Share ko lang I just bought a home use IPL Machine. Home Beauty yung brand. UK brand sya, though wala pa syang mga reviews nag risk na din ako kasi money back gurantee naman for 2 years. P12,000 bili ko with 50,000 flashes. I just started my first session on my underarms and hands. Next time na yung legs.

Plan ko na din pala uminom ng glutathione, first time ko. Ask ko lang sa mga nakaka alam regarding ingredients. May nakita kasi ako 250mg ang ingredients nya lang L-Glutathione 250mg. Yung isa naman may kasamang Milk Thistle and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Pero 500mg yon. So basically hindi sya pure. Hindi ko ngayon alam what to buy. Same brand sila Now Foods.

Same here!! My hair is super thick, fluffy, and wavy. Grabe pinapagalitan na ako ng mom ko. My hair is so nakaka losyang daw, pagupit ko na daw back to my usual shoulder length hairdo. Hahaha If I blowdry and iron my hair it takes me 20-30 mins. Thats why most of the time its in a pony tail, which makes me look blah. O well...

Question how long does it need to be ba for the wedding ba? I already have layered long hair which is usually in a ponytail as well (yeah yeah i know! Blah) because it is soo long nadin plus i tend to go the gym after work. I recently trimmed it just to lighten it (hirap mag dance and run with a heavy head!) but its still quite long. It has 4 months to grow pa naman. How short can i cut it? Hehe tia!

agree with the flexibility of styles pag long hair.
after we got engaged hindi na ko nagpagupit para mahaba sya sa wedding. hassle lang kase ang kapal at buhaghag ng buhok ko so di sya komportable pag mahaba. though yes, it was worth it naman in the end.
and now, finally nakapagpa-shoulder length na ko ulet! tipid na shampoo. haha!

I used moringa o shampoo and conditioner before, biglang lumalala ang hairfall ko, same effect siya sa sister ko kaya kahit di ko pa ubos yung 2nd bottle, nagpalit na ko ng shampoo and conditioner. I guess di hiyang sa min yung moringa o

^ Honestly di ko sure kung may effect myra e. Hehe, pero i prefer it kesa products to apply on skin, tamad kasi ako dyan. And siguro feeling ko healthy lang din kasi vitamins :p

Moringa o, well wala siguro effect din sa hair fall.  Wala pa kong product na nadiscover to help my hairfall. Hehe tinanggap ko na lang since makapal naman hair ko, so okay lang. Pansin ko lang mas soft at manageable when using moringa o.

kaya ko din nagustuhan moringa o before kasi soft sa hair, kaso yun nga, I noticed na sobrang nanlalagas hair ko... e manipis na hair ko  well, good thing na nagwowork siya sayo

OMG. Nag relax ako masyado, akala ko kasi matagal pa. Ni hindi ko na nasundan tong thread na ginawa ko.

I am supposed to get married on April 2017, na move sa April 2016! Now I have 5 months para magpa ganda at magpa payat. Huhuhu. Sana may mga sumagot ng tanong ko kasi sobrang need ko ng help mga sis.

Agad agad nagpa Cryolipo na ko sa tummy. Then saka ako mag fofocus sa work out pero dahil tamad ako, mag zzumba nalang ako hehe, at inaantay ko lang mag winter dito sa Dubai, mga November sana lumamig na para makapag jogging sa labas.

Then salad nalang ako everyday. Pero morning need ko mag full meal kasi mahirap walang kain sa work. Ok lang naman yun diba? Will it affect ba my diet?

Proceed na ko with laser hair removal sa underarms, in 3 months ba may effect na kaya yun?

Mawawala ba pati chicken skin?

Also, is it safe to do underarm bleaching? Sabi kasi ng nurse na naka chika ko wag daw i-bleach ipa mesotheraphy daw.

Ask ko din, is it safe to take all at the same time, diet pills, glutathione pills and collagen pills?

^whaaaaaa Ako I SWORE I would begin to workout on the 6th month mark before the wedding. Well... ewan. I really am not motivated at all. I have my 1st gown fitting this coming wed and STILL no motivation to diet and exercise. I think I am a hopeless case!!

What I have been doing though is following my skin care routine c/o derma. And OK naman. But then I always naman talaga try to take care of my skin as much as I can, so that isnt something because of the wedding hahaha

BUT out of the usual routine, I signed up lang for UA Laser hair removal even if useless kasi my gown isnt sleeveless naman. Hahaha

I am PRAYING to God that I gain the motivation and inspiration to lose the freaking weight! I want to lose 10 lbs.
