Update: Jason M already gave us their video. And it was great albeit short so nakaget over na ako. Haha! So we have at least 1 photo and 1 video prenup na. Si Treehouse nalang!! Hay
My coordinator did warn me that even in same-day editing they are the ones who usually take more time and ask for extension.

^sis alam ko di lang treehouse nagkakaganyan. May mga times kasing masyadong maikli lang yung program na pinrepare sa reception kaya ayun, nakukulangan si videographer ng oras to finish the sde. Kaya minsan need ni emcee maging creative para maentertain ang guests and hindi magsiuwian agad. Dapat di naman tumagal yun ng 1 oras. Kaloka na si videog pag ganun.

nung wedding namin Photo then video na sana ipapakita kado humingi ng time videographer so after photo nag pa games si emcee tapos last yung sde then pinag message nya kami.

My brother's wedding is tomorrow. Some of the entourage gowns were made in Ivory and White Bridal store in Katipunan. My sister and I are panicking because our gowns are SOOOO bad. My gown is supposed to have tulle on top of a sweetheart bodice. Well the tulle isnt even sewn in front so I have a dangling piece of cloth in the front of my gown. The back tulle which they claim is supposed to be a keyhole looks bad and unfinished.

More than anything pa, our gowns were supposed to be picked up last Sunday. But since we dont have a driver on Sundays, we sent the driver Monday morning. Lo and behold our gowns werent there. Tusday pa daw. And only for us to pick the gowns up today and my gosh I dunno what quality this is. During our fittings, same thing happend. But good thing we called ahead to confirm our fitting sched only for us to find out that the gowns arent even in the shop for fitting on our scheduled day.

It is the worst gown. I called and told Janina and Paula that the gown looks even worse than some gowns in Divisoria. BTW my sister's gown has this huge snag in front right below the waist. But I guess pwede na din pagtiyagaan. But my gown is really the worst because the front tulle is not attached to the waist part.

I sent pictures on Ivory and White's FB page. And they said that either we send the gown back, or they will send someone over to fix it. I said we cannot send it back anymore because the driver is really busy doing errands for the wedding tom. So I dunno if they will really send someone over to fix the gowns.

Notice the faint line on top of the waist? That is the edge of the tulle that is supposed to be sewn on to the waist of the dress.

OMG parang di sya natapos gawin!! They told me when I complained "keyhole" style daw kasi. UHM... That isn't a KEYHOLE! That is a huge gaping HOLE on the back of my dress!!!!

^ OMG sis! That's really a disaster and full of stress.  Sana lang yung ipadala nilang mag-aayos is ma-alter talaga yung dapat i-alter. Tommorrow is the wedding day na eh, supposedly, gowns are ready to wear na, no rooms for alteraions since everyone is busy for wedding errands. Naku sis, I really hope magawan ng paraan yan.

Virtual hug sis Chili1113. And I don't think na your gowns with them are as affordable as the ones in Divi. Is there still time to fix the gowns? Or maybe you can buy RTW. Ang sayang lang kasi you go to a trusted name but you still don't get what you paid for.

^omg sis chili113, why did they allow those gowns to be released? mukha nga unfinished! ang ang pangit nga ng "keyhole," parang nabutas. for the time being, cant you have it altered with a nearby modista or alterations shop?  at least you know its just nearby and can be easily picked up. i dont think ill be comfortable giving the gowns back to ivory and lace at this crucial time :s

@chili113 oh dear..hugs dear...  I nearly got them for my entourage. Kasi our house is near Katipunan but opted for a local seamstress who my best friend trusts kasi she has already asked that person to make some gowns for her. 
All I can say is sana maayos nung papadala nilang tao.

Yes Ivory and White came over last night and fixed our gowns for 3 hours. Dito na sila nag dinner. They really really tried their best to fix it and we super appreciate the effort. They made the gowns wearable last minute. And Paula was super gracious in handling my tantrums when I called her and also sent messages on FB. They tried their best so I feel bad in giving a bad review still. But to be honest talaga, the gowns were not well made to begin with kaya puro retoke nalang. I would not recommend this place to anyone for entourage gowns. But in all fairness my sister-in-law's wedding gown was beautiful!! She chose a plain gown with no beading from ivory and white and the fit was perfect!!!

My goodness, until the very last minute talaga stress lang binigay sa inyo ni Ivory and White. I cannot imagine how they can charge like 5k per gown with that kind of quality! I regret ever considering them!!

Sparklingjewel!!!! Hugs!!!!! Congratulations on having a very very successful wedding!! =) I saw some pics on FB hehe and eveything was so beautiful especially the string lights, the flowers, and the cocktail area with all your booths and hanging chandeliers.

i just had this problem yesterday..yun isang male emto namen uma-attitude..from the start naman alam niyang we're on a budget, so we just asked them to rent/borrow barong na lang, then yun yellow inner shirt and yellow socks (kung meron man kame mahanap) is manggagaling na samen para same na yun sa lahat ng male ento..i understand naman kung wala siyang budget pambili or rent, so lagi ko sinasabi if he can ask to borrow since one day lang din naman niya gagamitin, and sa dinami-dami ng friends niya siguro naman kahit isa dun meron..

then yesterday i asked him again if nagkausap na sila ng bf ko, sabi niya nag-pm na daw siya hindi nagrereply, siya pa din daw ba ang may pagkukulang nun at siya pa daw ba ang hahabol pa ng hahabol? then sabi ko wow sa sagot..e siya nga tong ang gusto i-sponsor ng bf ko ang barong niya, na parang dun na lang nakaasa..everytime tatanungin ko siya kung nakahanap na or nakahiram, sagot niya laging wala..magsusuggest ako ng mahihiramam niyang common friend namen sagot agad wala without even asking the person..so nakaasa nga sa bf ko, which is siya nga mismo wala pang barong na isusuot..

i just hate it lalo na yun sagot niya, uma-attitude ang dating saken e, and yes sabi ko sa kanya db ikaw naman ang may kailangan sa kanya (bf ko)..i told my bf, then sabi niya bigyan namen until feb if makahanap, otherwise we may opt na palitan na lang siya, lalo mukang bibigyan kame ng sakit ng ulo neto..we rather replaced him with someone else kesa naman dumagdag pa siya sa stress namen sa pag-a-attitude niya, kalalake niyang tao..and ive expected na naiintindihan niya kame, seems like hindi pala, so sad

Hello Kathy!!! Thank you so much for sending Paula and Jonah over. They really tried their best. But I really wish more attention was paid in constructing the gowns to begin with. Also scheduling the appointments could be improved on since it happened to us several times that our gowns were not there on our scheduled appointment, including the actual pick up date.

But I really made it a point to mention in the latest review that you guys really tried your best. That really appeased us since we felt so disregarded at first when the gowns were released to us in that condition. We truly appreciate the effort! Also I must commend the staff for very graciously handing everything with such poise, patience, and sincere concern. I wish all suppliers would handle negative feedback as constructively and as graciously as you guys.

And yes, the wedding gown of my SIL was absolutely perfect! No one would ever guess that her gown was an RTW gown because the fit was just perfect. Even her custom cover up was very pretty and fit perfectly. I must say that when it comes to wedding gowns, the brides get way more than what they pay for in terms of quality with Ivory and White.

I like suppliers who are Like that, answers the client carefully and professionally and doesn't just go straight to Facebook to post their rants and ask sympathy from other suppliers. Medyo may ganun akong supplier before haha. Although her posts doesn't refer to us, pero ang childish lang ng dating.
