Sis carylldax, ok nako. Im back to work pero hindi pa din ako tigil magbasa basa sa google. Inisip ko na lang, may 3 pa naiwan sa tangke.

Hi mga ladies! Siguro at one point mga nagkasabay sabay na tayo sa Kato ☺️ I just did my accupuncture today, then dumaan kay Padre Pio in prep for my Emby transfer tom. 6/23.Hoping for my BFP too. Baby dust sa mga TTC pa rin, sana si Kato ang maka pag pa preggy satin.

My Kato IVF journey

History
- 30yrs old, dh 31yrs old, 3yrs ttc
- done w hysteroscopy for polyps removal
- diagnosed adenomyosis, diagnosed pcos but w regular 28days cycle period, ovulating but no matured eggs, high in prolactin
- dh teratozoospermia
- 3 medicated cycles failed, iui#1 failed
- tried acupuncture, clomid, duphaston, femara, metformin, decilone, usana supplements while on ivf, etc
- different supplements from maxgxl, evening primrose, vit e, l carnitine, l glutathione, co q10, omega 3, cal mag zinc, dq procreation, royal jelly, vit e 400iu, folic acid, methylcobalamin,etc
- hilot
- completed 2yrs of 10 days novena w the feast of sto nino, danced at obando church, often visits to Simala, Father Joriz prayed over to us last May, i talk to God a lot, prayers can move mountains!

What i learned in this seminar are the basics of ivf or in vitro fertilization, reproductive system of the male and female and the likes.

Feb2015
Cd2 - qualified for Natural ivf
Cd8 - HSG
Cd14 - Egg Retrieval w 2 eggs, both arrested
- cancelled cycle

Apr2015
Cd3 - for minimal stimulation (clomid, stims injectables )
Cd14 - egg retrieval w 4 eggs, only 1 matured
- fertilized to day 2 embryo grade 3, frozen
- we took usana supplements (essentials, coquinone, biomega, flofavanol) until day of transfer, vitamins, folic and green veg diet.
- transfer was next cycle which is supposedly May, but we are not able to fly to manila due to personal reasons

Jun2015
Cd2 - Doc Mendiola was not confident with my grade 3 so he asks if we're willing to do another retrieval (unmedicated or non stims) to transfer 2 eggs, if any. We said yes immediately.
Cd14 - egg retrieval (w no stimulations) w 1 egg, 1 matured
- i was really surprised that we've got 1 matured egg, i take it to our green veggie diet and usana supplements plus destressing ourselves.
 - fertilized to day 2 embryo grade 3, fresh
Cd16 - embryo transfer w 2 * 2 day embryo both grade 3, frozen and fresh respectively (this is called domino protocol - double transfer - frozen and fresh transfer)
- no preg symptoms but only the meds' effects, headache, nausea, cramping.
Cd26 - 13dp2dt blood test for beta, 334!
- poas and BFP!
Cd32 - 18dp2dt blood test for beta, 3900!
- Tvs / bscope found gestational sac sized 3mm as 4w2d

Estimated total expenses as of last visit since started w kato - 340k. This excludes our to and from airfares and hotel accomodations since we are from outside manila.

Ive been to 8 OB's in my 3yrs ttc, coz its not working. I really searched for answers why infertility struck us. Consult doctors asap. So dont give up sissies! Trust your instincts. This maybe a long road for me yet, but im very happy right now that i cannot entertain nega thoughts to what might happen. Thank u lord for this experience!

@katbercad: sis alam mo napicture-an pala kita, unintentionally lang naman. Pero back mo lang din at husband mo. Kasi pinipicture-an ko yung Logo ng Kato. Haha naremember ko parang galing ka sa treatment room tapos umupo ka sa front. Short hair ka ba sis? Ü pero hindi ko nakita face mo. Sayang

@Carylldax: thanks sis. Naku goodluck sa akin kung makaka relax ako. Medyo worried din kasi ako dahil kahit nahabol yung LIT ko sa APAS ko and intralipid, baka mamaya i-attack na naman ng killer cells ko yung maging baby ko. Praying to God talaga na sana kumapit sya. Mostly sana makasurvive sa thaw yung blasto ko. Sis taga Cebu sad baya ko pero sa Manila nako jud nagpuyo.. Went to simala din 2 years ago. Congrats ulit sis ha. Grabe din pinagdaanan mo sis bago mag bfp.

@Dido: sis will pray for your bfp din. Kay Padre Pio din ako nag-aask ng favor nung Sunday before my transfer.

@jaggedlilpill5: sis basta if you have any questions about Apas/immunology problem message ka lang sa akin. Pag hindi ko masagot itatanong ko nalang sa immunologist ko. Sumasagot kasi yun kahet madaling araw na haha. Pero im praying na wala ka ni isa sa categories sis. Hindi din talaga biro ang treatment ko.

@carylldax. Okay naman sis. Medyo kinakabahan. Bukas ko na malaman kung positive. Natutukso ako mag HPT. Kasi gusto ko na malaman kung positive ba. Kahit 5 days lang ang waiting eh nakakakaba padin. Tiaka wala ako maramdaman na symptoms kasi sis. Wala ako spotting or cramps. Ang nararamdaman ko lang parang mabigat at masakit ang dibdib ko. Tapos parang may nagbbubbles sa tyan ko.
