Meron sana akong gustong iinquire about sa rights ko as buyer ng house and lot. Sana matulungan nyo ko makahanap/makausap ng real estate lawyer. Preferrably, Cavite or Mandaluyong area sana. Thanks in advance guyz!

I guess you may inquire sa website ng developer niyo. Sana lang may in-house lawyer sila.

need help mga sisses, san ko ba pede ipa consult yung problem ko regarding sa pag papa process ko ng transfer of title. dami kong hindi maintindihan especially sa BIR part. mejo napabayaang property ng parents ko na kame ang mag aayos. sa pagkakaintindi ko kasi need namin makipag coordinate sa mga anak ng seller na namatay na. ano sasabihin ko? ano kelangan ko sa kanila? kung meron ditong maalam sa gantong process please i need your help. thanks in advance. wala din ako kakilala to enlighten me.

Help on this.. I have acquired a property but still under my brother's company loan. I pay whatever is being deducted from his salary and all the other expenses for transfer. The loan is still on for 5 or so years. Also, my brother is married. The question is what is the document that I can execute indicating this setup? That I am the owner of the property and the legal documents saying so will be processed only after the full loan payment
