^was really pleased with our stay in KC Place. Very clean hotel and security is ok too. My only beef is that the walls are quite thin. Dinig na dinig ang boses at kalabugan ng doors sa hallway.

My sister recommended me this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It's also a stone's throw away from Pratunam market kaya ideal ang location para sa mga gusto mangarir ng shopping. 5 min walk lang din to Ratchaprarop station ng Airport rail link.

Uy, hopefully mapuntahan ko na yung Chocoville sa next balik sa BKK (baka August..). Sana lang ok ang weather by then para hindi mahirap mag-ikot with a toddler.. how is it pala? Anong magagawa dun, like before dinner? How's the food? Pricing? Sulit naman?

^ We were in Bangkok last Sept. Weather is the same as Manila. Always always bring an umbrella with you. Mainit in the morning/early in the afternoon tapos it almost always rains late afternoon. Mainit sa Ayutthaya and walang shade, so bring sunblock too! We hired a car when we toured Ayutthaya + Bang Pa In Summer Palace.

Mga sis madami din ba massage/spa sa bangkok? We had our massage kasi dati sa phuket.. Parang halos san meron.. E kasi beach ang peg dun.. Not sure sa bangkok? And safe din ba? Im craving to have the authentic thai massage ulit.. Mura pa.. Like 200-300 lang yun way back 2012.. Will be in bkk from sept 29-30.. City tour and shopping lang yun noh.. 1 and half day lang.. Dati nag punta lang kami sa kanchanaburi.. And city tour.. Kelangan ko magback read ng bongga kasi nung dati maalam yung mga kasama ko as in sumunod lang ako may iti na and all.. Ngayon nangangapa ako kasi ako magaayos.. 😅

We went to Ayutthaya last June DIY, okay naman. We took the train kasi we want to try it haha but not recommended then we took the van back. The van is good and comfortable. There are tuk-tuks waiting for you once you cross the river, just negotiate the price you want. I don't know the standard but I think 150 THB per hour for 2 pax is okay. We paid I think 600THB for 4 hours pero hindi namin tinapos dahil nagka-overload na kami ng temples hehe. The driver knows where to bring you. He usually has a stack of postcards and he will recommend the "popular" places or you can suggest which temples you prefer.

I hope we find the Kaiton chicken rice next time, andun lang pala siya sa tapat ng Platinum. I thought it was farther down Phetchaburi Road.

Yes, andaming massage / spa sa bangkok..
Haven't tried it yet..
May nagbigay saking ng flyer, 250 ang traditional thai massage nila..
then halos lahat ng nadaan ko sa street, ganun ang range..


Sabi ng mga kawork ko, much better kung sa mga mall spa or yung malalaking massage / spa na lang..
yung atleast 700.. better to be safe daw..


dito naman kasi sa hotel at least 2000 ang massage.

ironlady: I recommend Healthland if you want Thai massage. They have a branch in Sukhumvit and another one in Makkasan, I think they have other branches elsewhere.

^ Healthland Asok branch is the best and most accessible. It's like The Spa but way less expensive. Just make sure you call and book in advance. Walking distance lang siya from Terminal 21 and Asok station. Very near Soi Cowboy. I would not try a lesser known massage place. Ayaw ko rin sa hotel because Thai massage need not be expensive. If you're going to Chatuchak, meron din massage areas dun. Meron may aircon pa. It's a welcome relief from the heat and stuffiness pero ang alam ko medyo mahal din siya.
