Seeking your help for games prizes suggestions. Ilan ba dapat yun and ano normally binibigay? Affordable but yung maappreciate naman sana ng winners hihi. Saka [textspeak!]-anong games ang included sa wedding program nyo? Our emcee will be my brother. Sumasideline ng hosting pero mas ok sana kung mas maraming ideas for brainstorming. TIA!:))

sis yannuh, kame we let ayie decide sa mga games. basta sabe namin yung pinakamabenta nyang games yun na yung gawin nya. hehe
then we asked her na lang kung mga ilan ang prizes na kailangan namin i-prepare.

we gave out hershey's cookies & cream chocolate bars since b&w wedding kame at may nasaktuhan pa kameng buy 2 take 1 na sale sa grocery.

Nice thread! We havent yet started preparing the programme and I have no idea what games we'll be including if ever. Are there sites with a list of games to choose from? :p Want to have ideas before meeting the coordinator as they will probably just recommend the usual ones they do.

chocolates are very good prizes! we'll also give out ritter sport chocolates (our favorite brand) and boxes of silvanas for our lawn games

Sis yannuh, your host can help you too with this. pag nafinalise nyo na games for the programme then you can decide what to give. Ang prizes ko medyo related sa games namin.
Example: Instagram contest - we gave Instax Camera. For the Best Message, we gave a journal and a Parker Pen. Tapos starbucks gift certs for group winners. Ok din chocolates and wine for couple na winner.

On the weddings that I have attended, they usually give out starbucks or SPA gift certificates for the minor prizes and an ipod or ipad for the main prize. Of course ff you want to be more generous, you can give out a cellphone

Thanks sa replies mga sissies, so far, mabenta ang chocs and GCs. Thinking of adding mason jars, para kyut lang or para maipilit ko lang HAHAHA :p

Sis stylus, coordinators usually give you a checklist and a sample programme flow. And you definitely can ask them for game suggestions.

kami ang games namin dapat magpartner, boy and girl, mas ok pag di nmagkakakilala..we have 5 pairs tapos each pair may hawak na needle and thread, tapos pipili sila kung sino sa kanila ang magshoshoot ng sinulid sa needle paunahan lang na may makashoot, pero may twist, may mobile bar kasi kami kaya provided ang liquor, mashoshot muna ng alcoholic drink yung magshoshoot ng sinulid.. ayun masaya naman sya nakakatawa, then ang prize namin ay chocolates..

Meron kami couple games, saka yung bouquet saka garter toss games pero may twist.
Then nagparaffle kami for best message. Nagbigay kami tv phone hehe ^^

Just thought I'd share an idea from a wedding i attended. The couple knew their friends wouldn't be too excited about the bouquet and garter toss and the dare that typically comes after. Guess what they did?
For the bouquet, they made a bouquet out of folded paper bills---- totalling P5k. Same with the garter, 5k din. So lahat ng tinawag sumali, tumayo talaga! Hahaha they just tossed it and whoever caught it got to keep it. Nagkatapakan to say the least.

i like that idea about the bouquet toss. baka nga maging interested yung singles. usually kasi yung girls nagtatago. tapos yung guys naman, hinihintay nila if type nila yung girl. that's what i noticed from some of the weddings i attended.

we're planning to do quiz night. starbucks gc yung planned prize namin for the winning table.
