detailing (around feb or mar), invites (no idea yet), precana/dw (hopefully nov or dec), prenup (no idea yet), photobooth and band (undecided if were going to get pa) Happy preps fellow 2016 brides!!

Hi sissies! So fun to read about how your wedding planning is going. So many April and May brides nga dito! 6 months to go naman for me. Most of our suppliers are booked na. Minor ones nalang like ento hmua, projector, photobooth. Ongoing na rin yung prenup shoot namin. Our final shoot is on Sept 13. After ng prenup shoot, we'll start working na on our church requirements. Ongoing na rin yung measurement-taking ng ento (last 2 sa ento is next week!) and the measurements for my gown were taken na rin a few weeks ago.

Sis Chili, who are you eyeing for your l/s? 200 guests is a lot Participation din ni h2b ang mejo hirap ako hahaha - he hasn't even chosen a best man yet. He'll say yes lang to all of my suggestions hehe. Ako naman sis I enjoy the fittings and the detailing and everything. Are you getting ba a stylist?

Sis rightback and bzbee lapit niyo na, 5 months nalang! Time flies by so fast. Have fun planning your prenup sis rightback! I'm in that stage also right now.

^i know the feeling. I've just finished the layout for our save the dates. Will be sending them out soon. I've started doing the layout for the invites, and I've already asked hubby to start finalizing his entourage  (meaning groomsmen) and guest list a month ago. But so far none... tsk tsk tsk.. Come September I need to finalize flowers and my hubby's sacrament of confirmation.  Start on my DIY invites and decide on what favours I need to give or make!! Ay caramba! 😫😫

I thought it was just my fiancé who won't do his assignment sa Guestlist, Entourage and so on... It cause away pa minsan! But now I realize hindi pala ako nagiisa. Hahahaha!

same here..basta si h2b past deadline lahat ng naka assign sa kanya. we don't have the invite design yet which he's assigned to do. was able to make him do his guestlist and entourage with me. hinarangan ko yung pc niya before he's allowed to play any of his computer games haha.

So funny how almost everyone's fiances here are shuffling their shoes on his side's guest list! I've been hounding mine every week on it - his is partly done na kasi he knows which friends to invite. The hard part daw is to hound his mom for the rest hahahaha

When are you planning to have your prenup done sis rightback? Do you have a venue na? Our prenup video shoot is on Sept 13. So far okay naman yung outfit hunt. Mejo done na ko with my outfits, outfits nalang ni h2b kelangan ko ayusin. So funny naman sis how you blocked off h2b's computer games just to get him to participate hahaha! Ako sis, I got his sister to send me the guest list for her wedding. Ginaya ko nalang yung names ng family members nila that she invited. For his part of the ento naman, I did a draft & asked him if he's fine with it. Ayun, oo lang ng oo hahaha! Wala pa siyang best man! So funny talaga

Sis Chili I think I read nga in one of the threads how your h2b was researching the speakers pa online hahaha boys talaga At least he was helping in his own way. Ok na rin yun na you'll be the one finalizing who you'll get. Tayo din yung hands on sa preps eh, so mas alam natin sinong supplier mas bagay for our budget & the type of wedding we want. Losing weight din struggle ko now sis! Struggling to start my salad all day-everyday diet hahaha

Sis anneshirley I think when you ask the parents who they want to invite, that's when the guest list balloons noh. And yes, the fiances talaga are so funny

BTW  has anyone here decided on souvenirs?  im thinking nga i just night skip this. the past 3 weddings na high budget pa skipped the souvenirs.  Expensive din kasi those nice souvenirs...

Let us know how you go with your all-salad diet sis barbeeque. That's pretty challenging hehe! I tried that and i ended up eating more coz the salad is not sufficient to get me through the day. Kulang sya as i needed more energy at work.
