Confirmed nangingitim nga ako sa nanogluta 800k so stop ko na to. Nakasalubong ko yung isang officemate and asked me kung nagbeach daw ba ako kasi medyo nag-tan ang tone ko. Huhu.

I started taking l-gluta power 700 may kasama na siyang grapeseed and vitamin c. Aside from that nagtake pa din ako ng another vitamin c. Nagsimula ako last month and on my second bottle na ngayon,
I could not see pa the result since kakatake ko lan. Sana mabilis lan ang results

3 days of taking snowcaps, regular ang bowel movement ko. Lagi kase akong constipated kaya yan agad ang napansin ko. Even sa rosy peel constipated ako, not blaming it sa rosy peel ha, sakit ko na yata talaga yun lol.

Enlighten me mga sis. I take 1 capsule after breakfast then 1 hr after vit c naman. Tama ba ginagawa ko? Ano bang difference kung sabay ite take?

I'm taking landelution, naghahanap kasi ako ng replacement ng ph338, combo ko minsan sa glutawhite, may glow pa rin naman sa skin, good thing i didn't have palpitation or any negative effect. Pero di ko pa masabi if effective coz namaintain ko pa glow ng skin ko plus di ko naiinom regularly. Maputi talaga ako pero dahil sa arte arte mode ko, gusto ko super glowing talaga ang skin

 On my 8th day of using snowcaps. Wala pa naman ako napapansin i think it's too early kasi. but no negative effects naman, no breakouts or anything. Napansin ko lang sometimes nangagasim tiyan ko so I have to make sure I eat breakfast after I drink it.

sis how do you take it? sabay ng vit c o may interval?
im on my 6th day.. Ang gusto ko dito naging regular bowel movement ko. Goodbye constipation na ko. Wala pang difference masyado kase maputi naman ako but not super maputi kaya gusto ko pa iimprove kahit sa glowing effect man lang.

Vit c i take pag uwi ko na kasi nakakalimutan ko. pero nakita ko naman may vit c na sya kasama eh so di ako concious na di ako nakaka vit c as regularly

Sabi sakin nung nag entertain sa Mercury, sabay daw i take after breakfast. Dati may interval inom ko pero now pinagsabay ko na nalilimutan ko kase yung vit c pag di sabay.
