I agree with most sissies here, find a replacement ASAP!

Reason out mo nalang na she is too young. IMO, it really isn't advisable to hire a young maid (in her teens, early 20's...) not just because of the rampant husband-yaya scandals nowadays, but also -- these girls most likely don't even have a kid of their own. How would you expect them to treat or take care of a child properly? IMO, may nangyayari man o wala, palitan mo na.

Wow. Thank you sa mga advises nyo. I do have a little idea kung ano dapat ko gawin. but with all these advises from you guys, they all boil down to one point. Mejo naawa lang din kasi ako sa bata but I think she's better off going back to school. Nakakaparanoid lang kasi thinking about what happened with Ben and Jen. Tsaka si Ethan Hawke and nanny nya. Waaaa!! Sometimes it's hard being the wife/female. You cant help overthink things.

Sis budz, payat lang sya. matangkad sakin about an inch. mga nasa 5'5 ata. Syempre dahil ako to, sasabihin ko mas maganda ako. haha. ([textspeak!] ba yan) She's just like that normal teen. Mejo kasi she looks at my husband dreamily kaya nag iiba perception ko minsan. And when we're young like that, sometimes, there are things we're curious about. and that scares me.

Priceless

Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer, as the saying goes.

I'll try to put a different perspective here. Marami ang nangangailangan ng katulong, maid or yaya, and I believe kokonti lang ang qualified, and/or at the very least, trust worthy na pwede mong ipagkatiwala ang pamilya mo, not to mention ang laman ng bahay mo.

If this girl is a hard worker, she knows her place (na empleyado mo sya at ang mga dapat nyang gawin sa trabaho nya), and she cares for your child, I believe she is worth keeping. She's at the age na highly impressionable pa, you can influence her and help her grow to be the kind of woman that you will respect, like, etc. Kung papalitan mo sya dahil sa paranoia mo ngayon, you'll have to wait and interview so many people pa and in the end, baka mas malalaki na ang sungay nung replacement na mas mahihirapan kang baliin at disiplinahin.

Now, it is up to you how you should discipline this current helper of yours. Think of her as a younger sister. Gently tell her, wag masyadong mag pa cute (don't refer to your husband), be prim and proper sa pakikipag usap sa mga nakakatanda sa kanya, sa kanyang pananamit, etc. Tell your husband na you are trying to create good employee-employer relationship muna kaya he needs to support you by not being overly friendly or close to your helper. She needs to learn your rules and the parameters that you set at home. So you and your husband needs to have a consistent "message" and ways of "handling" si helper. If super nice si husband and goes out of his way to make your helper feel "at home", that is okay, pero not at your expense - and not kung hindi pareho ang pinapakita nyo ni husband. Syempre natural lang naman kay helper to side with the one who is nicer to her.

There's no perfect helper out there. There will always be people who are better than you, and your katulong might have traits that are better than yours. Mahihirapan ka talaga maghanap ng someone who is worse that you in all aspects. And to be honest, would you really want to trust your family on someone who is so much worse than you (intelligence, patience, humility, diligence, etc?). Focus on her redeeming qualities and as for the rest, isipin mo kung ang paranoia mo is more about your own insecurities than her own actions.

TS, better to look for another yaya than risk losing your husband. Mas madaling magpalit ng yaya kesa magpalit ng asawa.

"The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior." If he had a "colorful" past, there is greater risk for a "colorful" future :(

I know of a family whose father left them to be with their former maid.

It happens. Do NOT risk it.

Totoo na Hindi for keeps ang Yaya mo now.

But at the same time, tanong ko lang, your hubby. Sana nagbago na sya, kasi, kung mahirapan ka makahanap ng kapalit, you might end up hiring another incompetent Yaya, worse Baka magnanakaw pa or nananakit. And either way, you might still feel uncomfy at baka patulan ng hubby mo.

Your marriage also needs some working. Baka better din nga as suggested, consider mo mag change ng job that has same time with hubby para lagi kayo kasama matulog, can go out on dates, more quality time, etc.

Why don't you use a hidden nanny cam?

If you nanghihinayang ka sa yaya mo because of her work, talk to her in an 'ATE' way and talk to your husband too. clarify with both sides their places.be honest with your husband and tell him your feelings kasi baka misinterpreted mo lang sya. di ko din naman sinasabi sis na mali ang kutob mo or tama but better if may communication and understanding sa inyong mag-asawa.dahil kayo dapat ang may intindihan before si yaya mo.

what's more scary about this is that, baka nung kinuha yung yaya eh buntis tapos ang iturong ama yung hubby... patay na!

If I were you kausapin mo na ng matindi mismo yung yaya. Tell her straight wag kang magkakamaling lumandi sa asawa mo. Kapag na offend,, and so?? Hanap ka narin ng ibang yaya. oo i get mas madaling sabihin kesa gawin.

1. Yung classmate ko nung college, iniwan ng tatay nila sila for their maid.

I dont know if it's just me, if im paranoid or what. But i dont know, I cant help it. Anyone experienced  the same? what to do? how to deal?

mej malupit si husband sis ha :D pero if woman's instinct yan, try mo lang sila hulihin muna para me proof. baka kasi minsan guni-guni lang natin lahat sis. try mo biglang surprise sila na umuwi ng maaga tas check if paano sila kikilos or something.

if your husband will cheat, he will.  with the yaya or with someone else.  that stinks that you always have to be on the look-out for someone invading your turf.  i say let the yaya stay and let the chips fall where they may.  at least you'll know what your husband is made of.  and yes, don't forget the hidden camera..

This happened to me before. And to end it all, kahit mahirap maghanap ng yaya, i let my yaya go.
ang mga lalaki pag palay na lumalapit who are they to refuse diba...
