Week 1 with Metathione, and while super minimal pa lang, I think may konting lightening effect na siya? Mas evident when I'm in the shade outdoors. Not sure if placebo lang ba, but yay!

Started to take Met today. After hours of swimming, umitim talaga ako kahit todo sunblock. Sana bumalik [textspeak!] dating kulay ko, after a month of taking. Pag umitim ka na, jan mo lang pala talaga ma appreciate ang original color mo before it darkened. Hahaha. 👍😄 hoping for good results in a month's time.

Been religiously taking KB gluta + nac before, just once a day, first thing in the morning. I must say it brighten / lighten up my skin aside from topical products that I used. Anybody still taking this brand?

I also tried Nano Gluta 900k and 800k. Tag isang bottle lang kaya di ako gaano nakakita ng effect saka mejo natakot din ako since di ko alam kung legit at safe ba sya dahil nabibili lang din sya sa mga resellers.

Ngayon mejo tamad na ko at napabayaan ko na skin ko kaya di na ko gaanong maputi tulad dati. Pero considered maputi pa rin naman. Balak ko bumalik ulit sa pagtake ng gluta at paggamit ng whitening products. Gusto ko sana itry Ishigaki, kaso hindi sya available sa drugstores so mejo hesitant ako na baka fake ang mabili ko. Also, nalilito din ako kung para saan ba yung Advance or Premium variant nya.

Hmm, okay ba yung tinitinda sa watsons na Gloww ba yun? Forgot kung ano brand yung inalok sakin ng saleslady dun nung nakita nyang bumibili ako ng KB. Also curious din ako sa Belo gluta and Luxxe.

Gusto ko kasi talaga sure na legit at syempre yung effective at abot-kaya. Lol

Been taking Met 2 caps once a day for 8 weeks na, pero di ko parin mapansin kung pumuti ako or not. im originally nc 25. I think im still nc 25. Lol. Sabi gluta absorption depends on body weight as well, but im only 46kg at 5"5. 😑 i hope on my 3rd  month manotice ko na ang effect.

I bought 1 pack of Snow Caps sa Watsons nitong nakaraan. Usually ang instruction sa pag take ng gluta capsules 2-3 times a day. Pero sa kanila once a day. Sana nga effective kung susundin ko. Pag nabagalan ako dito, gawin kong 2 times a day next month para mas mabilis.

Takot talaga ako mag pa IV at magastos pero gusto ko sana try mag IV gluta hays  . Sana effective talaga Hindi naman ako maitim. Considered maputi pero problem area ko talaga yung arms ko hindi pantay kulay! my gudness   gusto ko maachieve yung sinasabi nilang milky white. Any updates sa gumagamit ng Snow caps?pano nyo tinetake?

mag 2 months nako sa snow caps once a day pero walang nakakapansin so I think wala pa effect diba haha. No breakouts. Try ko to for 3 months. Maputi din naman ako pero may gusto kase akong ma achieve .
