I just use it every day sis for 8 hours, even while eating suot ko sya tiis ganda talaga! Minsan I walk with it. Sa tummy area lang talaga ako naka concentrate sis.

^ wooh thanks sis... Now I got my own na.. grabe feelingerang palaka talaga ako.. I got extra small which is good for 23 - 26 inch waistline sa measurements.. feel ko na it shouldn't be that difficult to close

grabe di ko sya ma.close sa outermost "hoops" hahahaha I could only close 6 loops.. pero di naman ako mag.dyspnea.. okay lang.. di ko lang talaga sya ma.close all the way down for the first hour... nagstruggle ako sa first loop... then parang every 5 minutes I try to close the loops heheh..

I measured my waistline with the corset 24.5 na sya from 26... This is the outermost pa ha..and not fully closed...I'll try to live for 2-3 hours with half-closed corset for now hahahaha 9 more hoops to go!!!!!! Then 2 more "levels" left.. haha mygad

^ 26 po... i was feeling very sleepy within an hour.. so I had to take off the corset... i couldn't lounge or lie down in it.. I only wore it for an hour.. hehe fail. But I only had 3 hooks left... I think I just have a super short torso.

Day 2.. finally finished the first column of hooks..feels snug.. i dont feel all the "di ako makahinga" comments in this page.. pero i dont hook everything at once. I'm extra bloated today.. I could only hook halfway sa first 10 mins.. but after 10 mins.. I could hook everything na. I re.measured and gained 0.5 inch compared to yesterday!! lol.wut.

Does this expand to fit me, or what? lol

0 latex smell or any strange smells... hehe i love my corset... pero im not sure it works? (I only wear it for 1-2 hours pa..)

I have one as well! Grabe lumiit talaga ang waist ko. Kung alam ko lang yan way back 2005 eh di sana di ako lumaki ng todo. hehe. I bought a medium corset and I'm planning to buy small naman. Hopefully lumiit pa waist ko

honestly i dont understand how it makes you lose weight apart from squishing your tummy so you dont eat so much. lol

i dont overeat naman, and I'd rather exercise... haha do you girls workout in your corsets? This is impossible for me to exercise in

I am not sure if this helps you lose weight since for me, waist cinching lang talaga siya.

^ sis I run with my waist trainer and brisk walk din. Light zumba din, as long as the exercise does not require me to bend a lot.

I could imagine people wearing these under gowns or outfits, but it doesn't work to lose weight lol unless you're an overeater or maybe post pregnancy
