Thank you sis SparklingJewel! Yes, affordable nga yung mga rooms nila kaya gusto ko din talagang i-push yung venue. Plus the food packages, swak sa budget. I asked Ms. Divine kung pwede namin makita yung place this saturday pero hindi pa din sya sumasagot sa email. Grabe kaloka mag wedding prep. Hay!

Any concerns about Angelfields?

Going to do an ocular with them and might end up getting it as the venue for our wedding (ceremony + reception). Any thing I must be aware of (like extra charges, etc) before booking? TIA!

Hi sisses, where do you plan to stay right after the reception? same hotel preps venue? In my case kasi we're booking sandari's model house unit for both families to stay in the night before and during the morning preps. 15k ang rental ng entire house so impractical if dun pa rin kami ni h2b since dalawa na lang kami and super laki nung bahay. I'm trying to look for hotels na worth it since gabi na kami makakapagcheck in. May alam ba kayong pumapayag ng late check-in late check-out sa tagaytay? My choices so far are Discovery Country Suites, Taal Vista and Hotel Montecillo. Hope may makapag-advise!

If your wedding is on the peak season, they can mandate you to book the truss arc tent na dome-shaped (same one used in Heart's Balesin wedding-- you should be able to find pics) because they will no longer remove it from the garden for several months. That's what happened to me. Luckily, that was our dream tent anyway and bec of them we got it at a huge discount pa.

Electricity is limited to 30 amperes--- you need a generator for your extra power needs.
Also they have accredited caterer, L&S, etc so better to ask for the latest list.
It won't be a cheap wedding definitely given the venue rental palang, but I'd say it can definitely be worth it-- intimate weddings can be done here.

Hi dcpdane! You may want to check The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay. We used our free room there right after the wedding. They only have four rooms and very spacious. Ours has its own veranda with a jacuzzi overlooking the Taal Lake. It comes with a free breakfast to be served at their lobby so you need to go out of the room. 

It is within the Cliffhouse compound so places to eat is very accessible. You don't have to worry about the crowd kasi super private ang inns nila and I must say the customers in Cliffhouse never goes wild.

We booked Caleruega 14 months before our wedding din. Non nego sa min ang chuch and 3pm na slot, at the time na nagbook kami, wala ng weekends na 3pm from Feb - May 2016. Kaya nag weekday wedding kami (Fri)
Super bait ni kuya willie, Taalena din kami before, kaso we changed the venue to Bali Village kasi mas malapit siya sa Cale

We decided to move it to June 2017 na lang hahaha ang layo no. Wala na kasi talaga ng January (anniv) so June na lang para June bride. Tapos June din birthday ng anak namin so honeymoon and Birthday isang travel na lang We'll book na probably sa December para sure na yung date baka me mauna na naman sa slot. Yun lang talagang date at time na yun ang perfect. Saturday din sya. Tapos yung mga suppliers siguro mga May Next year na kami mag book. Yung church naman ang pinaka mahirap i book.

Push mo yung taalena mo sis, lalo na kapag outdoor. Yung recent outdoor Taalena set up ni Kuya Willie super ganda! Yung may tent. If only we could choose Taalena, haayys! But due to budget constraints we opted to choose a venue na swak sa budget namin. Hehe! And as per Kuya Willie, since lunch reception kami, much better na indoors nalang para hindi kami lahat mukang pawisan. Hehe!

Push ko talaga taalena sis hehe kasi 10k lang naman yung difference nya dun sa isang nakita ko tapos ang ganda na dun. Gustong gusto ko outdoor kaya lang worried ako kasi June na yung date namin baka maulan

Pray lang come wedding day na sana magkaroon ng maayos na panahon. But if not, leave all the baggage and enjoy the day nalang like sa mga nababasa kong blogs. Weather will not ruin their union of happiness. Push yan sis! Aja natin yan! =)

Does anybody here who had their wedding receptions or will be having their receptions at Narra Hill, Clear Water and Taaleña? Which one is better that you could recommend for an outdoor/dinner reception for my wedding. I was also considering Fernwoods Tagaytay kao parang wala pa feed back dito, and lahat yata ng supplier nd hindi nila accredited may corkage fee

Hallooo mga sissies,

December 2016 bride here. Finally, already booked our venue at Taalena (same venue for Christian Ceremony and reception) and L & J Catering.
Mga sissies, I need your opinions cause I'm planning not to get OTD Coordinator, included na kasi sa L&J ang reception coordinator and emcee. Since same venue lang naman ang ceremony and reception. I'm planning na mag assigned na lang ng tatao sa registration table and magaasikaso for the entourage or during ceremony. If ever na kukuha kami ng OTD Coordinator, half day lang sila. hmmm parang hindi practical? IMO...
Does anyone here had the same experience, pls... share your opinions and suggestions mga sissies.

Not really new though. hi! question lang sa mga nagpakasal or nag-attend sa tagaytay during weekends, hindi ba masyadong hassle yung traffic? specifically during november. yun kasi worry ko sa tagaytay, baka late lahat o mabugnot sa daan, e hindi naman namin pwede ma- ensure na may accomodation bawat guest. most of our guests bandang novaliches at antipolo pa. pa-advise please!

Finally, na book na namin ang Caleruega June 2017 and na push talaga ang day and time na gusto. Caleruega is Nasugbu Batangas pala pero considered pa din sa thread na to no since everything else sa Tagaytay na.

Anyone here Caleruega bride na ang venue is Taalena? Parang ang layo kasi.

Hello sis Queen Chokolah, former Caleruega - Taalena bride ako. True na medyo malayo siya. Travel time from Caleruega will be around 1 hour considering traffic na yan. Kung walang traffic, kaya ng around 40-50 mins from church. Not bad naman siguro sis especially if you're aiming talaga for a garden or a rustic wedding with Taal view. Their rates are affordable din compared sa iba with Taal view.

We changed venue kasi requested na din ni mother ko na sana medyo malapit sa church, so we have to give up the Taal view and outdoor reception. hehe Di naman super lapit sa Cale yung new venue namin, but di na kami lalampas ng Sky Ranch, where the traffic usually builds up.

^ang layo pala talaga sis haha. When we went there nung Saturday around 30 mins lang from Taalena to Caleruega wala kasing traffic nung time na yun. Pero siguro kahit 1 hr okay na din. 3-5 naman yung wedding namin so by 6 nandun na sa venue sakto lang for dinner Pero we'll decide na lang once nag ikot na kami next year. L&J catering kasi ang target namin, and ka tie up nya si taalena and malaki talaga ang discount pag through L&J. I'll try to ask kung may other venues pa sya na mas malapit.

I saw Sonya's garden din mas malapit sya.
