Any suggestion affordable yet nice location and developers in Cavite

Mga sisses baka me masuggest kayo na developers in Cavite un malapit sa Metro tapos flood proof and child friendly and most of all less than 1M. Ang dami ko kasi nakikita online na offering house to own pero not sure alin talaga yun maganda at yun maayos na location.

hi sis, try Bella Vista sa Gen Trias (not to be confused with Bella Vita of AMAIA), yung townhouse nila is around 1M lang. Okay din ang payment terms. Isa ito sa tinitignan kong property

We got a house and lot from Summer Pointe Country Homes the location is very convenient kasi aside from it is located along Daang Hari Ext, this is the first Subd that was constructed in the area and now we are beside Exclusives and High end subdivision that are worth 10X of the TCP when we acquired the H&L way back 2009, as of the present marami ng access going to Imus, Alabang, Molino or even Las Pinas. Two rides to Makati via bus, napaka promising ng location kasi daming malls, school, gas station na ngayon compared last 2011, talagang bukid pa ang location namin.

hello mam, may i ask anong unit po ang kinuha ninyo sa the villas dasma, RFO na po ba? kumuha din po kasi ako ng unit sa VDH. kaso hindi po RFO ang kinuha ko. as of now hindi pa din natatayo unit ko. kamusta naman po ang experience ninyo sa developer, wala naman po bang delay sa mga deadline like turnover ng units? bank or pag ibig financing po ba kayo? musta naman po ang turnover ng unit? pasensya na po madami tanong, first time ko kasi kukuha ng bahay and OFW po ako so medyo hindi ko agad agad maasikaso. at least makakuha ko ng first hand experience sa kapwa ko unit owner.    sep 2012 pa kami nagbayad ng equity...tapos sabi nila matapos na ang unit by dec 2013. kaso nadelay ng nadelay...natapos na lang din ng feb 2014.


pero mula noong matapos, help nila kami sa filing ng loan sa pag-ibig. dito naman mabilis proseso, narelease na ang notice of approval namin sa pag-ibig last june. probably sep or oct ma-take out na namin ang loan.

SPA ko nga pala ang sister ko kaya mabilis lang ma process...di ko kailangan umuwi. basta sis update mo lang yung contributions mo..

Update lang ako...we end up getting h&l in calamba laguna sa Valle Dulce developer nya is Futura which is low cost housing ng Filinvest. 1.1M ang halaga nun H&L tapos 9months to pay un equity then remaining bal loanable na sa Pag-ibig. Mataas un lugar ng Valle Dulce, if familiar kayo sa Ciudad de Calamba then that's where it is. Grabe super ganda kasi num lugar tapos ganda ng club house then malapit sa SM at saka mataas un lugar so sure na flood free.  Ito na yun pinili ko kasi malapit nadin at the same time sa ancestral home namin where my mom lives

how about micara sa tanza, cavite? alam ko less than 1M ang value ng h&l dun and their gate is just near the main road na dinadaanan ng mga bus na papuntang cavitex-coastal

Any feedback on Axeia Development? We are inquiring about their townhouse in Dasmarinas. We live near Salawag in my parents' house but we want to get our own house though not planning to move out naman anytime soon. Para lang may sarili. Any suggestions on townhouses in Dasmarinas? TIA.

Mga sis budget ko naman max 3m. Mas maganda siyempre kung may 2m lang.
Anyone na nakabuy ng h/l sa avida settings cavite? Molino yung place pero hindi ko masyadong kabisado kung okay pag commute to and from bgc where I work.
Any avida/filinvest/dmci property na okay for a public commuter like me?

We got our townhouse from Amaris Homes. Developer is MyCitihomes. We started the renovation na. The sales and after sales is very smooth din. The area is actually good din. Katabing subdivision are high end, Bellefort, Avida Settings, and Avida Southgrove. Units are sold out na. Because of its success, they are constructing another Amaris in Dasma na.

Going to Alabang is around 15-30mins depending on the traffic, especially near SM Molino. Using Molino Boulevard, it took me 50 mins to get there from Domestic Rd, Pasay.
