^don't worry, kasi you will wear a snorkeling mask so you can breathe without having to lift your head up. hindi rin ako magaling mag-swinmming but i know how to float. what i did was use a swimming noodle. kasi yung life vest, i found it to be constricting. nahirapan ako to snorkel with it. parang the life vest is designed to keep your head above water kasi, and hirap tuloy to stay horizontal. if you can do basic floating, a noodle is the most comfortable choice for snorkeling.

^same sentiments about life vest. Anyhow, i am going to travel sale fair ngayon. Hoping to be able to get coron promo. Right now, listing down all your suggestions. Sa mga island hopping lang ako kukuha ng travel agency. Like some of you, gusto ko rin makihalo sa locals and experience their culture <3 so excited to go there

nasa coron na pala kami siguro around 12:00 NN - 1:00 PM. ang plan ko kasi nung una, Mt. Tapyas lang and Maquinit Hotsprings. May pwede pa ba kami isingit dun sa 1st day namin? 3 days lang kasi kami. Yung 2nd day lang yung island tour. yung 3rd day, pahinga -- uwi na.

^if you are arriving that late, you can rent a private boat (sulit na rin lalo if marami kayo). this way you can go to malcapuya and other beaches and ganda ng malcapuya. worth the trip.

Any ideas how much to rent a private boat? meron kaya makukuha don on that day?

^your hotel can find a boat for you. yun nga lang mga 1.5 hours going to malcapuya. you can have your late lunch there on the island (the boatmen will cook for you tapos handa na when you get there). siguro you can spend an hour or two on the island, go back to coron to climb tapyas, then maquinit na.

what we did nung 1st punta namin

day 1 - 1PM derecho ng banana island. overnight.
day 2 - malcapuya then coron loop. sleep sa town.
day 3 - tapyas + fly home

^mt. tapyas is just a few minutes by tricycle from most hotels in coron. as in wala pa yatang 10 minutes. the climb up is 30 mins to an hour. pwede sya sa umaga. maybe you can even wake up early and watch the sunrise there. enjoy your trip!

hi. where can we book cheap island hopping tours? yung nakikita ko kase per head and rate, ang dami kase namen (9 in the group). meron ba dun na isang boat na yung i-rent and around how much? tia.

^ usually agencies offer private tours as well, solo niyo boat pero sila pa din bahala sa food, guide etc. (kaso per head pa din ata rate nito).

but you can DIY also, punta lang kayo dun sa wharf then rent kayo ng bangka (standard naman ata pricing ng boat rental sa Coron) then kayo na bahala mamalengke/bumili ng food nyo. so sharing na kayo sa expenses sa boat rental at food. Mga entrance fees na lang babayaran nyo per head.

sis sorry super late reply. ang natandaan ko lang yung sa Coron tour including siete pecados, kayangan lake, twin lagoon etc. 1950 per head po. tapos 9 people kami. sa amin lang yung boat wala kaming ibang kasama.
