^ thanks for sharing sis candy Although, I am also suspicious of the VitC, pero I remember it took 5-6 pills before I got diarrhea sa VitC.. so nothing else to blame.. lol

A good side effect I noticed din sa gluta is ... it takes a long time before I get drunk, I stopped ordering Tequila nalang coz I was calculating the bill @_@ Pero, yeah, I need to amp up the dose to compensate for that again.

Ano magandang combo with Tathion 307? Im taking it now but I want to complement it woth something else pa pero so far hiyang naman ako.

i read NAC here, and because of that i bought a bottle sa healthy options, pati na rin Ester vitamin C. so i started taking both, and a day later i noticed i have phlegm/mucus down my throat, so i have to cough it out most of the time or clear my throat that it hurt my throat.

i read about the negative post about NAC kaso too late na since i already bought it.

anyway, i dunno kung coincidence lang yung throat ko and NAC pero i was totally feeling ok naman before i started taking it.

sis, I dont hihi it's the first time in a couple years actually. That's why I was surprised it didnt hit me na I dont drink kase. I think the glutathione did wonders for my liver LOL!!! And drinking slows down the gluta effects

Hi girls.. Kahapon ako nag 2x intake ng Snowcaps. Okay naman siya for me. Yun nga lang, sobrang sleepy. Although i din'tbsee any whitening effect yet, pero ang sabi ng husband ko na pumupiti na daw ako. But when i take a look at my color, parang same lang kasi. I really cannot tell. I will continue on taking the snowcaps for 2x/ day until maubis ko and then i will switch to Tathione na. ✅😀

Balak ko bumili ng gluta this week kaso hanggang ngayon undecided pa ako kung ph338 o tathion307 ang bibilhin ko kasi parehas daw effective base sa mga nabasa kong review. Pwede ko bang icombo yung dalawa na lang? Ph338 ngayon tapos kinabukasan tathion307? Sino na nakatry uminom nito? Ano effect?

Pano inumin yung KB para maging effective? Twice ba? Sa box kasi nakalagay once a day tas dont take more than what is prescribed. Bought two sets pang substitute ko sa ishi

tinetake ko every morning lang before breakfast kapartner ng isang fern-c din.

well good ang effect saken nito. gustong gusto ko lang yung effect nya na nababawasan yung allergies ko na halos araw araw umaatake.

then nag stop ako for while siguro mag 2weeks na, napansin ko na yung allergies dumadalas nanaman.

will go take this again sana sooner.

Nagtetake ako ng Tathion307 since May 25. Every other day ko siya tinetake, pero 3x a day naman, para tipid. LOL. Pansin ko, lumaki yung tiyan ko since nagtake ako ng Tathion307. di ko alam kung lumakas lang ako kumain, o dahil sa softdrinks pero lumaki talaga. Haha. Mag-eexercise na lang ako habang nagtetake nito. Sa whitening, di ko pa pansin kasi sobrang aga pa. Pero sa weight gain talaga. Hay.
