Oo sis.. sa province pa kasi nila. As much as I want to do all NOW.. syempre di ko kaya ipressure at madaliin ang mom nya mag asikaso. Mabilis lang sana kaso yung bishop daw umalis 2-3 weeks pa bago babalik. So wala kami magawa kundi maghintay

^^mabilis naman nakuha sis ang signed baptismal. Kaso nahanap nga yung confirmation record nya dun. Kaya another paghihintay sa pirma ng bishop. Okay na rin sis kesa magpapakumpil pa sya dito. Hassle lang para samin. Mukang mabilis lang din naman mapirmahan yun like sa baptismal.

sa amin antipolo base mabilis lang basta dala mo ang requiements like birth certificate, and cenomar plus yung cedula pa pala... ok na... family planning is not required... kase sa church na lahat yung seminar namin... happy preps!

For valenzuela city sis Miss Granger
Go to the civil registry in the new municipal hall, second floor, get a Form
then they will you to the health office to get a schedule for family planning to be done every Tuesday daw, 20 pesos ata bayad dun.
Once done with the the seminar, they will give you a certificate which you need to submit to the civil registry together with other requirements such as 2 copies of your baptismal/birth certificates and Cenomar. Payment for filing the ML is 40 pesos. The ML will be available 10days after you have filed it, you just need to pay 20 pesos to claim it.

If you guys are 18 to 20 years old though you need to file with your parents pero pag 21 to 24 kahit ID na lang.
