Having a septic tank where your blessings are realized such as the kitchen is indeed bad news.  The zigzag pattern over the septic tank is a band-aid remedy to reduce the effects.  Cleansing the place regularly helps mitigate even further what effects may happen.  With your sampaguita plant experiencing unusual health when in that area confirms lang the basis of why we are doing remedies.  That bad energy is still affecting things.

FYI.  Ideally you have the tiles na may zigzag pattern or at least yun round o wavy patterns covering the area ng septic tank.  Or simply opt for red paint o red tiles.  A far simpler method I've suggested and proven to have worked ay placing level 2 salt solution sa area na iyon to be replaced regularly. 

Moving the septic tank to where the garden is or would be is a good idea.  As long as that garden is kept in order and yun opening ng septic tank is not close to any door or window it should generally be okay.

Hindi ko masyado ma-gets yun last question.  Do you mean na kabitan na lang ng pipes so that yun connection sa old septic tank would be connected sa new septic tank?  If so ay that simply didn't erase the problem kasi sewage water still flows.  It has to cease completely para ma-finish yun problem.  And you need to check to make sure the sewage pipes leading to the new septic tank does not pass through anything important like the dining room, main door, back door, etc. 

FYI.  One of my early cases was to fix up a clinic where a bank was.  Yun sewage pipe passed over where the bank vault was.  Bank folded up in a short time and dahil may Fire element where the Wealth area was inside job ang isang main reason why it closed shop.  Wala pa doon yun fact that a mere sign of a funeral service was facing directly the main door of that former bank.

Sir ibig ko pong sabihin, yong lumang septic tank namin ngayon, kailangan po bang totally tanggalin muna ang cover nya saka tabunan uli ng lupa yong pinakahukay or pwede na leave it as it is? At maggawa na lang nag bagong pipe leading to new septic tank? Noted po na dapat hindi dumaan ang drain pipe sa dining, main at back door.

BTW, iba po tlg ang energy kapag papalapit na ang ghost month. Kanina lang po, ang company vehicle namin got into an accident. Buti po at safe pareho ang sakay at buti po ay nakababa na kami ng isa pa namin officemate since kami ang nasa back side at yon ang napuruhan ng husto.

Ako po yung nagtanong dati ano reason bakit kelangan matchstick gamitin pag nagsisindi ng kandila. Thank you po sa inyong paliwanag. Nakakita na po ako dito sa malaking supermarket sa Middle East. Yung pillow case ng unan namin kulay red naman na may design na color black. Creepy lang kasi sa pwesto na yun parehas kami nakakatakot panaginip. Tsaka natakot ako sa panaginip ng asawa ko. My warm light na lagi nakabukas sa room namin pero bandang sala na yun tsaka my nakatakip na kurtina so hindi masyado aninag ilaw sa higaan namin. Studio type kasi room namin. Naglagay lang kami ng gray na kurtina divider sa sala at bedroom.

Hindi ko na marecall kung kailan ako last nanaginip, pero kagabi naalala ko ang dream ko.
Yung isang friend ko daw nakatanggap ng advisory na may paparating daw na earthquake so pinauwi na ang lahat ng tao from the offices. Tapos ang last scene was nasa kama ako nakapikit (hindi ko lang sure kung subconsious ko yun) tapos inaantay ko na dumating yung earthquake.

Another earthquake dream.  Been getting a lot of this lately and even one mentioned its going to be at Cagayan de Oro City.  Pero I did the math and the worst disaster that can happen there for this year is a problem sa business o economy.

I have to try to find time to figure out all these shared warnings.  Did the math for Tacloban City when it was hit by Yolanda and the math added up right. 

So far yun clues given pareho mostly.  Buildings, maraming tao but some shared na near water pero may bundok.  Cagayan de Oro fits that pero the math is not adding up right nga.

It can't be helped kung needed naman talaga to fix.  What you can do is cleanse the place after.  I do hope you are already using warm lighting sa toilet ninyo.

Ang general rule is you do not begin nor end anything during GM.  Pero this is really about sa karma ninyo.  Dahil all endeavors di ba may beginning and end.  So changes made ay mag-iwan ng residue.  So kung malas ang general aura mo and you begin o end something then that is automatically tainted.

If there's one thing you can do to limit the malas you will be having super easy and free pa - confession.

As I've said  kay johan827 ay dependent sa aura you radiate na syempre depende sa karmic burden mo.  I for one do not see anything wrong with applying for visa.  Yun lang cleanse yourself first before you even begin that task.

Oh, same halos with honeybunny.  Same rin ang answer.  If you can feel deep in your gut that you have no karmic burden and have cleansed yourself well then do so.  Heck, I respond to SOS and accept meetings even during Ghost Month as bakit ko naman ipagpapaliban when the situation warrants immediate attention.

I can only answer in general terms ha.

Yun converted room next to the stairs - yun dating maid's room - ay just make sure to tidy it up once in a while.  Don't allow it to be left untidied for more than a year. 

Yun sa septic tank tama ka na dapat buksan iyon, tabunan ng soil from a good place kung maari then reseal it - lagyan mo muna ng exorcised salt sa top before sealing it.  Make sure the new pipes do not pass through critical areas like under/over your dining table, bed, main door, stove, rice keeper and ref.

Sa proposed changes yun back door and CR placement ang may issue tayo.  Angle mo ng 5 degrees yun back door - I would advise the same rin sa main door sana but at least yun back door.  Pay attention sa gut feel mo kung inwards o outwards yun 5 degree angle ng back door.  This should help offset yun malas.

Sa CR make sure yun toilet bowl is behind sana ng CR door.  Ewan ko lang kung kaya ng designer ninyo iyon though.  If not just don't use too much dark tiles sa CR.  Make sure rin to make bantay while this is being done or have someone trustworthy to do so.  Madalas ewan ang trabaho kapag pinababayaan na walang bantay.

Nanaginip po ako kagabi. Nasa isang creepy na bahay daw po kami. Di ko lang matandaan kung sino sino mga kasama ko. Then maya maya nakakita ako ng cobra kaya pumunta kami sa isang kwarto para magtago. Pinuntahan kami nung cobra pero di naman siya nakapasok ng kwarto. Yun lang po ang naaalala ko. I learned that I am at least 2 months pregnant during the first week of the ghost month. Prior to that we had our confession (whole family) and I did the mopping of the floors of our house with salt water and holy water. Also last Sunday we were blessed to be able to hear mass at St. Pio Church and we got anointed with the Holy Oil. My husband's back pain went away when we applied the Holy Oil on his back, and then he received good news from a long time client that he will be employed on a permanent basis as a manager. In short, the start of the ghost month has been blessings for our family. I am taking it in a positive way na sana all of these are results of the good deeds we have done as preparation.

Today I had dreams, parang many parts/ series sya sa isang dream. I encountered many souls of people who died daw by accident. Then I see them floating upwards to the huge tree branches to rest, so I tell each of them daw "May your soul rest in peace, Amen." I saw many green gates na sa loob daw nun may mga dark forests but I did not go in.

Is it also possible to dream of your past life? Kasama din po sa dreams ko kanina that I was a teenage girl daw, and my father is a cowboy. We were murdered by spanish friars (Im not sure but they look like it) by a rifle that my cowboy father created. In real life I have terrible fear and hate of guns, although my hubby has a huge a collection for his airsoft games.

If you get unusual bruises and/or scratches ay signs iyon of unnatural visitors harming you.  Its a level up over the usual na unusual coldness o hotness sa place lalo na kung confined to just one area.

Ha ha.  Do forgive me kasi normally hindi ko ugali yun "shock and awe."  Pero in some situations I do have to be direct to get the message heard.  Sinasanay ko rin kasi sarili ko to make the intro short hence naging ganun.  Didn't mean to give unpleasantness to folks.

At least it will be mitigated o enhanced depende sa actions and decisions ninyo more so you as the mother.

^same. When i moved to my new apartment last july, i saw some pasa sa legs din. Then after few weeks, nawala sya. Last august 12, i had another pasa sa knees naman. I dunno if it related to my menstrual cycle kasi palapit na rin period ko nun.

Sa pagkakatanda ko, ang sabi ni sir CH, it's ok to have some spirits sa bahay, as long as we live in harmony with them and hindi sila bad ones. Please correct me if i am wrong with this po.

Hindi na rin ako makapag salt bath kasi wala na timba sa bathroom ko. So i might just get a tabo and sprinkle salt in it as a final rinse.

My cactus died din pala kasi nakulob sa moisture ng bathroom kahit never ko sya diniligan. So bili pa ako ulit.

Meron din naman ako red cloth sa mattress ko kaso hindi ko pa nawash yun since i put it 2 years ago.

Yung apartment unit sa taas ko, i think their main door is right above my bedroom. Also, yung head board ng bed ko is dun banda sa stairs going to the second floor. Although, hindi ko naman dinikit dun yung bed sa wall mismo.

Few days ago hindi ako makatulog. The next day i started praying yung mga prayers sir CH shared and that night i had a goodnight sleep.

Yup, sometimes ang bruises can be related sa health conditions natin.  But scratches ay parang malabo. 

Sa Ghost Month kasi we have to make peace with the past para we can gain a better and brighter future.  Ito rin yun parang break bago sabak uli sa challenge.  Its the 7th lunar month hence nagpapalit ang energies from the first 6 lunar months.  Its the same way why lunch is bawal to discuss heavy issues.  Dapat kain lang and if ever very light matters lang ang usapan.

Yes.  I did mention in the past na its okay to have some spirits at your place.  Yin and yang kasi.  Isipin na lang ninyo kung walang yin tapos puro yang - mga buhay lang.  Energy imbalance would still cause headaches, misfortunes, etc.  The same as to why kapag sobra naman ang yin ang nagiging haunted ang isang place. 

If its like sa isang cursed ground or even near one pwede ka rin madale nun lalo na kung isang kasama mo ay nagative na.  And isipin rin ninyo why is it even in sacred grounds nakakapasok ang evil.  Its because to balance things nga.  Its still up to us on how the balance would be.  Will it be kept or tipped to one side.

Now you have another idea bakit ko kayo pinagagawa ng good deeds. 

FYI.  Yun madalas ko na i-request na ikagat ninyo ako either sa shrimp tempura or shawarma is just an exchange of energies.  The mere act of doing that makes you share to me yun blessings you got.   Well, i-PR na rin ninyo ako if the opportunity presents itself

You can also do salt bath by merely soaking sa sea water when you go sa beach.  If its dangerous ay simply walk barefoot sa sand and allow the water to wash over your feet.  Obviously huwag naman ninyo gawin ito kapag may tsunami warning ha!

Oh, yun cactus paarawan naman ninyo rin.  Its still a living thing.  Actually very unique rin siya as isipin mo with sunlight and some nutrients ay it can grow and give us help in form of O2, food and even medicine.  Then iyong to protect us too.  Plants communicate to each other via mind talk - I forgot what you call that.  So happy thoughts while you care for them pays off a lot when ikaw naman ang in need.

He he.  Mukhang pareho rin tayo.  Need to start tidying things up in our place - pero need to make ipon pa for at least some bookshelves.  Let's try our best to clean up yun red cloth (and our rooms as well.)

IF your headboard is made of wood and/or may baseboard ka na wood ay it helps mitigate yun effects.  Problem lang yun part ng bedroom mo is near their main door.  Sigh, uber ewan talaga mga designers na ilan.  Do yun may rice grains under your pillow for the next 7 days and update me how things fare.

This is about my employers who aren't even doing anything about the top honchos resigning, or to clear the negative energies in the workplace. But things are currently turning for the worse; kahit na anong aggressive at binabaan na nila ang qualifications sa mga pwedeng pumalit sa kanila, no one's biting the bait. In other words, we're getting severely undermanned. Sakto pa na sa Ghost Month din sila umalis. The top honcho is even doing desperate measures like having activities para ganahan kami na mag-stay and such, but I'm thinking twice na rin in staying haha.

Anyways, do pardon me for not being very active in this thread; very interesting na talaga ang nangyayari after applying your advices and such at gusto ko talaga sya ibalita detail by detail. I hope the day will come sooner that I can already avail for your services. <3

Leadership is about trust.  You cannot buy trust kasi.  Being a boss is NOT how one should be if running a business.  Mahirap i-salvage ang situation not unless new blood is injected. 

Ang masama pa niya why ngayon lang naisip na gawin iyang activities?  Bakit hindi noon when things were not yet like this?  Thus, its karma paying them a visit.  And its a visit that isn't going to end in a nice way from what it now looks like

Hi Sir CH! Hope you're doing well. Ask ko lang po about sa panaginip ko. Lately po kasi ang mga dreams ko sa dating bahay na tinirhan po namin ang setting. Iba-ibang situations po pero dun lagi ang location.

Dun po ako tumira sa bahay na yon with my parents for 34 years. Umalis lang po kami ng family ko kasi nabili na ang lupang tinatayuan ng bahay. Ngayon po nagiba na yung bahay.

Ano po bang ibig sabihin ng mga panaginip ko na laging yung dating bahay ang setting?
