regarding your question, they dont allow diamond peel sa may "active" na zits. muntik na ko di idiamond peel before kasi akala nila yung pimples ko ay active, pero red marks na lang. kaya ayun. ipapadry-up muna nila yan sayo, then saka diamond peel.

pag proper naman ang pricking, its not supposed to create craters or leave any marks at all. after 2-3 days fully healed na dapat ang naprick if active pimple, and this is for regular facial lang ha. sa diamond peel kasi, dahil they dont allow active pimples, tinatanggal lang talaga blackheads/whiteheads, then dry skin.

nagkakacrater lang pag kinutkot or tiniris natin. hehe

^^march 5 naman ako sis! Active kapag may nana pa. Pero pag swollen na lang na medyo malambot, hindi na yun. Sa dermcare ako nagpapapeel. Kasi okay ang treatment. Sulit! I think meron pa sa metrodeal ng promo. Effective for me kasi nawala ang mga pimple marks ko ^_^

1 month and 8 days to go and suddenly a lot of pimples popping out! 😩 i've been using organic products religously
And this is my first time to break out alot I really wanted to have a fresh look on my day pero mukhang hndi agad mag fade away ang pimple marks kaloka!!!😩😩😩

^ sis mamey, anlapit mo na pala. the hardest thing to get rid of (personally) are pimple marks! I wonder how it's done. For pimples/budding pimples I use Nixoderm or acne tea tree gel from Hunman Heart Nature. Umiimpis kinabukasan ☺

oh no, mamey, please get lots of sleep. i found that just getting at least 8 hours of sleep does wonders to the skin. hope they all start to clear up.

11 months to go and I still haven't lost the 12-15lbs I gained over the BER-months last year!! =( And my gown measurements are being taken next week!

4 months before - start getting bi-monthly facials
3 months before - whiten teeth, and start using smoothing body lotion on arms and back
1 month before -  get hair trimmed
2 weeks before- get hair colored and highlighted
1 week before - get a massage, mani-pedi, waxing, and eyebrow sculpting

contemplating on- getting braces on my lower teeth since it has moved a lot since I wore braces in high school.

note to self: must start exercising NOW! But still so unmotivated.

ang problem ko ngayon is yun dark undereye at weight ko, naglalagay lang ako ng pond's whitening cream sa gabi pero parang di effective kase wala naman nagbabago.

sa hair pala mga sis may ginagawa din kayo? like nagpapahaba ng hair?

Hi sis. same tayo sa dark undereye/ dark circles, pero di na ko masyado nagfofocus dyan kasi actually matatakpan naman ng make up yan. hehe.

Sa hair sis ako walang ginagawang treatments as for now, gagawin ko syang virgin hair muna ulit, no hair color, no rebond, walang kahit ano. saka pinapahaba ko sya. Tapos kapag malapit na yung wedding, mga 3 months before siguro magpaparebond ako saka hair color. Ayun lang naiisip kong gawin.

rightback - sis sorry sa late reply. yes sis daily sya, apply mo tapos papatuyuin mo sya. (the process which I really hate kasi ang hapdi at ang kati) pag tuyong tuyo na, wash mo na sya ng water. I'm not actually sure how long will it take bago mag effect, pero nakakakinis at nakakaputi talaga sya ng balat.

Saken din sis, sa noo ko hay naku dark na talaga yung pimple marks. buti nalang sa noo lang talaga yung saken at wala sa pisngi!


marchbridetobe and Chili1113 - ako sis maganda naman yung teeth ko, pero may mga gumalaw na, ganun naman talaga may mga movements sa teeth because of many reasons like bitting habbit and all.

balak ko magwear na retainer to fix yung mga gumalaw na. I was thinking of getting braces, but mas prefer ko retainer lang, but let's see kung ano suggestion ng dentist ko.
Tapos pagmalapit na yung wedding sa cleaning and teeth whitening naman ako mag focus.

^Badtrip talaga sis! My teeth were perfect before but nag move talaga ulit eh over the years. Good thing it is just my lower teeth and hindi halata talaga.. The ortho warned me already that if I have it fixed, I have to keep wearing my retainers for the rest of my life or it will move again. And knowing me, I wont wear my retainers because I never did. And I cant stand wearing braces talaga eh! But i dunno bahala na.

@hermione28 retainers just RETAIN kung ano condition ng teeth mo. So if there are spaces or crowding I dont think it would move using it. More of maintaining it lang ang labas ng retainers

mga sis, im wearing braces, mag-2 years na sa july this year..and when i told my dentist that im getting married nextyear, sabi niya she will do her best para daw maayos na teeth ko..ok na yun sa ibaba, yun sa taas na lang ang problem kase nagmu-move pa din ng kakaiba kada adjust niya..mas maganda din daw kase sa picture yun walang braces, so target namen matanggal to latest nextyear, tapos magpapa-cleaning and whitening din ako and si fiance..

True sis.. better talaga no braces. Nung prenup ko I still have my lower teeth braces.. napapangitan talaga ako. Buti na lang na-fix din agad kaya nitong wedding namin wala na king braces

^^hi sis, if next year pa wedding mo punta ka dapat ss dentist mo lagi wag ka papalya ng 1x. or better every 2 weeks ka punta. mabait yung dentist ko sya nag insist tanggalin braces ko before the prenup. sya nag suggest na tatanggalin tapos papalitan nya ng bago after the wedding for free gift na nya sakin yung materials.

true sis belle, ayoko ng sagabal sa ngipin pag pictures na..sana talaga maalis na to before the wedding..kahit retainers nga ayoko din isuot (if ever) sa wedding e, after na lang..

sis shygirlme, every 3weeks ang appointment ko sa kanya, so far hindi pa naman ako pumapalya, malapit lang din naman kase clinic niya samen, walking distance ko lang kaya masipag ako pumunta 

ngayon ko lang naalala, dapat nga din pala sa prenup wala na to, target namen prenup date sa malamig na months (-ber months)..konting kembot na lang din pala yun..pag hindi talaga umabot, baka ipatanggal ko na lang din muna, pero worst case scenario yun, sana talaga maayos at matanggal na to..thanks mga sis!

im still wearing braces up and down. ive been bugging my dentist to remove it asap. naka 18 months pa lang ako though she thinks aabot pa naman before the wedding on january. but im determined to have it removed on my wedding kahit maayos man siya or not. no way im having this on my wedding photos.

sis i dont measure kasi by the pounds, sa clothes lang ang basis ko when trying to lose weight. basta by the end of 14 days, balik na sa dati yung fit saken ng mga damit ko. ive never tried doing the 14-day challenge na magkasuno kasi naeexcite na ko kumain ng normal agad. i only do it again pag napapansin kong sumisikip na ulit mga damit ko. lol

anyway, try the ones with flavor! its really not that bad. favorite ko yung clusters banana-nut.
