We went to chatuchak market kanina, grabe.. tinataga sa presyo yung mga foreigner..

may sobrang simpleng bracelet, sabi 1k daw.. edi dismayado yung foreigner.. then nung friend ko na ang nagtanong kung mgkano in Thai language, 280 daw. hay grabe din..


Then kanina, sa night market, yung shirt, price na binigay is 450, then nung paalis kami sabi 150.. 
gumagamit sila ng calcu pag nagbibigay ng price

^^that's why it is imperative to haggle, half price agad then negotiate. It really helps if you try to speak in Thai. Madali naman kausap mga Thais coz they're nice, language barrier lang. If you don't know how to say the numbers in Thai, type mo yung tawad mo sa calculator. 😉

Hi mga sis,

Me and 3 of my friends are travelling to Siem Reap-Bangkok next week. bale 2 full days lang kami sa Bangkok. Below is our itinerary and side questions. I hope you can comment on it para po efficient yung timing namin.

1st Day:
Morning - Temple Tours (DIY) basically yung grand palace at mga kadikit nya lang.
Lunch Break - Any resto around the area. Or Terminal 21 na lang para masarap at mura?
Afternoon - Chocoville Tour or Initial shopping (Kakayanin ba mag shopping konti or siguro tingin tingin before going to Chocoville? And if yes, san po yung nearest market/mall to go to?)
Night - River Cruise (Is this worth the price or kain na lang somewhere tapos picture taking somewhere na makikita yung Dawn Palace sa background?).

2nd Day:
Morning - Elephant Ride + Floating Market Tour
Afternoon - Shopping na hanggang gabi. Based sa backreading ko, we are considering Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon (Gusto ng friend ko dito dahil may Gap store daw), Talat Rod Fai or Siam Night Market (Which is better po?) Our purpose talaga eh mamili ng mga murang damit. hehe

San kaya namin pwede isingit ang Thai Massage? Hanggang anong oras pwede sa Healthland?

3rd Day - 9:40 AM Departure

Grabe' sarap ng ice cream dessert nila.. pinipilahan talaga after office hours 'to..
Best seller nila is Shibuya honey toast, 2 scoop ng vanilla ice cream and bread..
Have tried it, also ferrero toast and blueberry cheesecake..

Hay.. yum yum'
I like their shibuya honey toast, sobrang simple lang yet absolutely incredibly delicious..

Hi sissies! Please help doing my itinerary. Nasa thread 8 na ko ng back reading dito. Natapos ko na rin yung Bangkok thread sa kabilang forum pero wala akong matinong itinerary na nagawa  .

Day 1, Saturday
9AM - Arrival
*Since maaga yung flight namin, rest muna sa hotel before start ng tour. Kung pwede ng early check-in.
12NN - Lunch at Terminal 21
2PM - Art In Paradise (Question: Nabibili ba ticket nito online or bibili na lang mismo sa place?)
6PM - Siam Niramit (We will book online.)

Day 2, Sunday
8AM - Ayutthaya

6PM - Dinner at Asiatique

Day 3, Monday
8AM - Grand Palace, W@T Pho, W@T Arun and Bangpain Tour or River Cruise

PM - What mall ang pwede namin puntahan to buy souvenirs?

Day 4, Tuesday
9:40AM - Departure

Since may kasama kaming 5-year old, cross out na ba namin yung Chatuchak? Gusto ko sana daanan kahit sandali para makita lang yung place. Yung Floating Restaurant cross out na rin since outside Bangkok yata sya and hindi na pwede isingit?

Wala pa rin akong hotel in mind. Kung Sa Pratunam area ba or saan yung may pinaka accessible na BTS. Concern ko lang talaga yung anak ko. Nung nagpunta kami ng HK ang sabi nya, "bakit ganito sa Hong Kong, puro lakad. Pag may nakitang bus, Mommy, can we ride that bus?

^ sis, Bang Pa In is medyo outside Bangkok na, malabo if isasabay mo sa temples tour. Usually, dinadaanan namin to on our way to Ayutthaya. So you may do the same. Bang Pa In muna then Ayutthaya on the same day. DIY ba kayo or joining a tour?

As for Chatuchak, if you plan on buying A LOT, then i would say na ok lang pumunta kahit me kasamang bata. Pero if magtitingin lang, personally, i'd suggest to skip na lang. Baka magreklamo lang anak mo sa init at sikip. mag-Platinum na lang kayo if ever.

Iniisip ko kung tutuloy pa ba kami ni hubby sa travel namin to BKK. Nakuha ko kasi yung ticket thru CebuPac Sale last May pa.. Kaso na preggy naman ako and I will be 7 months sa January 2016 travel namin.

may nakapag travel na po sa bkk while preggy? ano yung magandang preggy-friendly IT.. 
or talagang nakakapagod kahit city tour lang?

^^^ as ^^ suggested, ok din Samphran Elephant Ground and Zoo for elephant and crocodile shows. Usually we just rent a car papunta dun. Dun na din kami naglalunch sa buffet resto nila. So-so pero pwede na din. You may check out the show schedules sa website ng Samphran. Me elephant ride na din dun.

^ 7mos preggy. Bangkok. Hmm, parang nakakapagod. Lalo sa weather now na minsan umuulan. Most tours e malakad e. Unless sa malls (Paragon, CentralWorld, Terminal21, etc) and sa Platinum tiangge kayo pupunta, pwede na din siguro kasi aircon naman and me mga mauupuan if ever mapagod, exercise na din. But personally, I'd stay here na lang.

^ if you start early sa Grand Palace etc tour, you can go straight to Samphran Zoo. Better if you have a car hire na for this na imi-meet nyo sa may Grand Palace area na. Depends on traffic conditions, travel could take 30-45mins from the city center. You can have your lunch at Samphran na. Do check out sa website nila for the show times para sure na me maabutan kayo.

^ not sure about January weather. Well, if di ka naman hirap sa pregnancy mo, i guess you can manage the city temples tour and Ayutthaya. But i would suggest to rent-a-car na lang for Ayutthaya (with stopover sa BangPaIn) para mas comfy ka and you can go about at your own pace.

Will be flying to BKK tom. Meron ba mabibili traditional Thai dresses/costumes in Chatuchak? Will be an attending an event on Sunday kase and I can't find anything here in Mla.. Thanks
