After bfp ba, did you still go to work? Tagal nating hinintay to kaya mukhang too risky naman if ma stress ka lang sa work. How did you handle it po?

@catbercad
Good luck sis! Bloodtest muna bago pt.

@carylldax kabado nga ako sis. hehe. Parang di ako makakatulog neto.

@mamacita ako rin ndi after 5 days balik ko for beta hcg test, 7 days.
But won't go out na muna. Wearing my winter socks, ang init! Hehe. I don't feel different today except medyo may slight pain lower left side ng back ko.

What meds are you taking post ivf? Ang hassle noong vag inserts! tiis tiis.

Hi everyone. I've been checking this thread, tapos sabi ko mag post kaya ako? So I tried yung dati ko pang username and password, as in teenager pa ako. I got in! I remember noong ikakasal ako 6 years ago, I used to post here too. I know KATO thread ito but I want join your conversations.

Btw, I live in the US. My husband and I tried conceiving 2 years ago. After a year not getting a BFP, I went to a RE. My diagnosis is mild PCOS and hubby is normal. I have regular cycle though and just 5 pounds overweight. I was not worried at all. We did 6 IUIs, all BFN  :(. My IVF-ER was March 2015 and we transferred one 5 day 2BB embryo but it was a BFN  :( My doctor checked na nga if I have immune issues but everything came back normal. I have 3 frozen embryos. We just transferred one 6 day 4BB last week.  I really hope and pray this is it!

@katbercad: sis praying for your bfp today. Goodluck! Claim na natin yan ü

Malampasan mo lang 1st trimester siguro and then balik ka na work..

@Dido: same pala tayo sis. Ü sis yung meds na binigay ng KATO after transfer, utrogestan, duphaston and progynova.. Then sa Apas ko, aspirin, prednisone and innohep injectable. then from my obgyne, folic acid and vit c.. And then sa foods wala naman masyado, bale lagi lang may hot soup, hot drinks and fruits. Tapos medyas all the time hehe Goodluck sa atin sis..

Please pray for me na kumapit yung 2 embryos.

Parang paumpisang implant or mahina pa kapit.

Based kay uncle google no worries naman daw. Si uncle google lang katapat/bestfriend natin ngayon pero it'll make us happy or sad both ways kasi may mga nega din.

share ko lang yung nabasa ko...

@carylldax: yes bff talaga natin ngayon si mr. google ü

While the 2WW is essentially the same for women no matter how they are trying to conceive, it starts at slightly different times depending on whether you are hoping to conceive naturally or are doing an IVF cycle. The following chart takes a look at the 2WW for an average fertile cycle and then shows the difference in the two week waits between charted cycles, ovulation induction (OI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and frozen embryo transfer (FET).

Average cycle
In an average cycle of a fertile woman, ovulation typically occurs two weeks after the start of her last period. This means if a fertile couple has had intercourse around the time of ovulation (generally a few days before and a few days after ovulation), the 2WW will begin on day 14 of the cycle.

Charted cycle   In a natural charted cycle (by monitoring either basal body temperature or LH surge on a fertility monitor), the 2WW begins the day after the body temperature begins to rise or when the fertility monitor reads positive.

OI (ovulation induction)   In an ovulation induction cycle (where medication is used to "trigger" ovulation), the 2WW begins 36 hours after the trigger injection.

IVF (in vitro fertilization), 3-day embryo
With a 3-day IVF embryo transfer, the 2WW starts on the day of transfer.
IVF (in vitro fertilization), 5-day embryo   Like the 3-day IVF embryo transfer, the 2WW starts on the day of transfer. Because the 5-day embryo is more mature by two days than that of a 3-day embryo, the 2WW is shorter - meaning you will likely get a positive pregnancy test two days earlier.

IVF FET (frozen embryo transfer)   The 2WW is calculated the same for frozen embryos as it is for fresh embryos. A frozen embryo may implant into the uterus slightly later than a fresh embryo would; however, this difference in implantation timing is not enough to change the length of the 2WW and the quantitative hCG pregnancy test.

Very informative sis.👍🏻 Im still hoping and praying na late implantation lang nangyari saakin.

May nabasa din ako mga sis. Sana talagang late implantation lang ito..

Blastocyst implantation in an FET cycle
Embryo implantation after frozen blastocyst transfers (FET) can be slightly delayed compared to that seen with fresh blastocyst transfer. This is sometimes referred to as "late implantation", or delayed implantation.

However, the embryo implantation process is not different enough to warrant changing the timing of the blood pregnancy test. Frozen blastocyst transfers should have hatching and the beginning of implantation by about 1-3 days after the FET.

Early pregnancy detection following blastocyst transfer is possible with a sensitive blood assay for HCG hormone by about 9 days after a fresh or frozen blastocyst transfer.

A urine HPT (home pregnancy test) can be done by 10 to 12 days after blastocyst transfer (fresh or frozen), if it is a sensitive, high quality test kit.

Pm kita sis. hehe.

Baka mamaya matakot sila. hehe. Case to case basis naman yan.
