1st day ko ng luxxe white ngaun. 1 cap snow cap,ishi premium sa lunch time at later luxxe white.my 1 box pa me snow caps, 1 bottle and 6 caps ishi.pagkaubos ishi,yung 2 na lang combo ko.

Bought snowcaps sa mercury last night 1,492 may free soap. Nakalagay sa box 1 capsule every morning. Is it ok to take it 2x a day? 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM? Ilang mg of vit.c ang take nyo mga sis? Im taking Fern C 500mg e. Can i take 1 snowcaps and 1 fern C sa morning tapos another set at night? TIA

Hi sis thanks sa reply, ang ginawa ko po 1 cap na lang wala naman po ko masyado naramdaman 38kgs lang kasi ako kaya yun po naisip ko baka di po sakto sa weight ko. Bukas po try ko po open yung capsule tas half lang take ko kung magiging ok. Ok po kaya yun, bday ko na po sa Nov gusto ko pong pumuti hehe

im 22 na po, sa glutaworks po. Nakapagtake na po ako ng gluta before nung 18 po ako 400mg galing sa derma di naman po ganito feeling ko nun. 1000mg po kasi yung ishi (late ko na po nalaman nung naship na hehe)

I want to share..mas noticeable ang effect sakin ng gluta if I take it before meals rather than after. This past several weeks, I've been taking it after meals and I noticed na walang glow skin ko. I've started taking it before meals ulit since last week and very noticeable ang difference. Bumalik yung glow chaka yung pagka pinkish cheeks, hehe
