What TV shows are you currently watching (Thread 4)

Napanood ko na rin yung The OA. Didn't like it, parang the storyline is all over the place and character development is poor. They're comparing it to Stranger Things, but I think Stranger is much better. Pero tinapos ko na rin para lang malaman yung ending, and wala rin ako masyadong ibang mapanood anyway.

The Mentalist. (marathon daily, on to season 3) I can identify with Patrick Jane.
Legend of the blue sea ( Sassy girl fan here )
Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim ( medical series after Doctors) Not too romcom, I like Master's character
Jane the virgin season 3 (stopped, takes too long for next episode and sometimes getting tired of the plot. typical telenovela with a lot of twists)

The oa was oa sa pagka trying hard hehe.. the interpretative dance was cringeworthy. It is interesting, I give them that pero ang daming loopholes ng story. It's just plain wierd. Unlike the leftovers,  stranger things and west story na wierd pero mahohook ka kasi maganda yung pag develop ng story.

But I would want to see a second season, just so they can answer some questions left hanging, or maybe patch up the loopholes. 

I'm still 50/50 sa series na ito.  Ako pa lang ata dito ang medyo nagustuhan ito haha! I'm weird talaga.

The hubby and I are watching The OA and mejo gusto namin, haha! Nag binge watch kame last weekend and we stopped sa EP06, will probably finish it over the holiday.

I agree, especially about that dance. The idea behind it seemed okay, but the execution was so awkward to watch, LOL, ewan ko, parang hindi masyado bagay sa kanila. Ang dami ngang loopholes, so easily and conveniently inserted kaya mab-blindside ka na lang minsan. I did like Nina/young Prairie though and Prairie's parents.

Binge Watched:
Sense8 - Nakakalito yung plot niya lalo na 1st episode.  Ayoko din sa mga characters.  BUT, natapos ko ito plus the 2hrs christmas special.  Once na-grasp ko yung nangyayari sa characters, then na-appreciate ko na rin yung story.  I started liking some of the characters din like Sun and Lito (funny lang ni Lito sobra - gwapong gwapo sa sarili)

Travelers - Finished the 1st season.  Kakarelease lang nito sa Netflix nung Dec 23.  Entertaining naman.  Buti na lang ni-release nila ito during the winter break kase no choice walang mapanuod, kundi baka hindi ko ito napansin.  Like the concept kase not a typical time travel, yung conciousness lang ang babalik sa present time.  Looking forward to season 2 (sana meron)

3% - I think hanggang episode 7 or 8 lang ako.  Hirap kase babasahin pa subtitle - tamad lang haha! Pero pag sinipag ulet ako papanuorin ko ulet ito.  Meron palang english audio kaloka! May pagka-Hunger Games ang dating, pero di naman kasing brutal ng elimination na kelangan nila patayin ang kapwa candidates nila.

Mid-Season Finale:
Designated Survivor - Oh my heart! nakakaloka ang last 2minutes!  I love the fact na wala silang ibang sinosolve na problema sa episode na ito.  Which made me realized na mas gusto ko na ang Serial type of shows compared to Procedurals.

^kakapanood ko lang ng episode 9 and 10 yesterday. sana naman hindi traitor si Aaron. love ko silang lahat sa Team Kirkman(Emily, Aaron, Seth, even Mike). sino kaya talaga ang nagmamanipulate kay Peter MacLeish at ang may pakana ng lahat noh? hindi kaya si Kimble?

will start watching Westworld later tonight.

Descendants of the sun, while waiting for my US tv series I tried watching it and so far  kinikilig ako sa 1st episode. Hahaha..

^^Sis hann-hann, I feel bad nga na kung kelan may spark na sila ni Emily saka naman mapaghihinalaan sya.  Andaming twist ng show na ito, one person na akala mo totally bad yun pala hindi and vice versa.  Pero di ba si kimble ang pumipigil pa nga sa appointment ni Peter?

Anyways... here's some of the show I started watching:
Continuum - Ok naman sana ito, pero parang magulo na later dahil sa timelines.  Kaya stop ko muna ito.  Concluded na rin pala sya. Up to 4 season lang.

Luther - I started watching this again and I am beginning to love this Brit Police Drama.  Almost same rating ko sa kanila ng Line of Duty.

Maganda nga talaga ang Designated Survivor. Thanks sis Myealexis for recommending this. Alam mo talaga ang mga bet kong series THough, everytime nakikita ko si President, feeling ko si Jack Bauer pa rin sya. hehe

Try mo din Line of Duty Sis (British Police Drama), sobrang na-amaze ako sa story netong show na ito.  Ang galing ng writers!

Gustong gusto ko ang Madam Secretary dahil kay Blake! Pero maganda talaga tong Designated Survivor. Excited na ko sa next episode. di malaman kung ano talaga ngyari.

Sis Tin, yung Line of duty baka manibago ka.  Kase at first nanibago ako di ako sanay British TV shows.  Pero super nice sya.  Maganda reviews niya.  Maganda kase yung pagkakasulat ng story. Basta, I hope you like it

Will watch the Westworld later.  Etong mga officemate ko di ako tantanan eh haha!

Di ko ma-start panuorin ulet ang Westworld ang dami kaseng nakikita sa Netflix at Starzplay.

Kakatapos ko lang panuorin ang Damages, starring Glenn Close and Rose Byrne.  Ang ganda! Galing ng dalawang bidang babae! Superb acting and ang galing din ng writers.  Concluded na itong show na ito, almost same as HTGAWM (flashbacks, timelines shots, etc) but IMHO mas matured ang dating hehe.

Started watching 24, dati kase di ko talaga nasubaybayan ito.
