Snow caps is okay naman, ginagawa ko ng 2x a day sa non iv days ko. Pero parang gusto kong bumalik sa ishigaki. Umorder na lang ako sa Lazada and siguro yun na muna ittry ko for 2 months

Di ko pa ubos first bottle ko pero like ko sya. Soft and smooth agad face ko. Whitening di ko alam kung guni guni ko lang na parang naglighten ako. Di ko sure. Pero like ko sya. Di na ganun kaoily.

I think effective pa rin naman yung MET na new formula. I've been using this for a month na bale 2 botlles na na-consume ko since I'm taking 4 caps a day with fern C and Cosmo GSE. Para sa'kin hindi pa ko maputi...

Sis, musta na pag-take ng Met? Pag 4 capsules a day ang take mo ng Met, ilang mg ng Vit C ang tine-take mo?

2000mg per day. Bale 4 caps of fern c. Okay naman pumuti ako and glowing compared to my previous complexion. Pero tumaba ako. Planning to lower the dose to 3x a day ng met na lang kasi mahal.

I take 2 capsules a day, pero sabay. Dapat ba magkahiwalay? Nakalagay lang kasi "Take 2 capsules daily after a meal" so ang intindi ko ok lang na magkasabay, hehe.

NuWhite is ok kahit hindi ako nakakainom everyday minsan for 3 days pa ko nagsskip, mejo may effect naman. hindi ko pa ubos yunb 1 bottle 2 months na ata sakin toh, am pm ang regimen ko w vit c

will buy again to see if promising nga, take ko na talaga ng 1 month no skips hehe

Mas maganda ba yung stick to one gluta lang or okay lang papalit palit every month?

i don't stick to one brand. pag sa tingin ko may effect, stay ako for 3 months. pero pag may reaction something ang body ko, shift agad ako sa iba, and most of the time, i tend to shift gluta brand every month. nagtatagal lang ako sa PH and Met. worst gluta ive tried is Royale gluta. naka 3bottles nako, walang effect, mahal pa naman. sayang lang.kaya switch ako to Met. aft Met, i will try Tathione. ang itim ko pa rin ngayon after swimming. i am currently on my 9th day sa Met. i just noticed naunang mejo nag lighten ang face ko. but my arms and legs ganun pa rin. sana pumantay na to within a month. haay. waiting in vain.

I'm back to Ishigaki, i'll try. I must admit, nafeel ko rin na yellowish ako before with ishi. Pero i think ganon talaga yung steps ng pagpapaputi. It's not from morena/tan you'll go straight to paper white puti. Maybe it really takes time. Slowly.

Before kasi i really love na magswimming, di rin ako nag susunblock and if i do nawawash off rin siya agad. When i start taking supplements na whitening and mga soaps dun ko nakita na umeeffect naman mga tntry ko. I started sa shade na NC35 and now im around NC25-NW20 na. Aiming for NC20-NC15 shade.

Now i'm back sa Ishigaki, baka ganon lang effect niya before if galing talaga sa tan/morena. Yan isa sa first supplement na natry ko nung first time ko sa whitening. And KB too. I wish di na yellowish yung effect sa akin para di ko naman kainin mga sinabi ko haha! Will try it for 2-3 bottles. I bought it sa Lazada, and yes pag ka open ko amoy rotten egg. Haha! I'm taking Ishigaki on my non-IV days.
