It is really highly recommended to be in a healthy weight range.. We were advised the same and sabi pa nga, while losing the weight, minsan dun pa nagkaka-spontaneous pregnancy.

Unfortunately, there will be a lot of risks getting pregnant while overweight.

I will be monitored for the next 3 months while losing weight; will still check follicles if nagma-mature, etc.

I'm not aware pa how much ang IUI in KATO.. I was able to ask them last month how much yung estimate nila for IUI, it's around PHP 30,000 daw all in all -- including lab tests, medicines, doctor's fee, & actual procedure.

Hello! First time to go thru IVF at Kato. I had egg retrieval 4days ago. 7 eggs. I had 3 fertilized since sabi 1 out of 3 daw ang chances na mabuo ang embryo. Totoo nga, as of now 2 na lang sila kasi abnormal fertilization daw yung isa. The 4 eggs pina-freeze ko for future use, para di ko n daanan ulit yung preparations for egg retrieval. Hirap din dami injections! Altho minimal dosages lang.
As I was computing, ang estimate total namin aabot ng 350k all in all. Kung hindi ako nagpa freeze ng eggs, at kung hindi ako nagpa sedate for the egg retrieval, dapat nasa 314k lang.
Assuming we'll have a viable embryo, will have the transfer by Sept. Hopefully matuloy! The waiting makes me and hubby very anxious!
God bless to all!
