Wow ang bilis new thread na.

Hi Sir CH,

The past few days I have really weird dreams. You know what, honestly I don't like knowing what are the meaning of my dreams kasi I'm scared. Whether good or bad, I'd rather not know it. But sometimes kaka bother talaga and I tend to search for the meaning through google. Well, instead of searching sa google I thought why not share it here na lang since I really do like your advices especially to err on the side of caution :-)

1st dream:
Nabalitaan ko daw that Pope Francis is going to our local parish. Excited daw ako at nagmamadali pumunta sa simbahan. I took a tricycle going there para mabilis at iwas traffic. At true enough traffic nga. Pag dating ko sa church konti pa lang mga tao. So I told the tricycle driver to wait for me para pag-uwi ko sa kanya ulit ako sasakay. Ang weird lang kasi iba yung itsura ng church na pinuntahan ko. Parang small na parokya sa province ang dating. Maya-maya lumabas na si Pope Francis tapos pumila na kami mga nag aantay sa kanya. Then another weird thing, ako daw nauna sa pila. So I went up to Pope Francis and I said "please forgive me for I have sinned." Then Pope Francis hugged me tapos parang may kakaibang feeling na hindi ko maexplain. It was just for a second or two then next thing I knew paalis na siya. As in ganun kabilis. It was like he just went there to see me. Tapos nag alisan na rin mga tao.

Medyo nakakatuwa lang kasi di ba at least kahit sa panaginip na meet ko si Pope. hehe.

2nd dream:
I was lying down on the floor with my daughter. Well not really on the floor but may banig na sapin sa ilalim. Then sa paanan ko there's a couch and there was this guy sitting and looking at me. The guy is gwapo (parang si Daniel Matsunaga ang arrive) and he was smiling making pa-cute. Ako naman parang bad trip ako sa kanya for some reason I can't remember. It's like that guy was not suppose to be there where I am or that he's interrupted my sleep. Maybe something like that sorry di ko na maalala. So while he was there looking at me making pa-cute, I was reciting my prayer, the Apostle's Creed to be exact. The more na mag smile-smile siya sakin the more naiirita ako sa kanya and the louder I recite my prayer. Halfway through ng Apostle's Creed all of a sudden nasa tabi ko na siya. As in di ko nakita na tumayo siya sa kinauupuan nya. Basta bigla na lang nasa tabi ko na siya. One of his hand was covering my mouth and nose while the other was on my neck choking me. Then I finally woke up and uubo-ubo pa ako and parang hirap huminga like somebody did try to choke me. Hah, and pinagpatuloy ko yung prayers ko then went back to sleep.

3rd dream:
Setting is sa highway, I was on a jeep malapit sa estribo. But ang weird lang kasi baliktad yung takbo ng jeep. Kumbaga paatras siya. So di ba nasa banda estribo ako dapat nasa harap yung driver? In this really weird dream ako ang nasa front. (I'm sorry if I'm making any sense) I'm seeing all vehicles in front of us, one of them is a huge truck and open yung door sa likod ng truck but I can't see the inside. Then meron pala manong sa loob ng truck and he tried to close one of the doors. Nung ni-swing na yung door to close meron pala snake na nakadikit don ( ewan ko kung paano siya nadikit don) Syrempre when the door was move gumalaw din yung snake. Then bigla nahulog yung snake. Gravity will tell you it should fall down on the road but it did not. Instead parang naging light as a feather yung snake and hinangin siya papunta sa loob ng jeep where I was sitting and watching what was happening. I tried to make ilag pa nga but it was like it's really going towards me like it's going to bite me. Before it even landed on me nagising na ko. I so hated snakes in my dreams.

Pasensya na po kung madami at masyado mahaba. Eto kasi yung mga disturbing dreams ko recently.

By the way, we are going to move in a new place soon. I tried back reading and also search na rin for rituals regarding moving to a new place. My concern now is tapos na full moon. Hubby wanted to move prolly this week or next week. Do you think it's okay to do that or should we wait until next month before the full moon?

Dear CH,

I have been a long-time fan of your thread and you have given me great advice on moving rented apartments. I just forgot my orig email and username so I created a new one. I have also used the house cleansing prayers twice, when we moved apartments. Thank you very much for all the advice that you are giving for free to those who want to learn more about living harmoniously.

If you could please advise me again, is it alright to place family pictures directly below a fish tank?
We bought a fish tank (40 liters) and we placed it in the Love/Marriage corner and it is beside the window. We used a short ikea book shelf and the fish tank is on top and there are shelves below. On the shelf below the fish tank, my hubby put our family pictures as there was no space anywhere else. Is this an ok placement for our family pictures?

Also, I remember your advice about not having an altar inside the room. I have 2 altars, the main one is in the living room and facing the door. I have a second smaller altar in our bedroom as I don't have a lot of space to put my 2nd Divine Mercy frame and other Sto Nino. It is in the knowledge corner of our room as again, not enough space. Are there any feng shui concerns for this?

My 3rd question is about the arrhae. We were married in a Catholic church and we kept the entire arrhae / arras. I feel that it would be a good offering if I put the arrhae on the altar (in front of the cross) and also to ask God to give us more financial blessings. The orig location was in my bedroom altar (knowledge corner) and in front of the cross and big Divine Mercy frame. I just relocated the arrhae on my main altar in the living room (wealth corner) and still in front of the cross and bigger Divine Mercy frame. Is this a good placement or is this bad to put the blessed arrhae / coins on the altar?

Although my husband and I are both employed and earning good salaries, I am stressed because we have a lot of credit card debts and I'm so pressured at work (if I wanna keep on earning that much). I keep on praying to Sto Nino and St Joseph also to help me with my financial worries.

Hoping you would have the time and the energy to go over my questions. Thank you very much and may God continue to bless you so you can be a blessing to more people.

Kind regards,
Anysss4

Hi, mga sis.

If I were you I'd start saving the feng shui thread as things are getting even more interesting!

Hi, itt.

Yup.  Dapat fire safety conscious tayo as mahirap na masunugan.  Sa amin when nagkaroon ng fire four houses away ay hindi lang nasunugan kundi may mga magnanakaw pa :P  Yun magaling na chairman namin hindi ko alam kung nasaan.

I would suggest ask your priest na lang for what reading sa Bible ang ideal though for me it would be yun sinabi ni Jesus to His apostles na to bless every home they are welcomed to.

Hi, aicute12.

Nai-share ko na most of the remedies for the septic tank.  Warm lights, red paint, plants as well as general cleansing regularly.  Pero dapat talaga total redesign na iyan dahil having the septic tank under your roof is already like having cancer.

Mas madali yun door to gate na magkatapat.  You can remedy that by design sa flooring, walls and/or ceiling as well as lighting.

Hi, Maxim04.

Do note I can only provide very basic answers with regards to questions like yours kasi pro level na iyan.

Yun layout ng place ideally was consulted first prior to construction kasi it would have to take into consideration anong stage na kayo sa buhay, karmic pluses o burdens as well as future threats and blessings.  Like in one of my earlier cases dahil may death warning sila come a certain year the bedroom has to be placed not sa super swerte but on long life.

Placement also depends on location AND direction.  Hence, maaring favorable ang Southeast BUT what about yun facing direction, etc.  Then you need to weigh pa yun designs inside AND outside even as to what you can see outside your bedroom window.  Feng shui kasi is a very complex art and believe me kulang na kulang ang isang araw just to discuss what's wrong and right.  In one of my early events hanggang front door pa lang napag-uusapan namin when we ended at 6pm - we started early in the day pa yun ha.  I had one event na 3am na kami natapos :)

Back read lang a bit sa mga previous thread and take notes.  Ang bed dapat not sharing a wall with the CR o stairs no matter how good pa ang location o direction.  Then you need to take into consideration what's below that room, katabi and if applicable ay above.

CR above the kitchen.  Bad na but it can get worse depending on the dirty water pipes placement.  And yun flow of foot traffic to and from the kitchen.  Something quacks have no idea of when it comes to proper audit - oops, let out another secret.

Septic tank sa garage.  Not really a bad idea provided there is no room above the garage plus you use warm light sa garage and cleanse it regularly too.  Usually I don't advise this dahil may events wherein sa garage gaganapin hence malas ang aanihin instead of luck.

The water element is a strong generator of luck pero very critical a lot of stuff.  Even a small thing lang mali can make it a generator of malas.  As it is I would strongly advise focus muna on the basics for your place.  Pakiramdaman mo yun flow before adding anything new.  In feng shui less is best kasi.  And in the method I use mas into developing oneself sabay slowly enhancing things in your area.

Bedroom in the ground floor would most likely be for storage o guest room o study room.  Same rules apply.  Have the bed's headboard not sharing a wall with the CR, stair o kitchen.

Weird naman iyan.  Bahay pero no provision for even a window to act as natural ventilation for the CR.  If narinig iyan ng prof ko tiyak batok ang aabutin niyan.  As there is no current window for that CR ay then exhaust fan indeed ang option but just make sure that the vent tube does not pass over the kitchen, dining room and main door.  Kung simply isang fan lang na ibuga to the interior of your house ay talaga bang architect iyan?  Not meaning to demean someone but natural illumination and ventilation are factors that have to be considered seriously when designing anything.  Even fortresses and bunkers take into serious consideration such!

As of now look seriously as what options are there to maximize the natural flow of light and air in your place.  Huwag maniniwala na dahil its the norm na kaya pwede na.  History has shown that such tend to be just lousy excuses for not doing proper homework.

If you have other questions do feel free to post them here and we'll try to answer it as best as limitations allow.

Hi, honeybunny.

:)

Hi, patchuchai.

Yes, may mga healer who can impart strong positive energy.  That may be what your doctor has which is why you feel "lucky" after a consultation.  Ito yun need mo to recreate in your place as well as during your CoL.

True na maari your dream was a way to release stress kaya it was about a nice vacation.  The thing is ay we all need to work slowly but steadily on our problems to achieve our dreams.  :)

Hi, jncheng.

Hope you read yun very nice reply ni akthung on your question.  Ito rin yun reason why I just give the basics and gusto ko i-hone ninyo kasi it does take quite a while before our bodies adjust.  Mas ideal kung may guru ka - na worth his/her salt!  Kaya maganda yun online session.  I do hope a lot here take advantage of that offer and mag-share rin ng kanilang experiences.

Yun tulad ng salt bowl is to help us but only help us.  If yun limitations natin hindi natin alam we will think we can do more when we are already red-lining.  Akthung elaborated it nicely so absorb yun what he shared.

Hi, mompj1029.

Noted.  Alam ko some do - and correctly - enforce yun having space in between houses.  Sa isang sikat na village here in Metro Manila may alley sila where the trash is brought to thus hindi unsightly sa harap ng bahay.  Maganda rin having such a space as it would help greatly if needed to address rescue o assistance.

Same problem then ninyo ni sis Maxim04.  Having a CR with the exhaust o vent releasing the air towards the interior.  A really uber bad idea.  The best I could think of is to make sure you use whatever technology - old or new - has to offer to solve this.  As in reduce yun moisture as well as counter the smell and not just address the air flow problem.

Opening a hole sa ceiling to allow natural lighting to come in.  Its a nice idea but you need to factor kung it won't compromise the structure as well as security ng place ninyo.  Alam ko some ancient structures use mirrors but that is very tricky and in feng shui that can be a bad thing if wrongly placed.  And I haven't really studied yet ano ang effect sa place that uses mirrors to bring in natural illumination hence hindi ko masabi kung totally good or bad idea.

Ang for sure lang kasi is if you have a hole or even water feature in the middle of your place ay that is uber feng shui wrong.  Applies both to yin and yang structures.  For me no issue ituloy mo having a small window be made para sa CR though yun nga check mo muna na walang ma-compromise.

Hi, sweetsweet.

Let's look for that book that akthung shared to us :)  It seems interesting and per experience ay kung truly needed mo ay for some reason the means to have it happens :)

Tulad ng sinabi ni akthung pwedeng makatulong naman iyong pakikinig sa mantra.  A friend shared nga na that mantra helped make a failing business recover by simply doing it the way you described.

However, per experience rin may limitations tayo - not the mantra - as to how much we can absorb.  Tama rin yun sinabi ni akthung na huwag umasa lang to just one way of cleansing like yun salt bath.  Hindi ba madalas ko sabihin sa inyo iwas sa mga karne, vices, alcohol and even bad music.  To go to confession whenever you could.  Even having a hobby can help such as gardening o playing with your pets o exercises.  FYI.  Sleeping and eating as well as shopping are NOT hobbies.

Kahit ako I do not play the mantras everyday.  There is actually a limit lang and such.  The formula hindi pa naman just generic despite how it appears to be so.  Each of us kasi have unique problems, etc. kaya ang timpla is different talaga.  Some like what I share here is to help start one along but dapat rin niya i-observe ang development para ma-fine tune things.  Heck, its why I take the time to read and reply here kaya ng makulit ako na share naman kayo ng progress reports ninyo :)

Hi, handlewithcare.

Mahirap sagutin yun tanong mo kasi it may be something rooted sa karma mo o from someone you saved without doing proper procedure.

FYI.  Sinabi ko na ito noon but will share it again.  When we help someone ay part of our luck is given to that person o thing.  Pero part rin ng malas niya ma-absorb natin.  It does not mean hindi na tayo tutulong but be aware na there is someone who we can channel to for such things.  Ano ba madalas na request ko sa inyo in return for what wisdom you derived from whatever I share here?  Well, besides yun ikagat ako sa shawarma o tempura - its prayers.  By tapping on a higher - sabihin na rin natin purer - energy ay its not us who will be exhausted or penalized.  Pero hindi parang robot na nagdadasal.  It has to come from within.  This is why I shared yun CoL kasi once you are able to do that everything else shared from the first thread to now and sa future threads will be much easier for you to understand and do.

So going back sa question mo ay analyze mo muna kung malas runs not just sa iyo but sa family and even ancestors.  If no common denominator then think back where things started to get stuck.  Its really like being a detective.  You can ask that with those who've consulted professionally (or pro bono) with me.  Its why I usually encourage kahit half a day for such meetings lalo na kung intense ang problem o question.

If all such investigations draw blank ay then it may be something else but I don't feel that kind of unusual energy sa message mo hence its something that can be figured out by you - and others who wish to help.

Go on a cleansing program muna.  I usually find that helpful.  Kahit a simple cleansing program lang muna as its better to start somewhere than not at all.

Hi, jelly ace.

He he.  I am no dream expert ha but I try my best kasi usually we get clues that can help us rin naman in life through such.  The reason rin why I do take the time to entertain such here - though huwag naman puro dreams na lang ha - ay maaring hindi na kasi dream iyon.  As I am not released from my vows ay syempre continue lang then on my "weird" work.

May strong residual energy doon sa first dream narration mo.  I opine it is more like telling you na by realizing what is really important in life ay you will achieve inner peace.  Iyan yun why the big church became a small one and mas intense yun feeling when you met the pope :)

The 2nd one is bad.  Appearing at your feet more so sa mas higher position siya ay this one is no ordinary creature nor was it an ordinary dream.  It was something that wants to make you lower your guard but you did not so it tried to stop you from kicking it out through the use of a prayer.

I do hope you remembered what I shared before if you ever find yourself in such a situation again.  Sabihin mo lang 3 words - God save me.  Another shared that "I rebuke you" also works.

Hmm.  Yun last dream mo is uber weird.  Generally ay its a warning of financial worries or at least betrayal.  If you are investing in something recently or have to make any serious deals ay observe and study before making that final decision.

Yun moving in date ay mabigat nga but mas importante yun blessing date.  Magkamali ka na sa lahat huwag lang sa house blessing.  And do note ang house blessing is done annually talaga.  Usually itinatapat ito tuwing fiesta.  Some in the provinces still observe this.

And as always yun holy book muna ang ipasok may it be for the moving in or blessing dates.

Hi, Anyss4.

Correct lang kita ha - its OUR thread not just mine :)  We all contribute and make this thread the success it is :)

Family o personal pictures below a fish tank - not a good idea.  Salo lahat ng kamalasan ng mga nasa pictures when such happens - and it will happen.  Fish tanks kasi having water ay more of to help generate and balance energy but once may imbalance mangyari ay things will start to become worse real fast.  This is why hindi basta basta lang maglalagay ng water feature in our place.

Why not just keep the photos sa album instead?  Put it sa coffee table as magandang conversation piece?  Shielded na kayo from whatever unstable energy there may be by having those photos malapit sa aquarium and yet keep it around to be shared to others.

In a way having those photos under the fish tank would be like sinasalo ninyo lahat ng weight absorbed by the fish tank.  I do hope nothing bad has yet happened.  To be sure ay recall mo how things went when first inilagay yun mga photos under the fish tank.  If things are okay ay its still risky.  I would really encourage you to suggest na ilipat o itago na lang yun mga pictures na iyon - kahit on the photo album idea na lang na sinabi ko.

Its more than just feng shui though part pa rin is that.  Dahil iba ang level ng chi kapag focused sa altar dapat maihiwalay ito from the "normal" part of the room.  In the old days they have a closet-like thing for such.  Sa mga old homes I still see these not just for Catholics but also for other religions that are okay with such.

FYI.  Again, we are respecting each others religion here ha.  For religious discussions ay doon sa ibang thread na lang not here.

And I do hope you checked na its not on a wall shared sa stairs o CR iyang altar mo sa room.

Hmm.  Ours wifey kept it pa rin but its just on a plastic shelf that we have sa room.  Hope our dogs didn't toy with it pa.  Walang masama to use it as offering but I don't go for that kasi.  Yun altar is more like keep it simple.  Less is best ika nga.  Observe mo what is on the altar sa church.  The offerings are even taken out after hindi ba.

If financial worries ang problem mo that is linked sa flow ng energy distorted by the stairs, CR and septic tank at the very least.  Isama mo na nga pala yun stove.  Pero the flow has to start from somewhere hindi ba and will also exit somewhere - though mga badly designed places madalas yun latter ay problem rin.  Hence, filtering the energy as it enters and as it courses through your place ang dapat gawin.  Dito pumapasok yun usual arrangement, enhancement and placement.  Pero dapat samahan rin natin ng changes within us.  Dito yun tulad ng no red meat on Fridays at least, iwas talking bad o sad stuff during the meal, etc.

Hi, kikai.

Yes.  And quite enlightening rin yun what akthung shared.  Its like some are now with someone dahil you did that person wrong in the previous life.  Pwede rin now ay rewards for what you have done in the previous life.  What we are now experiencing ay part of the payment but tulad rin ng sabi ni akthung ay it can take many lifetimes to fix the wrong done.  More so if we do wrong pa during this lifetime!

FYI.  Kaya sa mga naiinggit sa mga bad people bakit sila masaya kahit masama ay don't be.

Hi, mga sis.

As madalas matanong here kung tama ba o mali ang bahay na ipinagagawa ay let me give you a basic idea of how a proper analysis is done - at least by me.

It all begins BEFORE the first scratch is done for the design of the place may it be a new construct o renovation.  If you are going to ask for a check DURING or AFTER the place is constructed ay mas difficult to address problems that WILL manifest.

You do not just consider yun place mo but also the surroundings.  You need to also consider ano ang possible future changes na mangyayari.  And what you can do to influence those changes like will you be buying the lots around you, etc.  Or will you simply move out of the area after a certain number of years.

Then you need to take into SERIOUS consideration ano ang current situation mo.  Ititimpla ang design ng place mo now and for the future depending on the situation and the possibilities that will happen after.  Like what I shared earlier ay kung may death warning ka then ang dapat i-highlight ay long life not super luck dahil that would also draw super malas to balance things.  Long life is easily handled in comparison.

Mayroon - not all naman - na so-called professionals na kahit leader pa ng so-called group of so-called professionals makes the mistakes a newbie does.  Ang masama pa nito they insist that its correct dahil its the so-called standard na.  I've seen those who say that such a size of the door is pwede na when it would take someone malnourished to pass through it with ease.  Paano pa kung may disaster o some emergency!

Then iyang lack of ventilation and natural lighting.  If you are to really study how modern designs are being tweaked nowadays ay these are what is being focused on.  Hindi yun mga so-called sikat o uso na designs na parang Soviet-era constructs.

This becomes a problem doon sa places where serious design limitations are enforced.  Pero kung may freedom ka naman ay take advantage of it!  It need not be na matapos mo agad yun buong project.  Make it in stages if you have to as that can be done naman with proper planning.

And do not be lax sa pagbabantay in the creation of your home or office.  Malaki ang ipinupuhunan mo so its just proper you take time to not just watch but observe, study and ask!  I've seen some na maraming nasayang lang dahil sa so-called mistakes o simply did not want to challenge the so-called expertise of the contractor.  Obviously do not scrimp to the point your safety is compromised!

Once the place is built then yun interior naman ang next.  That would need to also address any changes in your life.  This is why I always insist less is best para mas easier for you to fix things.  The more cluttered it is the worse your headaches will be!

Hi CH!

Thank you very much for the quick response!

I placed the pictures far away from the fish tank na. Yun mga toys nalang ng kid ko ang nilagay ko sa shelves below the fish tank.

My bedroom altar is not against the ensuite bathroom. Nilinis ko din, mama ko kasi mahilig sa mga religious abubot and binibigyan niya ako everytime I visit. I don't know naman how to dispose properly yun mga luma or sirang rosary, scapular kaya ipapakuha ko siguro sa mom ko when she visits us again.

I will observe if may improvement for the arrhae, nilagay ko siya sa altar. I'm praying for more blessings and lesser financial pressure.

I have a question naman about work harmony. I think naman I'm very easygoing and mejo nakaka intimidate nga yun mga managers sa area ko, what would be a good addition sa desk ko to improve the flow and mas mag build ng good relationships with co-workers? I'm seated in between 2 people, open desk lang kami and no personal cubicles. I'm thinking of bringing a small plant. What can you recommend din po?

Again, thank you very much for the advice!

Cheers,
Anyss4

Hi muli, Anyss4.

Noted.  No issue with the kids' toys under the fish tank.  Yun lang just make sure na stable yun platform ng fish tank and supervised ang kids dahil hindi biro mabagsakan ng loaded na fish tank!  If there is even a remote possibility of risk by having the toys there move it na rin.

Luma but ayos pa na rosary na hindi naman plastic ay keep it.  Plastic ones useless iyan.  If its beyond recovery but hindi plastic ideally its buried but I would suggest ask a priest na lang for better advise.  Back then kasi seeds yun original rosary hence burying it makes it bring life muli.  Obviously that does not work for plastic ones.

Ang kinalakihan ko na scapular ay cloth but may mga plastic na rin ngayon.  Same rule - useless ang plastic.

Lesser financial pressure.  You need to figure out where this is coming from kasi.  Kung dahil sa mga people you support ay then different approach is needed though yun chi flow still needs to be addressed.  If its just worries on balancing the finances iba rin.  Iba pa rin kung its competition sa business is stiff of late.

Chi o energy you radiate kasi is weak kaya you feel intimidated.  Its a totally different story kung they are actually intimidating you.  That is not leadership by the way kundi more of a boss aka tyrant.

I would suggest something with long thin leaves para energized ka.  Update me if hindi pwede ito sa office ninyo.

Hi, purple tips.

A thousand thanks for sharing that about what to do on broken images and other religious items.  Its going to be a big help for many here :)

A thousand thanks muli for that bit on San Beda and the St. Benedict's medallion :)

Thank you CH!

For the financial worries, it's more of balancing the finances or at least mas marami ang ma-save. Ok naman yun salary naming mag asawa but parang madaling maubos or laging may something na kelangan pag gastusan.

I'll look for plant na mejo maliit and green long leaves. Will let you know for any improvements.

I feel very weak and tired nga ngayon due to daming demands from family and work. I will try to abstain from meat on Fridays, and do fasting din.

Thank you for the advice :)

OT: To those looking for St. Benedict's medals, I have friends from San Beda, sabi nila their Benedictine monks/priests din mababait and very willing to have these blessed with the proper blessing. Yun pa nga daw binibigay sa mga may birthday celebrants and  graduating students sa kanila. Dito ko natutunan yun pagdala ng St. Benedict's medal everyday and maganda yun lalo na if you go out on frequent out of town trips.

^korek ka dito sis. Nung bata pa ako sobrAng dalas ko "mausog". Madalas manakit tiyan, "nababati". Nagkakapasa for unknown reasons na wala naman akong trauma or sugat, tapos wala pa akong mense noon. Madalas yun sa probinsya namin. One of my Ninongs gave me St Benedict na pendant. Lagi ko lang daw dalhin wherever i go. Hindi nawala instantly yung mga "usog" ko, pero eventually, as in, zero na siya until today.  ;)

^ CH thank you so much!! Laking tulong ng inputs ninyo and will take note all of them!
Lalo na yung Less is best. Thank you po ulit!

pag bata kasi medyo intouch pa with the inner world and nawawala pag tumatanda. lalo na pag nagkakasunggay ang tao. so to speak.

sa akin lang, the ideal is to be spiritual without any objects. the symbolism of those medals should be internally assimilated and they should be practiced. the practice is key. the medal is just to help the mind. by constant prayer, you actually internalize the teaching...of course the medal is charged to a certain extent....but the energy can dissipate. its just an object. what is more permanent is the internal changes you made through continuous practice

yung mga local esoteric schools they even do psychic sparring -- to test how well they apply the knowledge hidden in a medal, paper, panyo etc.

Hi, Anyss4.

It may be your situation is telling you something you've missed.  Everything happens for a reason kasi but as to what it is and why are being led to such is the challenge.  When you do have the rest time like on weekends or even short breaks take a pause.  Clues often pop up when we are relaxed kasi.

Admittedly a lot of changes need to happen in our environment before we can be at ease.  So let's work together and do our best to make that happen sooner :)

Hi, Maxim04.

As what akthung shared - and per personal experience - ay the medallion and such would only truly work if we are in sync with it.  As in may energy within us that would help be boosted by the blessings the item has contained.  This is why I shared na noong nagsimula ako in my weird work - as in Day 1 pa lang mayroon na - ay I was using a very big bag.  As if I was going on an expedition everytime.  As I grew up in this work ay I learned my lessons and adapted to it.  Hence mas kaunti na ang bitbit ko nowadays - and not because its the digital age na!

Usog is actually just energy transfer though of the bad sort.  For us to be affected by such it means weak rin kasi tayo.  No man is proofed against such dahil finite lang tayo but you can resist it much if you only make the effort to do so regularly.  Parang exercises iyan rin :)

Going sa question on the exhaust system for the CR ay indeed uber bad idea to have it directed towards the dining area.  Dining area is where blessings are shared and imbibed.  Having the vent directed towards that from the CR is like tainting your blessings with ill-luck.  I really question the sanity of the designer of that place more so if he/she would insist the vent be directed towards there.

The least you can expect in malas with that is always ending up in the red ang finances ninyo not to mention serious disharmony.  Yun you can quote me on that!

Hi, angelholics.

As small lang ang place mo ay simply set aside a small place for it.  Sabi ko nga pwede naman temporary lang kapag needed mo then itago mo in a special drawer - special dahil set aside just for it - iyong mga religious stuff.

FYI.  Sa mga nakagamit na ng hotel - I haven't been to those "motels" kasi - ay you will notice the drawer where the Bible (and/or Koran) is kept ay walang ibang gamit na nakasama doon.

For me its okay to have the Nazareno on your altar but where's your Bible?

Hi, Maxim04.

You're welcome :)

Hi, angelholics.

Its best if its the complete and correct version you have.  You can even buy those cheap sa mga 2nd hand bookshops if your budget is limited.  Believe me, kapag soul mo na ang in question ay magkano ba ang halaga nun as compared to material stuff.

Just assign one drawer na to be used only for the religious items.  And do keep it tidy syempre.

Hi, mga sis.

Share ko lang something na sana makatulong to enlighten folks rin.

Sa area namin may neighbor kami who ALLOWED a minor girl and her lesbian lover - wala akong masamang tinapay sa mga gay, lesbian, etc. As in huwag daw pinagsasabihan yun anak niya.

Move forward to the present.

May isa pa kaming neighbor.  Mas bwisit.  Ito actually rin yun one reason why I asked for those animal savior program info.  I forgot nga lang who was that client who was volunteering her time for that group.

Said uber bad neighbor along with his wife and son literally LOVES to kick their dogs to the point you can set your clock when they do so.  I really really love to shoot those bad people dead pero mukhang MILF lang ang pwedeng gumamit ng excuse na mis-encounter.  Mautak rin ang mga ito dahil ityempo nila na hindi visible o walang tao when they do that to their dogs.  From what I know isa na lang ata yun dog nila though I may be wrong.

Yun neighbor na iyan also chopped off a stray cat's foot when he took a swipe at it.  Wala lang.  Trip niya lang then.  Pero several months back naaksidente siya na yun isang foot niya remains swollen to this day.

The wife niya who also loves to abuse their dogs is now "naninilaw."  A neighbor shared that observation kasi inilabas lang noong walang masyadong tao sa kalye.  Yun worthless son is missing in action na.

The lesson here is this.  Karma can be a b**** when it does demand payment.  Kaya spread the word and maybe you can save someone with this story.

Hi, mga sis.

Alam ko I shared this na before but sharing it again and observe how important it is to take time even for a simple but very effective way to heal oneself:

Bone Marrow Cleansing

Begin with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, hands relaxed at your sides.

[BREATHE SLOWLY & NATURALLY]

Release all the tensions in your body and empty your mind of thought.

[INHALE]

Bring your hands forward, cupping your palms upwards as if holding a large ball. Lift the ball to chest level, imagining that the ball is the energy flowing into you through the soles of your feet and the top of your head. Rotate your hands outwards and upwards around the ball and bring your palms together at your sternum, holding the energy.

[EXHALE]

Slowly lower your hands to yours sides.

[INHALE]

Slowly raise your arms out to the sides, palms down. Feel the energy pushing your hands upwards from the earth. (Do not raise your shoulders.) Turn your palms outward, and imagine opening your body to absorb life energy from the universe through your palms and soles and crown.

[EXHALE]

Allow your arms to slowly descend to your sides. Feel the energy of earth and heaven flowing through you and into you.

[INHALE]

Allow one hand to float up, away from your body until it is above your head, palm down; at the same time, allow the other hand to drift to the small of your back and let the back of your hand come to rest there.

[BREATHE SLOWLY & NATURALLY]

Imagine the energy you have absorbed pouring from the palm of the hand above your head. Imagine it pouring over and through your entire body. Let your hand begin to descend in front of your body, washing you with energy that flows downwards through the tissue and bones into your very bone marrow, cleansing every cell of your body, carrying the toxins down into the earth through the soles of your feet.

Allow both hands to slowly descend to your sides.

Repeat steps 6 through 8 with the opposite hand.

Repeat on both sides three times.

With both arms relaxed at your sides,

[INHALE]

gently lift your palms towards the sky as high as you can, then bring the palms over, facing downwards above your head, fingertips close, but not touching.

[EXHALE]

Let your palms float down in front of your body allowing energy to pour from them over and through your body, through the tissues and bones, carrying toxins out into the earth through the soles of your feet.

Allow your hands to rest at your sides while you take three slow, deep breaths and allow your energy to settle quietly into your tantien.

PS.

The center of our body is called tantien or dantian in China and Hara in Japan.

It is the center of the energy body and physical body, located in the lower belly, more or less 2 cm lower than the navel, in the middle, inside.

It is the gravity center of the body and the inner energy pump.

Our heart is the blood pump in our body, and our tantien the chi energy pump.

This center can be used as a tool, as an inner hand, to make the chi or life energy flow in the body, to concentrate your chi energy, to protect yourself, and to find the right posture.

Hi muli, mga sis.

Do all 3 if you have tummy problems - pain, ulcer, vomiting:

Instructions for the Crane Exercise

This pose may be practiced while standing, sitting, or while lying down on your back.

1.   Begin by rubbing the palms of your hands together vigorously.  This creates heat in your hands and brings the energy of your body into your palms and fingers.

2.   Place your hands, palms down, on your lower abdomen so that they lie on either side of your navel.

3.   Keeping your mouth closed, inhale through your nostrils.

4.   Begin to exhale slowly, while pressing your hands down lightly so that the abdomen forms a hollow cavity.  This motion gently forces the air out of the lower lungs.  (In this instance, the hands are like the leg of a crane.)  As you do part 4 of the exercise, imagine that every drop of air is leaving the lungs and that as it leaves the micro-organisms are also carried out.

5.   After you have exhaled completely, slowly inhale again.  As you inhale, extend your abdomen outward so that it becomes like a balloon.  Try not to allow the chest to expand – use only the muscles in your lower abdomen.

6.   One complete exhalation, followed by an inhalation, constitutes 1 round of breathing.  At first you will probably only be able to do 2 or 3 rounds of breathing in one sitting.  Gradually you will be able to increase the number until you have reached 12 rounds.

Note 1: It is not necessary to force either the inhalation or the exhalation.  With continued practice you will be able to extend and contract your abdomen quite easily while breathing very slowly.  In the beginning your hands act as guides to help you learn the exercise.  Once you have learned the breathing, it is not necessary to continue using your hands.  Breathing must be very slow.  So slow, in fact, that a hair in front of your nose will not move either during inhalation or exhalation.

Note 2: Once you have mastered the Crane Exercise, you may combine the anal lock as described in the Deer Exercise with the Crane breathing.  This will increase the strength of the exercise.

Note 3: Always concentrate on what you are doing.

Note 4: Women should not perform the Crane Exercise during pregnancy as the in and out motions of the abdomen may create unpleasant feelings within the abdomen.

The best time to do the Crane Exercise is in the morning, while facing the sun, if possible.  As you inhale, feel the energy of the sun come into your body, and feel as you exhale the toxins and wastes leave your body.

When done before retiring at night, the Crane Exercise gives a gentle massage to the inner organs which helps calm the body, relaxing it for proper and restful sleep.

One organ which benefits greatly from the Crane is the lung.  As it is one of the 3 filter systems of the body – it filters gaseous wastes and carbon dioxide – it must function perfectly for good health.  The simplest way to good respiratory and circulatory health is through nourishing, relaxing, and comforting breathing.  The Crane will help us re-learn this king of breathing, as it was once used naturally when we were babies.  Except for singers, most of us lose this knowledge as we grow older.
Eventually you will want to learn to do the Crane breathing so slowly that one breath will take you 10 minutes to complete.  Many people have more trouble taking long inhalations than long exhalations, but with training both can be done.  In accomplishing this, we learn to control every cell in our bodies, to help it follow the mind.  Achieving the first stage will facilitate progress to the next stage, wherein every mental movement follows the way of God.

Like the Deer Exercise, the Crane must be mastered as it is also the basis for future meditative and advanced breathing techniques.

SOLAR PLEXUS EXERCISE

This exercise can be done anywhere, anytime.

1.   While sitting or standing, place both hands on your stomach.  Face front and inhale and feel the air expand your stomach.

2.   Then exhale.  As you exhale, use your hands to push in and up your stomach.  As you execute these motions, turn your upper torso and head slowly toward your left side as far as possible and look to your left.  Meanwhile twist your pelvis to the right.

3.   Inhale and bring your entire body back into alignment, facing front.  As you do this, let your hands release your stomach slowly until they are resting gently on the skin surface.

4.   Exhale again.  But as you exhale, turn your upper torso and head slowly to the right side.  Look to your right.  Meanwhile push your stomach in and up again as you twist your pelvis to the left.

5.   While inhaling, bring your body back into alignment, facing front.  Repeat this exercise 4 to 36 times.

NOTE 1: How many times you are able to do the exercise depends on the condition of your neck and shoulders.  If you experience stiffness and pain at the neck and shoulders, do small repetitions until the condition clears.  Then you may increase the repetitions in increments.

NOTE 2: When you do the exercise, concentrate on the solar plexus area, which is located under the heart and behind the stomach.  The more you concentrate, the more benefits you gain from the exercise.

The placing of the hands on the abdomen helps concentration, and the turning of the neck relaxes the nerves in the neck, shoulder, and cerebral brain.  As you can see, the exercise is designed to balance both brains in one movement.

STOMACH HEALING EXERCISE

This exercise helps stomach pain, ulcers, over-acidity, flatulence, indigestion, and stomach cancer.  It helps take the focus of the mind away from the stomach.

1.   Sit in a comfortable position, preferably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor, your thighs parallel to the floor, and your spine erect and straight.

2.   Place your left palm on the stomach area slightly to the left of the abdominal cavity.

3.   Inhaling, slowly move the palm of your right hand away from your chest, concentrating and fixing your eyes on the tip of your fingers.  As you push your hand and arm forward, feel that you’re pushing a heavy object with the heel of your hand.  Your eyes should intently follow the movements of your right hand throughout this exercise.

4.   Exhaling, slowly bring your right hand back to your chest.

5.   Perform this in and out movement for a total of 7 times.

NOTE 1: As you move your hand away from your chest, feel a band of energy moving out of your stomach.  The right hand is draining the energy.  Then feel the left hand absorb new energy in the stomach.  For this exercise to be effective, you must concentrate deeply on what you are doing.  The exercise should be done slowly, with total synchronization of your breath, mind, and hand movements.

Hi everyone,

New to post here but longtime lurker and fan ni Sir CH hehe  ;D

Thank you po sir CH for the body exercises. Sana lang may matitino tayong mga park or what para magawa ang mga ganyan  :-\

Sir CH, sa condo namin, may vent din sa bottom part ng CR door papunta ng dining area. Diba bad yun? Pwede po kaya takpan na lang with a mirror or what? (Kelangan din kasi namin ng full-length mirror at wala nang ibang mapaglagyan, hehe)

Hi Sir CH,

Marami pong salamat sa reply. hehe. I understand naman po. It's just that yun nga for some strange reasons, sunud-sunod yung weird dreams ko na hindi ako mapakali and can't just brush them off.

Katuwa naman about the pope dream. I really really hope so. I had so many "aha" moments na but it seems I never learn my lesson. Parati ako naliligaw ng landas hehe. I have to thank you Sir and this thread for all the helpful info and siyempre pa kay Lord. Kahit marami akong pagkukulang hindi nya pa rin ako pinapabayaan. I feel so unworthy!

Yung 2nd dream ko dati madalas ko po siya napapanaginipan and eto yung most recent. Natakot naman ako. I wonder what creature? Or maybe I should not ask anymore baka mas matakot lang ako. Yes sir CH I remember that prayer and I also took notes of the prayers you posted on the prev thread.

Btw, I remember a few years ago I had an officemate who I told about this dream and may sinabi siya na kaya pala parang ang strong daw ng aura ko I'm not so sure if that's the exact term he used basta something like that. He advised me then to always wear a scapular and mag pray for protection from my patron saint. Ewan ko ba I did not listen to him cause I find him weird and I question his credibility lol!

As for the 3rd dream, sa tingin ko po it's both. We are experiencing financial struggles right now and betrayal from family. Actually, hubby and I just made a deal. A money deal. We did think about it and considered everything. Hay, I am trying to think positive all about this. Ayoko ng ma-stress that's why I really need a change so badly.

One of the changes nga po is yung moving to a new place. We have to move really soon or else baka lalo kami maghirap hehe.

Right now we are having the place fix like fresh wall paint tsaka fix yung mga cabinets. Next week na kami maglipat. I had my holy bible blessed today. I bought that bible a few years ago pero now ko lang napa bless.

Regarding sa house blessing, ano po ba ang date dapat? Or is that a pro level question? Tapos na po kasi ang fiesta dito last January pa. Dati nagbabahay-bahay yung mga priest for the blessing every fiesta pero now ang ginagawa is during high mass may isang drum ng water na binibless yung pari. At the end of the mass kanya-kanya kuha yung mga parishioners ng holy water. And dapat yung lalagyan ng holy water is yung mga bote ng gamot na amber color. Di pwede yung pet bottles na clear.

Pasensya na ulit napahaba na naman post ko.
