hi sis angeltimz,  pede naman walang choir un church. naka attend na ako ng ganong wedding
btw Lourdes b2b here, un choir na kumakanta sa Lourdes Church na lang ang kinuha namin 4500php hehe..same as my friend who wed last Jan2014

originally was eyeing for Totally Mesmerized or Madz kaso kelangan talaga mag tipid tipid hehe

^sis same problem here. Hindi rin included and choir sa caler. Kapag yung Caleruega Chidren Choir, 5K sila for ceremony lang. But it will help them for their studies.

I really love Madz also for Ceremony and Recept but unfortunately, hindi swak sa budget. We'll see nalang next year kung paano. Bahala na si Batman. Hahaha!

Thanks sis! nagkataon na pareho kami ni sis bugem25 ng wedding date then same din kami ng idea sa church na simple lang. As in nagkatugma yung peg namin. HAHA! Makaka tulong samin both pang cut ng budget sa flowers since ang mahal kasi peak season kami. =)

me reception ka na. i was eyeing hillcreek gardens, pero ang dame addons tapos himihirit ako ng freebies ayaw. lobo na ang wedding budget nakow naman.,...hahaha

^yes sis! Casino Filipino Tagaytay ako sis kasi Lunch Reception kami. Dec-03-2016 9AM Mass kami. Sorry, i have no idea for HillCreek. Re jill's, kausap ko na si Ms. Jill awhile ago, and medyo pricey quote nya sakin 25K. So crossed out ko na sya sa short list ko ng florist. Tagal pa naman wedding ko, actually not in a hurry yung flowers, but I am scouting early para maka kuha ng idea and kapag mahal talaga yung pegs ko, atleast I can search for alternatives. hehe! Like now, i found out na hindi feasible yung budget ko for flowers, and our month is peak season. Kahit sinong florist, mahal ang bigayan so need mag adjust ng budget. Hahaha!

well 5k isn't bad and for sure wala ng OOT yan nakatulong ka pa sa mga bata hehe

nagtanong ako before sa choir from Binakayan Cavite, ang charge nila 6k for the church ceremony tapos ako pa sagot sa transpo van nila or 3500php na OOT

pero may na attendan naman ako sa Shrine of Jesus sa may MOA, wala silang choir, playlist ang ginamit nila na church songs.. ok din naman

^When I got the rates of Madz, i thought not possible na ko for band since mahal pala. Nakalagay sya sa list ko as want, not need. hehe!!! I'm thinking of that sis, playlist nalang sa church, I'll just ask my coord if she could help me on this. Then sa reception, we're thinking of strings lang, no vocals. Sana makahanap ako ng mura. Or if none, madadala kaya ng sound system and dj lang ang reception? What do you think sis? =)

if may DJ + sound system ka pa more than OK un hehe

sa palagay ko kaya na ng coordinator mo un church playlist pili ka na ng magandang Bridal march song/music mo also the songs you want to be played during the ceremony.. saka un picture taking para lang may background hehe

^sis what do you mean playlist kayo sa reception? Naka CD narin? hehe! Sorry i have zero idea kasi. Ang alam ko kasi kapag may sound system ka, meron Operator na DJ. So since under ng wants ko lang naman yun Band / Strings, kapag di na pumasok sa budget, pwede na sakin ang sound system with DJ sa reception. hehe!

Ano ba kasama ng sound system sa reception? Meron operator mga sis right? Yung Operator ba is same with DJ? or iba? HAHAHA! Naguluhan ako. Toinks!

sa villa ibarra merun kasamang basic sound system, yes may CD/usb ng playlist si OTD coordinator na lang mag instruct sa operator dun

hehe pag DJ sis ang impression ko, talagang may level un and i believe it comes with a price hehe

dun lang ako sa kung anong free hehe

Ahh getching ko na sis! Operator nga ang tinutukoy ko na kasama ng Sound System. Kala ko kasi DJ ang tawag sakanila. HAHAHA! So ayun, kapag di na pumasok sa budget namin yung strings/band yung sound system itself nalang. LOL! gulo ko!

Hahaha.mga sis nasa wants lang strings.ganda lang ng me violin at piano effect.pero after attending wedding in cale recently naemphasize na di rin need.
Tips lang mga sis.we really need a good host.un din ngdadala ng program eh.

^hahaha! Yeah sis! Si boyps kasi is frustrated learner of violin, and He really loves Canon Rock in D na super ganda kapag live violin talaga. Kaya lang we agreed na we put strings / bands nalang under wants since possible naman na mag playlist kami sa church, then sa reception may sound system and operator naman.

Re about the importance of them, imo, maski ako i haven't really paid any attention on them kasi syempre nasa couple tayo naka focus. My boyps sisters got married way back and both of them had band sa reception since one of her sisters was a lead vocals and tumutugtog sila sa mga bars. Maapreciate mo sila if may after party, but samin kasi is lunch reception, so baka wala ng after party. Kaso mas peg namin ang strings if ever na kayanin mag hire, if not okay lang naman din. =)

Has anyone asked their band to play at all three-- ceremony, cocktails and reception? Any challenges?

My fiance doesn't want to use a playlist for any part of the wedding kasi corny daw. So i need my tagaytay-bssed band (ceremony and reception) to also play sa cocktails.

^try Madz and Dzei sis they are Tagaytay based. I did not get them though since they are booked on my wedding day. I got Sound Salad super ok sila.

I already booked Infinte Soul. Aask ko lang sila to extend if ever pero super pagod daw kasi kug pati cocktails wala na sila pahinga
