Hello sis prettydefined. naku pati ako inaabangan ko yang update kay prixee. kamusta naman ang pagkuha mo sa kanya? Anung weight nya ngayun? Parang anlake nya sa pic or nakazoom lang. Or bata kase may hawak? Kamusta naman personality nya? Maharot din ba? Nakakatuwa ang may furkid sa house noh? Buti enjoy si baby girl mo sa kanya. Nice way din yan para maturuan ang kids naten maging responsible...

Si sil ko kumuha sa kanya nung 25 sis kase hindi kame pwede ng hubby ko nun. Habang na sa car daw sila matatawa ka k prixee kase antok na antok pero ayaw matulog. Naninibago. Hihi! Maharot sya lately. What does it mean sis? Familiar na sya sa place ba? Tska mahilig sya mag-ngatngat si Kisses ba ganun din? Ano ginagawa mo sis para hindi na sya mag nip? Malapit din sya sa baby girl ko. Lagi nya hinaharot. Gusto nila magtakbuhan lagi haha! Problem ko yung pag -ngat ngat nya ngayon. Ganun ba talaga?

Hi sis! Yes I do. Honestly ngayon feeling ko trained ko na sya. Pumupunta na sya talaga sa wiwi pad nya din if she likes to pee and poop. At first tyagaan. Pero totoo pala toy poodles are very smart and madali turuan. ☺️ basta sis nung dumating sya inayos ko na [textspeak!] pad nya where I want her to do it. 15-20 minutes after eating iihi na yan or poop ilalagay ko na sya dun. Pansin ko aamuyin nya yung floor then yun na so whenever I see her na ganun lalagay ko sya dun. Hanggang sa masanay sya. Yesterday ko napansin na alam na nya. Kase dun na sya talaga. 😍 Sobrang happy ko. Pero ngayon kase nag nnip sya. Hindi ko alam if stags ba  sya na ganun ngayon. Everytime na lalakad ako habol sya then lick / nip din nya toes ko. It's uncomfy hehe. Or hindi lang ako sanay. Sana phase lang. By the way sis here's her pic nung newborn sya pa lang. http://i57.tinypic.com/2nk5nop.jpg

Wow so they really are smart!  Yun din nabasa ko (hanggang  basa nalang..he he)..Poodles are one of the top smartest dog breeds ! 
As for the nip, sa nabasa ko ulit..it has to be corrected right away kc pag naging habit maging bite na sa adult. 
To let the dog know you're not happy with his action, stop whatever your doing and leave..then after a few seconds go back and play again..when Prixee nips again, stop then leave or turn your back at her..dogs will get the message after a few repeats..dapat maging patient talaga..ha ha..I'm giving advice eh wala naman akong sariling alaga 😛
I used to watch videos of Victoria Stilwell and other dog training videos.

....in addition to stop the play and go back after a few seconds..
also make a distinct sound or yelp right after the nip..like 'ouch! ' or 'aray!' ..dog will know na you're hurt..then stop the play..

^^ Thank you sis for the tips. 😘 Okay lang kaya if kunwari na sa kitchen ako tapos mag nip na naman sya, punta ko sa room and close the door? Then balik ulit? Actually sakin nakikinig sya when I say NO. Pero sa baby girl and Kuya hilig nya talaga mag nip sa kanila. Minsan tatalon pa sya. Hindi ko alam kung lambing nya yun or what. Tendency, tatakbo daughter ko then sya hahabol pero titigil na naman. Ganyan pattern nya. Confusing sakin kase first time ako mag -alaga hihi.

Sis it seems like you're ready na din to have a furbaby. ☺️ Kuha ka na din sis Let us know ha. 😘

sa kakawatch ng dog videos..they always mention the importance of 'consistency' sa training and start them young.  yun tip na I mentioned earlier should be practiced by all members of the family.. and dapat lagi the same, if you don't want Prixee on your sofa for example.. you should let her know that right away so every time she attempts pa lang, say 'no' right away so she understands yun 'no' is for not allowed to sit on the sofa..
so in your case, yun nipping ni Prixee.. each time she does it to any member of the family, dapat same reaction (yelp, stop whatever the activity is, leave, then go back..) from everyone.. parang drama play..hehe.. should be consistent, not today you don't allow then tomorrow you won't mind, the dog gets confused..
the kitchen to closing the bedroom scenario naman, Baka di ma gets ni Prixee ang message coz may time gap na..your reaction should be immediate for the dog to connect what message you're sending her.

Sis what if the scenario is meron ako ginagawa like washing the dishes or just simply walking then bigla sya habol sakin tapos nip nya ko. What's the best thing to do? I'll stop, then walk out?

Scenario #2: if ever sis naman yung slippers namin naman paano gagawin ko sis?

[textspeak!] sis when you're in the standing position, best is to yelp then tumalikod ka and try to stay still.. running away might make her think you're playing with her so uulit ulitin niya yan.. guess ko Lang naman

for the slippers, say 'no',  remove from her mouth carefully.. then replace it with safe toys for her to play/chew with.. I'm not sure if this early, like in Prixee's age 2months plus pa Lang, the teeth are coming out hence the chewing?

just a few months back.. hubby, daughter and I entered a house na may shih tzu naka leash just beside the sofa.. so we were all looking at her smilingly and saying 'awww' ..siya naman bark ng bark, so I tried the method I saw on video, yun tumalikod kami and it really worked!  Hindi na nag bark parang I was like..wow, it really worked!  so hope the tips I gave you sana mag work din sa inyo.. 

oh..and try not to stare at her too lalo na If you're standing straight then looking right down at her..they get intimidated by that so instead try lowering yourself..he he

sis I forgot to mention..with regards to slippers, don't give Prixee yun old slippers na I-di-dispose niyo na coz they won't know the difference ..so saying 'no' to one slipper (currently in use) and replacing with another slipper (ready to be disposed) will just confuse the dog..

same too with newspaper, don't give her old newspaper to chew coz she might think ah okay Lang pala to chew on newspaper, magazine etc..

Sis nagpleplay bite sya... Tama si sis jan888. Consistency is the key. Kahit firm "no" lang magwowork din sa kanila yun. Minsan ako "a ah" kapag may ginagawa silang diko gusto. Naku sis ilang slippers ang binayaran ko sa kapatid ko kakachew ng mga alaga ko. Pati bente pesos ng mama ko. (Buti bente lang) pag puppies palang talaga hilig nila yang magngatngat. Lalo nat mag-iipin sila. Para tipid sa chew toys binibigyan ko sila ng sanga ng bayabas. Para nalilinis na yung teeth nila, may nagagawa pa sila. Hehe. Yung spitz ko di na nagngangat ng mga gamit. Pero lage may dalang toy. Si kisses naman hanggang ngayun parang tuta padin. Pati dog bed kinalkal at binutas kelan lang. Tapos namimitas ng mga dahon para iuwi. Parang di sya nagmamature. Hehe. Siguro nagkulang din ako sa pagtrain sa poodle ko. Parang naspoiled tuloy. Di sya tumitigil kakatalon pag nakaupo ako para magpakalong. Pag small dog kase minsan parang ang hirap on my part disiplinahin kase ang galing magpacute. Haha. Which is mali. Tama sis jan dapat lahat ng members consistent din. Pero di namen nasusunod din. Pag ako mejo behave sila, pag si lola super behave naman pag kapatid ko na naku super haharot na. Minsan nakakalmot na sya kakaharot. Diko din kase macontrol actions ng mga nasa bahay e... Good job sis sa pagpotty train kay baby prixee... Sis jan, muka ngang ready kana for a puppy. Nakakatuwa

Sis ginagawa ko pag ganyan padyak sabay sitsit. Hehe. Takot sila sa sitsit ko. Haha

Sa slippers naman. Pag nahuli mo sya na nagngatngat sawayin mo agad. Yung pagsaway dapat while she's doing the act para alam nyang yun yung ayaw mo. Yung spitz ko tinuruan ko ng command na leave it. Pag nkita ko ng bitbit nya tsinelas ko or lalapitan nya sasabihin ko lang "leave it". Iiwanan nya na yun. Kahit sa food alam nyang iwan kahit gustong gusto nya basta sinabe ko ng leave it.

^^hi sis yasbabyangel and  ^^^^sis prettydefined..for sure, I'll keep you guys posted once I have my own furbaby..mukhang matatagalan pa..what's keeping me from getting one is natatakot ako na I might not be able to handle the dog's temperament..baka imbis na ma enjoy namin eh we are scared of him/her 😨😂
so for the meantime, I'll try to advise as per what I read or from videos I watched 😊

Sis jan888 mukhang effective nga. Kase alam na nya yung No ko. So kanina ginawa ko then tumalikod ko. Sa baby girl ko ginawa ko ako yung nag No. Then pina talikod ko sya. Nag stop sya. It really works! I hope tuloy tuloy na. Infairness hindi na nya nip ang slippers ko kaninang hapon. Lagi ko na lang dala yung towel na toy nya para once mag nip bigay ko yun.

Sis yasbabyangel spoiled na spoiled siguro si Kisses. Nakakatuwa naman yung kumukuha sya ng dahon hahah! Ako kase medyo OC din sa house. Kaya I make it a point na matuto sya na hindi mag nip. And well trained sa poop and wiwi nya. Napansin ko kapag puno na pads nya ayaw na nya. Kaya lagi ko din check para mapalitan ko.

Sis ang cute ni prixee muka syang mabaet. Hehe. San natutulog si prixee? Oo sis. Sobrang spoiled nga. Buti nalang di sya mahilig mangagat ng tao. Ang lambing nya talon tsaka dila sa tao. Pag may chance syang mandila, didilaan ka talaga nya. Basta marunong syang makipagsocialize sa ibang dogs at potty trained sya okay nako. Sinukuan ko din ang pagtrain sa kanya ng mga tricks kase mainipin sya. Gusto nya puro play tsaka cuddle. Haha. Unlike sa spitz ko na nakakapagfocus kapag training. Sis if you want prixee to learn tricks din start as early as now. Yan ang pinakamagandang stage para matuto sila... Si kitkat 2 mos palang nung nagstart ako itrain sya kaya at 3 months dame nya na alam... If you have time you might check this: clips ng tricks ni kitkat nung puppy pa sya
