I don't have my recipe with me :-[ Balikan kita pag nakuha ko yung papel.

But definitely walang gelatin yun..

Crust is basic graham, sugar, and butter.

Yung gelatin na naencounter ko, pang no-bake.

Yung blueberry, feel ko the brand matters. Although ok naman nabibili ko sa landmark, baka may mas masarap aside from it :)

Actually, the brand matters sa lahat ng ingredients. I buy Comstock and haven't tried anything else hehe.

I agree. No gelatin sa baked. Ang natry ko pa lang e yung niluto ko sya ng nasa water bath to prevent from cracking. But I guess you can do without the water bath since me topping yung cheesecake mo.

3.   Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until smooth.
4.   Beat in eggs and flour.
5.   Gradually bet in evaporated milk and sour cream.
6.   Pour over crust.
7.   Bake for 25 minutes.
8.   Cover loosely with aluminium foil.

Nagtry ako gumawa, yung recipe is from food network, yung kay Tyler Florence ( http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/the-ultimate-cheesecake-recipe.html )

may mga binago lang akong ibang ingrdients like:

Sa filling at crust eto binago ko.
1. I used processed cream cheese yung nasa jar.
2. I used digestive cookies.
5. 1cup yogurt ginamit ko instead of sourcream.
