How early do you start inviting your guests for your kids party? A month before the party is okay lang ba to make sure na maiblock na ng mga guests mo ang date na yun for you o masyado advance?

Nakapagsend ako ng Save the Date 2 months before the event I did it on Flash animation. Then yung printed invitation mga 1 month or weeks before nakapagsend na ako hanggang 2 weeks before the event nagsend ako.

Confirmation of Invites around 10 days to 1 week before the day itself.

1 month should be really send na saka para may chance ka for the second priority.

Ako nun I was able to invite the second priority kaso nga lang hindi na sila nakatanggap ng printed kundi pdf na lang. Good thing yung mga 2nd priority ko nakarating, nagsise nga lang ako na hindi ko pa nainvite yung ibang relatives.

Nangyari sa akin nun, ang naging agreement at first 80 pax muna so kung may dagdag itatawag namin 3 days before the event. Then ang nasa list namin nasa 100 which is kulang pa yun. Nung confirmation na ang daming nabawasan down to 75 more or less. On the event itself naging 62 adults and only less than 10 kids which must be 15. We only paid 80 pax and it is enough kasi yung mga take home food hindi katutak.
