Kagagaling ko lang sa Ortho ko kahapon. Transferee, grabe yung first dentist ko as in walang kakwenta kwenta para akong nagtapon ng pera. sa 2nd ortho ko 53k quote niya saken 15k dp 1,500 every month gang matapos. sobrang mahal pag total ang titignan pero the service naman more than satisfied 3 mos pa lang braces ko malaki na yung progress. pero kagabe namrublema ako sabe ni doc kelangan ko daw bunutan but that is my option. kung para sa kanya, need pa magbunot ng 2 teeth sa taas kasi maxado malayo yung upper teeth ko sa lower pag s normal bite. overbite ata yun ndi na rin mahila kasi wala na kong bagang sa baba 14 lahat ng ngipin ko sa taas hindi pa ko makapagdecide kung ipapabunot ba or ikeep na lang.

Mag three years na braces ko, so far ayos naman na yung target na iayos noon, yung mga molars ko naman sa left yung naging problem ngayon hehe.. Sana bago mag new year e matanggal na ito..

mag iisang taon na sa may ang aking brace. 3months palang nung pumantay na lahat ng sungki ko. nung august last year dapat bubunutan ako ng 2 ngipin kase denelay kase buntis ako. kakabunot lang niya nitong january. then last week kinabitan ako ng power chain mula molar hanggang pangil. then meron na din akong alambre na manipis sa upper ko .. ang sakit nung nilagyan ako ng power chain. pero okey lang kase umuusog na yung pangil ko papunta sa molar ko ..

Hi Sisses! Ask ko lang, how much ang lingual braces and ceramic braces? Which is better? I had braces before nung HS pa ko pero bumabalik kasi sa dati. Now that I'm older I prefer na hindi obvious yung braces. Also, can you recommend a good ortho in QC area? Thanks much

Did you have retainers and stopped using them?

Yes, as far as I can remember I stopped using it after 4 to 5 months.

I just want to ask if braces will correct my square jaw.  I have complete set of teeth.  thanks

OT:  How to lighten my dark gums?  Maitim na talaga ang gums  ko.
I've searched on the internet that Laser Depigmentation (Laser Bleaching) nakakawhiten ng gums and permanent yung results.  Do we have it here?

finally graduate na ko sa braces! 1 month brace free.
Retainers naman (Invisible).

The first few days ang hirap magsalita ng 'S' pero now okay na. Sanayan lang talaga!

wow. na aamaze ako sa presyo ng braces na super mura.

if wala kayong recommendation sa ortho na pupuntahan niyo, research niyo muna sila.

i am currently with an ortho na member ng association of philippine orthodontists (APO) and so far okay naman. yung pinsan ko na dentist din even said na okay yung APO.

also, if inexperienced yung ortho niyo, please make sure na nag proper ortho school and hindi crash course lang.

^Correct! Parang invisalign nga pero retainers.
Although sabi nila mas durable ata yung isang type yung may wire na retainers.

Baka yung lingual retainers ang sinasabi mo na may wire kaya lang di yata yun natatanggal parang braces din lang. Yan yatang clear retainers pwede tanggalin pag kumakain.
