any recommended kind of oil na subok na talagang healthy for our family's?... is it vegetable oil, virgin oil, etc..can your recommend a brand and why did you choose that

Normally cold pressed olive oil or raw coconut oil.

Clara Ole's extra virgin olive oil and Baguio Canola oil lang madalas kong gamit sis tingin ko kasi tama lang presyo nila pasok sa budget

For salad dressing - extra virgin olive oil (Dona Elena)
For sauteing and pasta dishes - olive oil (Dona Elena)
For frying - canola oil (Jolly)

Sunflower oil is good too since it isnt from genetically modified organisms

we've been using Olive oil for the longest time!

tapos mabasa basa ko, hindi pala maganda dahil mataas ang salicilates. ngek!

Dati, ginagamit namin was Bagiuo Oil. We have since switched to Canola Oil. We're also particular about the brand. We use Marca Leon Canola Oil. Locally made siya dito sa amin sa Cagayan de Oro. The first product we tried sa kanila was Marca Leon Corn Oil.

Aside from Marca Leon, we also use Magnolia na Canola Oil.

From time-to-time, lalo na for breakfast, we use extra virgin Olive Oil. We have three bottles of extra virgin Olive Oil: one for cooking breakfast, one for salad (eto yung pinakamahal among the three), and the third one is extra para kung ubos na yung isang bote. hehe. Addict lang ng Olive Oil!

Canola for frying and gisa
Olive oil for pasta
Sesame oil for flavor and aroma lang sa asian dishes. 5 drops lang misan you're good to go.
