sis, meron ba sainyo nag diy ng unity candle? sa church kasi namin pwede naman umorder ng unity candle pero pwede din na from outside supplier, plano ko sana na i-diy yung design nya, problem ko is kung saan nakakabili nun candle mismo

true. at some point nakakaumay pag paulit ulit yung paggawa ng flowers. kaya 3 months in the making yung mga bouquet ko. ginagawa ko lang pag bored ako.

i remember when i made my bouquets last year, it was a wonderful feeling when all the individual flowers came together to form the bouquets.

Go lang sis stylus pag madami na gagawin parang na imagine ko ang hirap haha. maybe if ill do the diy flowers for all entourage, i'll get help from my friends. baka di kaya ng powers ko kung ako lang

Hi sparklingjewel! Thanks! Do you have an idea how much it costs? Did you buy letter standees for your wedding din? Im planning to use it for photo op since wala kami photo wall/area 😊

^I dont know magkano eh sis sorry. I bought really small ones, the smallest ones they have, it was like 12 pesos per letter lang. I painted it already and covered it with printed floral paper. We'll use it as props maybe for the prenup and place it sa cocktail food table during the wedding (just need a base for it to stand).

mga 150-200 siguro sis taz188 kasi we bought 18 inches tall letter for 70 pesos. not sure din kasi hindi magaling memory ko kahit kakagaling ko lang divi last month

So nice all your diy ideas. Lurked here coz I want to craft something for our day. So far, ribbon wands palang coz nothing on the floor din sa church namin.

We'll be giving out activity kits for the kids attending & as extra souvenir for the PSs with apos & kumare-kumpare (thru inaanak) friends. I'm hoping I still know how to machine sew para I'll make the drawstring pouches nalang instead of having them done. My niece would be providing the illustrations for the activity book, then we'll bind it although I don't have an idea pa how. Hanap pa other options rather than tie it up with a ribbon or on a clipboard. Then we'll put in bubbles (reception area's carpeted naman), crayons (there's this store sa Shangri-la that you get to pick out your own Crayolas tapos dami unique colors, so I guess I'll DIY the container for that), a ring pop, chocolates & you know those pastel twist wrap candies with cheesy messages? "i love you", "pleas talk to me" stuff like that.

Nice Idea Sis corpse_bride! Ako nagprint lang ng coloring book online and will bind it by sewing it.. tapos crayons and put it in a plastic. yours is very detailed and i think that's a great idea! every detail counts talaga

This thread and the contributors have inspired me to plan and push through with the DIYs =) There had been times when I would think, 'bat ko ba ginagawa to?' but as soon as I got my pace, I couldn't wait to get home and work through. This had been my way of de-stressing and it had kept me inspired. I wanted a non-traditional wedding, though h2b wants a classic one, so this is the offset =)
