Choose a good dentist, someone who is still in the academe would be a great place to start.  I'm happy with how my teeth turned out. I'm no longer wearing retainers and so far walang untoward movement ang teeth ko.

Hi! Has anyone tried Invisalign? Or has inquired about it? It looks like retainers kasi pero effective alternative to braces daw but also seems very expensive haha!

Mga sis may masuggest ba kayong good dentist along quirino highway sa novaliches? Gusto ko sana kasi yung malapit lang sa house naming

^^ That is one of my options before, I went with lingual instead.  I haven't had retainers for the longest time and i'm good.  Pantay parin.  It was a great investment to say the least.

Finally! After 5 years im free  sa mga taga fairview area, i highly recommend my ortho. By the way medyo ot po, ako lang ba ito na nakakaramdam ng konting pain sa retainers? Ang hirap kumain  kelangan pang tanggalin.. 2 years ko daw ito dapat pagtiisan  isoot pala.

^As far as I know, you have to wear retainers for 4 years after braces. The first two years, you will only have to remove it when eating and the last 2 years you have to wear it when sleeping only. Thats what my dentist told me before I had braces.

Ah okay, ask ko nga ulit ortho ko, sabi niya kase yesterday while kinakabit yung reatiners ko 2 years ko daw ito dapat isoot, pede alisin pag kakain. Thanks po sa info

My cross bite relapsed only after 13 years which I guess was inevitable considering I only wore my retainer for a couple of months after my braces came off. Not my dentist's fault. All mine.

Saan maganda magpatanggal ng braces at pagawa ng retainers, may tatanggap naman siguro sakin noh kahit sa abroad ko pinagawa braces ko...plan ko kasi sa pinas na lang ipatanggal pag uwe ko, ayoko na kasi bumalik sa dentist ko dito para magpatanggal at retainers

^it depends sis pag if province or metro manila ka lang.

Metro manila lang sis...ok sana sa malls para madali puntahan kaso mas mataas sila maningil for sure, ano kaya magandang clinic for braces removal and retainers na tatanggap sa case ko na hindi sila yung nagkabit...TIA

Hi! May I know what clinic and dentist you went to for your lingual braces? I can't make it work with the clinic in Greenhills because the dentist is only available on weekdays.

^ You can search for westwood orthodontics in green hills    Come on time, they tend to be busy on weekends.

^ Ah same!  But I was told that doc is only available on weekdays.

I have braces to correct my bite right now may nakalagay na parang mouth piece sa akin pero sa likod ng teeth ko nakalagay para kahit naga adjust teeth ko maayos ang bite ko, hirap magsalita parang conyo be like ang s ko esh.. nakakainish!

I highly reccomended Dr. Josievitz  clinic nya here in makati.. she's prof din sa UP manila.

You should go anyways since he is the one in the academe and would give you the best recommendation
